Looks as though it was someone trying to stay under the fee radar. I did some looking and some brokers are charging $.01 per share 5000 and up, but up to 4999 it was some amount per trade. Just a possible scenerio.

How would an R/S affect the options? If an R/S gets them above the execution price of the options that may give them the incentive to do so. This may the key to the next move.

Overdose - I agree - I got into this because of the name DiMaggio - I should have listened to my gut when he left and followed out the door. Dumb mistake - unfortunatley i'll probably do it again - I'm wondering if I can get hard copy of my shares to line my cat's litter pan.... Maybe I could recoup the $ i've lost by saving on kitty litter!?

So what do we all think happened to the other 5199 investors that were in this mess too? Not to mention the guys that had the warrents / notes at .005 - now they are losing too. Something just doesn't make sense here. What a friggan mess

I'm looking at it this way - I'm giving these guys at least another year. That's when their contract is up and all bets are off. Until then lets hope they restructure, and keep the increasing revenues coming. My only concern is how the accounting adjustments will affect their P&L.

I watched a 125K buy at ask - mm dropped bid to .012? WTF is going on. Either there are some serious shares out there for sale right now, or someone is shorting this hardcore! There is no way with the volume we have we should be stagnate..

Negger0 - how do we know pasta was really a good op? I would hope we have all put our money in the hands of someone that has capabilities and knowledge to succeed. Not too many have the nuts to walk away from something - or to drive a hard bargain. - I would like to see the books after the 350K is inserted - should show some profits. Gotta love the finance game -

I'd like to see these guys secure the USF contract, secure their base sales - and move on for internal growth - I was never real keen on a company growing through acquisition unless the core company is sound and making cash - Make the base successful and the rest will come. - So far these guys are on their way to making cash - time will tell

Dave - I think we need ante_upp to give us a countdown - where are we 6 days to go? As for the PR - maybe they don't have anything to disclose at this time - I think they pretty much summed up current events and financials in the last two - How they handle the current contract renewal will be interesting, and I would expect provide some groundwork on future company communication. You know what bugs me - I mean except the serous drop in price - EBIT - they could have had a breakeven or a small profit. They were off 7K and change? They couldn't have squeaked that one out? 7K out of 1.8m isn't hard.

To be honest - I feel more confident knowing these guys are looking hard at their acquisitions. It tougher sometimes to turn things away. I know from my own experience sometimes you have to fish or cut bait - and alot of times when you do your success improves. Glad to see some signs of life. Maybe it hasn't been for not.

Crazy as it sound I picked up some shares today - It was damn tough to push the go button especially with the tone of some of the newbies that have popped onto the board - who is "RonnieBrown" This guy had me ready to sell, and I've been onboard for quite some time.
