BUDCARS might be in..But SGMD has no share in any of its revenues yet.

Things are shaky for BUDCARS too..

With over 300 Cannabis Delivery Co's in the Sacramento area rated better than BUDCARS. With over 100 of them with a 5.0 rating out of 5.0.

While BUDCARS has complaints of Bait & Switch, product does not match pictures.
Inferior, Unusable, bad smelling product. Bad Customer Service.
No Delivery, 5 hour Delivery.
Customer Service Poor. Argue, that coupons offered, that drew in customers can't be used..(Kind of like SGMD, make statements, about Co, then people invest, based on statements, turns out statements BS).
Prices way too high. Customers state, BUDCARS must not care about repeat, or Future business, just taking in whatever, as fast as can, offering crap to first time customers, that never return.

SGMD is only a shell company. Doesn't own anything, or make legitimate income, from products it claims it sells.

It hasn't sold a dimes worth of:

1) Restaurant Supplies
2) PPE Masks, sanitizer, etc
3) It will never see revenue from Budcars, "till deal is finalized", when payment is complete for 40%, and perhaps not even then, 'till it milks any upcoming press reports, that it will be purchasing an additional 30%, for 70% "majority ownership" of Budcars.

Judging by their track record. They put out reports of mergers, (5 so far),
Drive up the price. Then dissolve mergers, or never complete. Then on to bogus income they will never receive to drive price back up. They buy and sell shares, and make deals, to make it appear as revenue. They sell nothing but shares.

All Jimmy Chan, and his cronies, appear to do, is buy, sell, transfer shares, manipulating the SGMD share price, by ridiculous, fraudulent, misleading statements, and paid for Press Reports. Bilking investors out of millions, who regard those statements, as they are put out, as fact. ("orders in", "Money on the Books", etc..)

1) What happened to purchase and expansion into cannabis cultivation, verticalalization?

2) What happened with $30 Million Restaurant Paper Products "Already on the Books?" As Jimmy Chan Stated 3 months ago. Siting rocketing Demand.
Where's the $30 Million? Show US the Money?
Why haven't the orders grown since then?
Has SGMD Stopped Operations?

3) Mr. Chan, stated 3 months ago, that had over $10 million dollars in orders, for PPE supplies. An unlimited supply, and supply chain to supply all First Responders, Hospitals, Schools etc., and in good position to fill growing Demand, because of good company planning..
Why hasn't there been anymore growth?
We're still talking about $10 million dollar orders placed 3 months ago? Has SGMD gone out of business? or shut down 3 months ago?

4) SGMD has not finalized Budcars deal yet, and SGMD will not be sharing in any revenues any time soon.
Why is Mr. Chan only issuing reports, touting Budcars Sales, when not even a Majority owner?

Why isn't the Income from other operations discussed?
Has SGMD Shut down the Lucrative Restaurant Paper Take Out Operation?

Has it shut down it's PPE Sales, since there's been zero (0) Growth, after $10 million dollar orders placed 3 months ago?

Why is Jimmy Chan, only a 40% Investor in Budcars, telling US about planned future Budcar expansions, projected Revenues?
Shouldn't those releases come from Indigo Group, the Majority Shareholder of Budcars? While SGMD focuses on its other "core" businesses.

If they still have/had any?

Since they covered their butt, about not realizing any income from Budcars, and they have No "real" income from PPE Sales, only the paltry $880K, against the $10 million "orders placed" 3 months ago. By the way for "unlimited supplies, and supply Chain' they claimed they had. Also claiming that all they're products are here, in USA, in warehouses, ready to ship.. At that rate of $880K/3 months, it will take over 3 years
to fill those "orders". If the $10 million dollar orders, which interestingly did not grow since May, and should of been $100 million by now, were real, the customers, would have to wait 3 years, to receive their order.. All highly unlikely, and improbable.

Jimmy Chan, feels the pressure to show some income claimed for PPE sales, which are non existent, so that's where the money is going to go. It will be shown as income from PPE Sales, and income from Restaurant Paper Products, also non existent, or based on reality.

Jimmy Chan, clearly stated 3 months ago, that they had $30 million dollars in orders for Restaurant Paper Take out Supplies. For demand that has rocketed since Covid. By now those orders should be for over $100 million, if legitimate.

It appears, All Jimmy Chan/SGMD do, is buy and sell Shares, and never show a profit, for minimum tax liability.

This way, it touts Budcars revenues, even though it has nothing to do with them, until deal is finalized, and/or they're majority owners. Which looking at their MO, will never happen. No,Just want to push them to either prove they're real, or have their fraud become more transparent.Instead of throwing out PR's and making statements that are Misleading, Deceiving, Disingenuous, half truths, geared to pump up prices.

After which No income is seen, mergers are dissolved, none of the Ops being profitable, and falling back on "we told you it was risky", "OTC-Penny stocks, oh well", and "Buyer beware", and "Do your DD" and on to new Press releases..

Still waiting for 40% Budcar deal to be "Finalized". As per the contract, will be finalized, when last payment is made to Indigo Co., Not happened yet.

By then Budcars rated 4.2, will likely be out of business, since it's 901st in line, if sort Pot delivery Co's serving Sacramento. Including over 100 Companies with 5 Stars. While Budcars, at 4.2, has complaints of Bait & Switch, Inferior, Unusable Product, Ridiculously High Prices, No delivery, 5 hour delivery..etc..

So far, Jimmy claims only $800K orders filled from "$10 million PPE orders on the books and placed 3 months ago. At that rate, it will take over 3 years to fill those orders, not taking any new orders in. If I had a market of $100 million to tap into, and unlimited supply chain, which he stated earlier, I'd hire more people.He did state that they have unlimited supplies, and endless supply chain, for all workers, hospitals, schools, etc. Now different story..This does not Bode Very Well..It also claimed its products are stocked here in warehouses in the US..Now different story.

Then the "$30 Million Paper product Restaurant Orders, already on the Books." No comment on that. Never saw a penny of that income..

Both PPE. and restaurant Orders should be over $100 million now, if legit. Due to Covid-19. Where's the Money? Show US the Money!

No I have no interest in any of the 900 Pot delivery Companies, serving the Sacramento area, that are better rated then Budcars.

Unfortunately I only have an interest in SGMD, which I try real hard not to disparage, unless challenged.

They forgot to address the "$30 Million on the Books",in the 8K,that should be over $100 million by now,for Restaurant Paper Products, "whose demand has rocketed", since Covid, that Jimmy touted a few months ago, at the beginning of the Pandemic. Stating for both PPE, & Restaurant Supplies, they have Asian Connections, & supply chain, with unlimited supply. Implying to investors, that SGMD has unlimited growth potential.. No income their either.. I guess just more hype, & BS, Jimmy Chan thinks we forgot about..He's like a magician. Every week, drawing attention to something else, hoping we'd forget about past promises, mergers, etc..

Ah Yes,The 8K,where Jimmy States Budcars not profitable, & potential SGMD income, from Budcars, if 40% merger is finalized, (which it has not been as yet), would be approximately $450K/month * .5 (profit) = $225K *.4 (SGMD Theoretical 40% portion) = ~ $100K/month. Which I guess prompted Jimmy Chan to say, in the 8K, not not profitable.

Although same SGMD Shills, hawk MCTC (otcomi,3vil,joop50,lk52q), Sounds like MCTC might be better managed, & interested in staying in, and growing their business.

Unlike SGMD, whose main accomplishment has so far been selling shares.

Maybe they use the same PR service.

But it would be nice to see some PPE Sales, and much touted, "over $30 million in sales, on the books", for SGMD Restaurant Take Out Paper Products, wind up on SGMD's income statement, which so far has been minuscule, if that.
These two Ops of SGMD, should of brought in over $100 million by now. Which gives rise to the company appearing as a sham scam.

Budcars 4.2 review can be misleading. Unless sort by reviews.

Reviews for Pot delivery Co’s in Sacramento are as follows:
5.0 Stars: 300 Companies
4.9 Stars: 100 Companies
4.7-4.8 Stars: 200 Companies
4.5-4.6 Stars: 150 Companies
4.3-4.4 Stars: 100 Companies
4.2 Stars Above Budcars 50 Companies

Total Pot Delivery Co’s with Higher Reviews than Budcars: 900

If I were buying something that my body would be ingesting, I would go with any of the 300, 5.0 rated companies, or any of the 900 pot delivery Co’s in Sacramento area, that have better reviews than budcars.

Why would anyone settle for the 901st Company on a list sorted by ratings?

Turns out they dont actually maintain their website. Called up to cancel an order and was encountered with a not customer friendly approach. Glad I took my business elsewhere. Never again!

Won't even respond
I've texted 3 times over the past month and haven't gotten a single response. Very unprofessional and disappointing. That's gonna be a no from me.

I placed an order yesterday evening, and the driver showed up a little late. No big deal, but 2 out of the 4 things I ordered were missing. They said they would come back the next day. Well, it’s the next day and they failed to come. I was told they’ll come tomorrow morning but unfortunately I do not trust that . i wasn’t even offered a discount

ordered and no delivery.
closed and no delivery. no update or anything after confirmation. closed and nothing.
I was told my order would take 1 1/2 to 2 hours. That’s fine I waited and never got my order not even a call saying they couldn’t make and I talked to someone confirming they would deliver to me. A few days later and still no call nothing about what happened to my order

Never heard from them
24 hours after ordering the only contact I received was a cancellation. Wouldn't try to order from them again.

FALSE ADVERTISING
When I saw the BudCars flyer in the mail yesterday I thought “oh cool! They’re offering 20% off for being a new customer and free delivery over $50!” So I made an account and ordered tonight. I saw that they didn’t take out the $3.99 delivering fee. The guy in the phone said something about my location needs to be charged if it’s not over $100. I stated it said FREE DELIVERY on ALL orders over $50. Mine came out to $54. He said that I needed to spend OVER $100 to get the 20% applied. The flyer says “ALL ORDERS 20% OFF FOR NEW CUSTOMERS” and he proceeded to say “in the fine print it says that it has to be over $100.” The flyer says nothing about that and he said he was NOT going to apply it to my order. And that he is telling me now about the “Fine print” So I told him to cancel my order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

False Advertising/Unprofessional/Bad Service
I wrote an extensive review on Yelp (check it out for more details) and wasn’t surprised to see mostly 1-star reviews there and many bad ones here. I was surprised to see so many positive reviews here, actually. False advertising- they sent out a flyer in the mail that clearly reads in all caps “ALL ORDERS 20% FOR NEW CUSTOMERS” - nowhere on the flyer does it specify that this is for orders over $100. I don’t know about you, but I am not dropping much more than the minimum for free delivery until I have ordered at least once. My first experience with Ease was terrific - fast, professional, friendly, with a new customer discount and clearly stated minimums for orders for delivery/et cetera. BudCars’ website lists no such thing - it states that orders over $50 get free delivery, yet my ~$65 order still had the delivery fee being charged; the website only reads “Call Us for Debit/Credit Pay”... but I was rudely told there is an $80 min. to use a card. Poor Customer Service -

The weed I bought was horrible yet extremely expensive.It was so bad it instantly gave me a headache buds were super small the weed looked dyed or something it was purple but a horrible purple.IT WAS UNSMOKABLE I THREW IT AWAY.PLEASE DONT BUY THIS WEED TRUST ME DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT AT all.

They're (SGMD) are panicking too. Most deals they made, were about offering shares, with the expectation they w/ be going up, in this "popular Billion$ Pot Market"..As I am sure Jimmy presented to investors, combined w/his proclivity for spitting out positive spin Press Reports,and hiring a "top notch" PR firm (Tiger), I guess many investors were happy to accept the SGMD shares.

Those investors, like US, can't be too happy now..Wouldn't be surprised if Jimmy Chan, is hiding, or even left the country..

Christ! Not even Links on Website to Place Orders,for PPE, or Restaurant Paper product supplies. Only Links for Stock Information (Home, For Investors, Newsroom).I guess they really don't sell anything but Shares.
