Hi cuggegrosse, I started investing back in 2021 and have close to a mil shares with average @.032. I would love to have your average. I am disappointed about skitahoe, as he had given me encouragement to remain positive. If I had additional funds I would try to buy down some more as I do think eventually the sp will rise, but not to what I had expected originally. Thanks for your positivity, and please keep posting.

Hi Captbass, I just called Earth Safe Solutions, LLC phone number and Eric answers with a message. Why would his phone still have a recorded message that says "You have just reached Earth Safe Solutions...??," IF he was out of the picture.

Hi Running Q, that is interesting. I also tried to Google map his location and had problems getting anything to show. I did go to the BBB and on there was a phone number that I called and Eric had a message that made it appear he was in business, so I left a message on his recorder and never heard back. Very strange, I wish he would inform us of what happened.

Good to know niczar. The link they had in the message for a list of those Caveat Emptor securities was broken and not working.

I received a message from TD Ameritrade about Caveat Emptor securities. Question, is PCTL a Caveat Emptor security? Here is what they sent me:

Effective May 25, 2021, TD Ameritrade will restrict orders in Caveat Emptor-designated securities to liquidation only. Only closing orders will be accepted after this time and existing orders to open new positions will be canceled. We are notifying you as you may have traded in or held positions in securities of this type within the past 12 months.

Why is this change happening?

A Caveat Emptor security is a designation the OTC Markets Group places on a security after a determination was made surrounding the company that there may be potential risk to investors. Caveat Emptor securities also have the potential for illiquid and highly volatile conditions."

SP, why it didn't stay up today at it highest levels??? I think that the constant bashing and negative posts about PCTL being a scam has scared investors to bail when the SP hit @ the highest level. Come on people, do not let them influence you to bail or sell...the SP is going to go up and reward those who have a slow trigger finger to sell.

Couldn't agree more greybeard34, especially when so many posts are not based in reality or facts. There is no way PCTL should be called or considered a scam with all the good DD that has been provided, which proves otherwise.

I have a boatload of shares, mainly due to the DD of DE and him buying a distributorship with PCTL. A lot has been discussed here lately about him and his silence, and possible sale of his distributorship, so I was wondering if maybe he could in some way be partnering up with Gary and PCTL? Would that then make it illegal for him to be actively pumping PCTL (against SEC rules for ownership to make statements), so he has to be quiet? Just a thought...any comments?

Here is another scenario. DE has been brought in as a partner to Gary.

If PCTL gets the uplisting to OTCQB then you will post a correction and retraction of your post?

Did anyone comment on the "Correcting and Replacing" that occurred with last Thursday's NR? It appears someone writing the NR had PCTL on the OTCQB and they had to correct and replace it with OTC. My thought is that whoever wrote that release considers OTCQB a done deal, and that is why they had listed PCTL on the OTCQB. Thoughts?

I enjoy your posts DesertEagle. I was 69 yesterday, after HS I tried to go to college following a love interest, but didn't work out, and was drafted into the infantry February of 1970. After thinking I was going to Nam, surprise, was sent to AK for cold weather infantry training and again lucked out, as I was chosen to work at the Transfer Point in Ft. Richardson (USARAL-typing out DD Form 214's). Ended up with an early release and project transition to come back home to become a carpenter May 10th of 1973.

My point is, one of the smartest persons I have ever known did not graduate HS and left home as a teenager, he became a carpenter by watching other carpenters work, and he developed into a very successful business person establishing a company that made drywall corner bead out of PVC. Several years ago he sold the company for millions of dollars.

Becoming successful may not necessarily require "schooling," but rather just "learning" how to do things right. I think that Gary Grieco KNOWS how to do things right, and I will continue to hang on to my PCTL stock with the hope and belief it will be a success.

Thanks again for your service, and I would also like to mention that my son-in-law is a Lt.Col in the AirForce, started out as a WIZZO on an F-15 Strike Eagle, then graduated from Test Pilot School, applied to become an Astronaunt 4 years ago and was in the final 50 applicants (was actually #13 and just missed out), but has now reapplied for this latest class and should make it in this time (he's 37 now). I'm hoping he will be able to give me so good ammo to fight the "flat earthers."
