fox, what's your take on the AVII.
i have a bunch of that at a loss in a semi-managed account.
apparently 5M shares = 1 AZZLOAD
Does someone have a "accurate" share count?
outstanding/diluted. I gave up and stopped keeping track. it now seems somewhat relevant again.
thanks
not to mention that the value of my holdings now exceeds the commissions that I spent acquiring shares!!!
I'm down about 80% now, but if we pass the .004 line then 20% of my holdings will be above water. i'll take any positive spin i can get.
Ok by me. I had been meaning to add to my position and .0215 felt like a good price to me.
G
Can anyone please tell me whether Dr. Pandey is in the U.S. right now?
thanks,
George
What stands out to me is that the group paid about 3x what they paid in the past and there are more shares outstanding today than before. In other words they are willing to cough up more money for a smaller piece of the pie. To me that says that they are now more confident than ever that Xechem is a viable company that has made great progress over the last couple of years. I think that the price will be soft for a little while, but overall I feel a lot more confident in my investment.
G
No need to shout. I saw one trade go buy in the last 10 minutes of so.
I think we are halted, no?
thanks guys. i wanted to check whether my two biggest holdings XKEM and RYI hit the H.O.D. at the exact same moment. I want to believe that there is order to the universe.
can someone please tell me what time the first .031 trade went off?
truth be told, I am actually kind of hoping for a little dip tomorrow. my mother called to tell me that she is thinking about adding a little XKEM to her portfolio. Why didn't she do it at .06c when I told her to????
Is the delay in the 10K worrisome to anyone or is this pretty standard?

sorry if this has been discussed.
Has anyone from this board actually been to Abuja to see the site and talk to people in person? If I had a larger stake, I would seriously consider going myself. You can bet I would send pictures back.
If you could see pictures, what specifically would you want a look at? Pandey is a shutterbug. I'm sure that he has thousands of pictures documenting the progress.
PS- the correct spelling is "sense"
What does this mean?
"in reduction of the indebtedness due under the Note". does that mean that the $100K is a penalty or that they were making a $100K payment toward the principal? Sort of like giving the phone company $20 as a show of your intent to pay?
just chain yanking, sorry.
then what do you call this????

Big D.
Thanks for keeping up with the sleuthing. I hope that you are right this time. Almost two years ago Ramesh Pandey told me "I think that you should buy some Xechem". I did and have held patiently ever since. I would really like to see this company bumped up to another level. They have worked hard and deserve it.

I guess I wasn't clear. I use/understand the PCR process.
What I meant is that with PCR it is now possible to utilize sequence variation among strains to identify specific pathogens. Thus- molecular biology meets microbiology.
Heck, I guess in that tac comes from microbes, in a way it is all microbiology.
Anyway, so what's this got to do with Xechem? I forget
I meant absolutely nothing by it. Merely rambling. Just to me there is a big difference between things that can be seen and things that can be seen with the aid of Perkin Elmer. I'm admittedly naive in the area though. In my work I like to walk 10 miles a day and have the furry animals in my hands. Lab work makes me itch. Ive worked with animals, cells and sequences and although complementary, tom me they just require a different perspective.
I reckon these days pcr has made biomarkers for specific strains of microorganisms much more popular. the lines blur evermore everyday. it's all science, right?
I'll retract my initial statement.
Happy Holidays,
G
I guess I was assuming molecular biologist rather than micro.
World of difference in scale.
Regarding Margie dumping..
I am sure that this has been discussed, but what are the regulations around restricted shares. Can she for instance, short 500M shares, then buy 500M shares in a private placement and keep the warrants for free? It seems to me the safest way to play it. True, you don't get the big payout, but you get free warrants and share none of the risks. Unless of course it's illegal.
Short answer???
Where is Dr. Pandey speaking?
exactly.
I read that as real product, real sales, real revenue. People should realize now what we have known all along. Xechem is for real and is not a Nigerian internet ponzi scheme.
If the market doesn't like the numbers then let them sell me their shares.
Thanks, but I take absolutely no credit. I just happened to recall someone else reminding everyone to check on the outcome of the vote. All I did was cast my vote.
G
I agree, the whole thing is ridiculous, but if they go by number of votes then he just might have a chance. Remember that this is the "Readers Choice", not the actual CEO of the Year award.
Anyway, doesn't cost anything to play and at least it got a buzz going here today. Heck, it may have even given the share price a little nudge. Who knows?
I was speaking market cap. I am perfectly capable of checking a stock quote. Don't tell me that you are one of those people like my barber who values a company based on its share price.
$40?????? No, that's way too expensive!!!!
judging from last year it looks like he just needs to make top 5.
then they will write a nice little piece about him and the story gets out to the mainstream.

what would that be, around 10c?
The rules are clearly stated:
"After submitting your vote, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit: Each participant may enter/vote one (1) time per week during the Promotion Period. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant's entries and that participant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification."
whether the actually check is another matter.
i hate that chart. just reminds me of how much money i had for about 1 day.
oh, i see what you are saying. so, once you are logged in you can vote as many times as you want? i assume that those votes will be nullified, but who knows? pretty lame webmaster if they don't have a way of tracking it.
I'd like to see Pandey win this thing fair and square. Seems improbable, but who knows what with his rabid fan base.
I'm not so keen on flooding the system with bogus votes. If they catch on they will just disqualify him and then where will we be?
One fan, one vote. That's my stance.
Doesn't anyone know a reporter at a newspaper who needs a hot human interest story? I think Dr. Pandey may need to be interviewed regarding his new celebrity.
Ok, when I voted it said that Dr. Pandey had 3 votes.
so who got #1 and #2?
anyone?
