Ibox press release history/latest PRs- We are falling behind here. Missing the last three PRs, I believe. I understand the Mods are busy running the board and their lives. At the risk of sounding too bossy, may I suggest they add an Ibox PR update to their To Do List?

The product, written in code, would indicate the company has access to coders. Now are you suggesting there has been no coding since those two gentlemen left, a month apart, last summer? If so, then the product would have been ready as it is now, since their leaving, yes? Yet you claimed, up to now and this release, that the product wasn't ready. Hmm.

I understand the reason for IW and Dennis stressing the August(2007) date. I would like to remind everyone the phased release was the plan since the shareholders meeting that took place last spring. Those persons that attended should remember and the phased release plan was both posted by attendees immediately after the meeting and discussed by SPZI Ihub board members for sometime afterwards. The main unknown was the exact timing of the release. We now have a better understanding of that timing.

Why the 15th? My WAG is till the 28th!

This is a general statement of SEC policy that is sent as a reply to emailed complaints:

The above statement doesn't supports this:

"they looked at them and found them to be legitimate"

There is no mention of GBDX in this reply by the SEC, nor any hint of the an inquiry leading them to a conclusion of legitimacy. The reply is only a general statement of SEC policy, nothing more.

Traderfan, this stock has a history of more than doubling in 30 days. This time around, the retail launch seems to be better organized. I will not call "5 cents in 30 days," but I wouldn't be surprised either. And, this isn't hyping. Because history often* repeats.

bucks, check my post history, you'll see I'm no newby with SPZI. This wasn't the first time I made money with SPZI either. And I still hold millions of shares after taking my investment and some profits. Yes, my cost basis is low. Yours could be too, if you learn from your past mistakes.

For me, SPZI has been a big money maker in 2007. I bought in(again) last spring. I didn't wait to chase it. How many will be put off by hand wringers like bucksmypup and wait too long to buy and be caught chasing SPZI in 2008?

Don't be so negative on our fun stock Lurker. We both made
alot of money on it and it over the summer and it could be
turning the corner. You'll have to keep an eye on it. SPZI
up 40% today not too bad. Right now I am out of the stock
but would like to get back in under the right conditions
before January 08. The stock is basically where it was last
May or June with a pending launch. It could be a winner down

Strangers on this stock forum are responsible for your investment choice to buy SPZI? Really? If true, I have a better understanding of your hand wringing.

Micro-caps stocks with the appearance of accounting and earnings legitimacy as described in my earlier post can have stock prices driven positively by emotions which seem to escape more rational guidelines of P/E values. I’m sure many of us have seen such runs in the past.

I'm not afraid to say this: With this business plan, if SPZI does uplist in 2008 and reports earnings along with receiving a favorable Going-concern evaluation from the auditors, 1 dollar a share can be easily reached.
