it seems to me that we may need someone a little more savvy running the company. we do not need another toxic debt scenario, by any other name , we need investors that believe in the company and the technology and are willing to hold their hand instead of putting a knee on their neck(by shorting the stock ahead of any raise) so this can become what we thought it would in the first place.
