Yep, I have seen it so many times. Those that have been full of crap for years (and are clearly there for pumping ONLY) are still allowed to control the board, while those that try to speak true and reason (with facts) are banned or limited in the amount of posts they are allowed per day.

Isnt that the truth!!!! There are alot of slimy rocks that are going to get overturned and I am sure I know who a few of those that have "talked" and "colluded" with Matt are. Well, the biggest one that I was aware of was CSHD.
That was a scam so easy to spot from the get go.

I just talked to Gram at ADVFN (parent Company of iHub) in the UK. He said the news just broke to them today and their board will be meeting to discuss what measures will be taken.

all of this "panties in a knot" talk about GOOG is just laughable!!!! IF GOOG had ANY interest or concern about NEOM and NEOMs patents, they could buy NEOM outright (just to be safe) in seconds with spare change in the break room sofa. Clearly GOOG has ZERO interest in NEOM or we would be owned by them already...its that simple. This is not as complicated as posters are trying to make it. IF GOOG wants NEOM and its patent portfolio....THEY WILL GET IT.

Les.... I have yet to meet or talk to ANYONE that has ANYTHING good (or even kind of good) to say about YA. They all say IF you are entangled with YA, your company is dead or very soon will be.
YA has a very very nasty/evil reputation and IMO, they are doing their usual strangle hold here and have given NEOM just enough air to accomplish YA's desires and wants. I guess my view of reality is just different than others and at this point, I still hold many many shares just as a pure 100% gamble that something positive might happen.

That leaves us about 2 weeks for a magic trick.

Nothing is stopping YA from closing shop in the US (in order to dump shareholders) and keeping the European operations as is controlling the US side as well.

TV, I agree. NEOM should be tooting their own horn if need be. This is just another of many things that tells me that YA has "other" plans for the future of NEOM, but what are those plans???

BE, it is clear as day that is why these "revisions" at HQ were done. You dont lay off, cut hours, cut pay, cut bonus, cut fees to BOD and restrict travel at an up and coming company on the verge of breaking out.

I was sent an email from HQ a while back that clearly stated that in no uncertain terms that NEOM WAS NOT HIRING. I posted that email here and to no surprise, it was attacked as lies. (I have more info that I wont post, but I have emailed to many here.... we are in deep trouble right now!!)
Many want the success of NEOM so bad, they arent paying attention to what is going on. I also want the success of NEOM and my $$$, but reality is what it is. We are stuck with YA and whether we like it or not, we are stuck with the Devil right now. I know many people in the VC field and EVERY TIME I ask about YA, they laugh and say you are dancing with the Devil and they will take every last drop of blood. I have NEVER met anyone that has a good thing to say about YA, not once. (if you have any YA success stories, please share them...)

you are correct Ziptied, NEOM could and should be doing soooo much more. I know I personally could get them (and have tried to) deals in real estate, automotive, entertainment and sporting goods. I have tried and tried to connect them with BIG PLAYERS in these fields and the result is......................NO REPLIES FROM NEOM!!!!!! The lack of attention to potential clients and follow through is boggling!!!

Now on the other hand, I-Nigma is amazing with follow up and follow through. I know Martin screwed us all (with the support of many on this thread), but he must have learned something as they know how to communicate.

Well, we are at T minus 24 and counting till funds are gone. Sure some will say that YA will NEVER let NEOM go under (crown jewel as some say....LOL), well, I disagree. YA has never had their hooks in so deep and with the patent rulings, YA is in a very powerful position that does not require US. YA was only keeping NEOM alive until the patent resolutions, now they have what they wanted and can make a boatload of cash as THEY OWN ALL IP!!! There is now no need to keep NEOM alive in the current state if YA wants all of this "crown jewel".

Sure, some will say... hey, we are up 2000% from the lows. Lets be real here, we are down from .75 to .02. Figure out that percentage. As we can see the rosey glasses crew has been 100% wrong (and if you notice are posting less and less).
It sure would be nice to see IM do something to benefit us shareholders, but time is running out and running out fast.
IF NEOM wanted to succeed, they could move forward very quickly, but when you lay off workers, cut others to part time, this is screaming problems at HQ. IMO, YA is holding NEOM back and we will soon know why.

I sure wish that I could be as optimistic as you and many others. I still see this glass very much 1/2 empty. It still appears to me that NO ONE takes NEOM serious as a player and we are down to the wire to sink or swim. It sure is hard to think that NEOM has big plans for the future when they have SHRUNK the workforce at HQ by reducing hours and firing people. This is not good for potential clients.
I sure hope that we get this ball rolling, but IF NEOM goes under, NO ONE on this board can say that they didnt see it coming. It has been clear as day for years, but we are all just HOPING it doesnt actually happen.

The first case you have there posted as $500 million, the TRUTH is that the court awarded less than $9 million, NOT the $500 million you post. Very big difference.

Lets hope that NEOMS cases dont go this way.

TP, that is assuming that YA would want to play that way.

What NEOM has done is no different than getting a payday loan by using your car title as collateral.
I have talked to 2 patent attorneys and they both say that YA can do what they wish with the IP if NEOM does go belly up (or gets its debt called due and cant pay) and the shareholders DO NOT have to be paid squat on the sale of the IP!!

Their example was a car loan (with title as collateral) at a pawn shop or a pay day loan center. Just because they give you $1000 for a title that is worth $3500, that does not mean that if you default on the loan they must sell the car and give you the difference. You default, and they KEEP IT.... your loss is their gain. YA is no different.

YA is pulling ALL of the NEOM strings and I sure hope we dont get the shaft after all the years we have been here.

who says that NEOM needs less money?? where did that information/opinion come from?? IF NEOM is building and growing a company with sales and marketing folks coming on board, they had better be needing MORE money.
At this point, all this talk of "quiet" revenues is just pure speculation like the dot connecting and "maybes" of days gone by.

IMO, there is NO WAY at this point NEOM is bringing in enough coin to pay existing bills, thus I think something is up with YA.

robotified.... the problem with NEOM is that for the last 5 years that I have been an investor, it has ALL been about rumors and dot connecting. As we sit down here after a slide from .70's, it is clear that rumors and dot connecting does not pay off and 99.9999% of the rumor mill was dead wrong.

Heres to hoping that a new dawn has arrived at NEOM's HQ and that the need for rumors and dot connecting will be a thing of the past.

It would sure be nice to know what is going on in NEOM HQland.

well, the decision makers for AT&T (wireless/business dev.)are currently enjoying a retreat in Dana Point,CA. There is NO TALK about NEOM.
Sure would be nice IF AT&T did buy NEOM, but.....this is only wishful dreaming at this point.

Sean, I dont mind a sale as long as we are included in the proceeds. My biggest concern still is that YA will take the ball and keep EVERYTHING. I get attacked each time I bring it up, but it is a very real chance that YA will take the patents private and they have every right to do so.

We are in default and YA can do as they wish with the patents.

I look forward to being shocked and awed by a very positive and uplifting quarterly report.
