And so we begin our rise once again!
Several reasons which I think everybody on this thread knows all too well. Great business, great management, doing lots of good for the women of West Virginia, and being very fairly compensated for that. Veltex is the gold standard for treatment centers, and as that becomes more and more apparent to everyone else, our little company is going to grow into a big company. No debt on the facility owned by the company, the only all women facility in the state, beautifully, built out, amazing staff running the operation excellent treatment being provided and great cash flow and profits ahead!
Pretty amazing that anyone is selling the stock at the recent prices. Somebody must need the money real bad if they’re selling at a time with this company is charging towards the goal line. As I’ve said before, all we need is patience and patients!
It’s going to be a very good year for all of us
More should be added this week. Break even is 11. By spring should be up to 50 or more. Nicest facility in the state.
4 patients as of the meeting. Going slow to get it right. By Q3/4 of 2023 there will be 108+
Check it out! Reddit post. Give this a thumbs up everyone!

In-patient next.
"We are proud to start trading our common shares on the OTCQB Venture Market," said Stephen G. Macklem, CFO of Veltex Corporation. "This is a natural progression, and yet another milestone, of our vision to broaden our investor base with increased liquidity and brand visibility while maintaining a high level of transparency to inform and engage potential investors and current shareholders. Veltex is on course to become an industry leader in Healthcare development and acquisition. Veltex's wholly owned subsidiary entity Veltex Recovery Group ("VRG") is well on its way to becoming a model facility for SUD treatment in the State of West Virginia and beyond."
" Veltex is thrilled to have successfully completed its uplisting to the OTCQB," said Andreas Mauritzson, Chief Executive Officer of Veltex. "We believe this achievement will significantly enhance our capital markets appeal to a broader range of investors. With more compliance and quality standards, the OTCQB provides potential investors improved visibility to enhance trading decisions."
Agree with Gratzi 100%. Spot on. If someone needs to sell because they’re losing elsewhere, then so be it. It’s irrelevant.
You’re spot on. They have a lot of acreage there. Expansion to 500 beds or more very do-able. It’s not like the need isn’t there!!
When all the news comes out about beds filled, uplisting, etc., buyers will come in. For now, patience.
We have a company here with a massive tax loss that I would estimate to be at least $200mill now, so I would assume our NOI will be tax free for quite a while!!- and that loss will be very very valuable to potential suitors if and when Veltex decides to merge or sell the co.
This is a gold mine with lots of reserves that’s just about to be mined!!
Enjoy the coming ride!
Minimum
I think things are going to change dramatically when Mt Hope opens for in-patient care. And that should be very soon.
The longs that have sold will be buying back in and the short will be buying to cover.
We will be back over a buck IMO and may go well beyond that over the next several months.
Gratzi sums it up exactly right. All we need is patience and patients.
I’ll chip in a megaphone to go with the Pom poms
Gratzi. You’re right on all counts.
New MM’s are on board folks. Things are changing. That short can eat my shorts. He’s going to be full of regret soon
Great buying opportunity. That’s all.
Revs will come in. Patience is all that is required here

Everyone on this board should be buying instead of looking for others to buy. Veltex is on a great path and is a real company with a great future. They don’t put out PR until they have something that needs to be publicized. No fluff here. The board is a serious seasoned group that has put in place an excellent management team and game plan for slowly but steadily building a revenue juggernaut. So if you don’t like the stock action buy the stock and support the company! Obviously the stock is cheap right now. The tax loss alone is worth close to a buck a share! When we start getting sizable revenue, we will easily be into the several dollar category. Go V!
Gratzi is correct on all counts
Veltex Recovery Group will do its part and then some. V’s facilities will be at capacity very quickly once they are fully operational. And lots of funding will be coming from the state and federal governments and the lawsuits, so V is perfectly positioned to benefit from all of that to help treat these patients. And they’re in the state that needs it most. We just need more people to be aware of this company and it’s mission and future and away we go!
Seems like people on this thread and a lot of the shareholders believe in the company and this wonderful management and the future for the company and its value. It also seems like there are a lot of holders but not a lot of buyers. We need buyers. New buyers and lots of buyers. And we also need to be buyers ourselves to support this company in the stock price. We all know there is probably, at this point, a $200 million tax loss if you include the accumulated interest, two locations that are going to do a lot of good for the world and be profitable for the company, and great management with lots of future opportunities ahead. Opportunities that will be accretive to the balance sheet and income statement. We should all be buying. Not complaining.
I know we have a winner and things will be great this year. Plans take time to formulate, set up, implement.
I have every confidence that the Veltex management will execute their business plan, and do so deliberately, the right way.
All is well. Patience my friends!
The sellers are uninformed and didn’t know what they had. Or they found something they liked better and moved on and took whatever profit they made. It’s all good. But I’m holding. This party hasn’t even started yet.
Wow. Nobility! Very cool
“Hold” scene from Braveheart!

Serenity may have more like 90 beds. Whatever the number it’s all good We are associates with a great group of people that are building a fantastic company
Serenity Pointe already producing income. Mt Hope soft opening mid August for outpatients. Full opening in a few months once all the permits are obtained and everything is good to go. 150 beds at Mt Hope. 50 at Serenity. More will be coming as we put some operating history behind us! Veltex will be helping hundreds and eventually thousands kick the opioids and other addictions! Great company, great cause, great investment
All is well folks! All is well. Patience will be rewarded!! Great management, excellent business plan, this is a slow but steady march to several dollars per share. The “real run” is still ahead!
