Agreed..the website had top shelf functionality. Marketing was crisp. Products and delivery on point. I think there is more of a disconnect of branding value for those who didn't use their products. I can understand that too. What a pain it would have been to create a online magazine and publish all those articles as well. Short lived as it was.

I think they were making a ton of money and dumping a bunch into the business model. Thus the good product line and website. They were able to show enough to keep investors coming, just to be greedy and ruin it.

Yes, a reverse split is among the corporate actions described in the Information Statement, mailed as of 11/18.

Per federal regulations, the reverse split request (involving documentation) has been submitted to FINRA (the “Financial Industry Regulatory Authority”) for approval and subsequent processing by them in concert with POTN’s transfer agent.

The review process of the submission by FINRA usually takes several weeks and once approved, FINRA notifies the company of the effective date subject to company acceptance of the date. Assuming approval, POTN anticipates the split to occur not earlier than mid-December which will be after the “effective date” of the Information Statement which is 12/8/2020 per SEC regulation. (There is a 20-day mandatory waiting period following the mailing of the Information Statement before any corporate actions contained therein can be undertaken.)

The case will pass. POTN has bottomed out. Diamond survived and Covid was a reset. Great time to get in for the cbd industry still. I don’t see how this case has tainted anything. It is what it is. POTN has some catalysts coming. Success is brewing.

It’s called branding. There are a dime a dozen CBD companies that can not break through the barriers of entry to even be noticed or talked about. As if you could just buy out the all the sweat shops in China and start to edge out Nike? It is the company branding, exclusive licensing, the ability to reach the end user. POTN has been successful and ahead of the curve with Diamond Hemp IMO.
