The thing is the algorithm speed has to be reduced or I think it would go up higher than they want it to.

I think calendar days but I counted both.

May 28th if calendar days. I did not count the 7th.
June 7th COB is 21 business days after, so June 8th.

SR-NSCC-2021-002 is up.

It appears that it will be effective 21 days after being posted. Looks like that is a time period for comment.

They should consider that and the notoriety they will gain for not protecting their investors assets.

Banks and Hedgefunds that cover their AMC and other short debt first will look the best in the public’s eyes.

First Banks & Hedge Funds to cover don’t go bankrupt.

But there are some good people in all industries.
I have to believe good will prevail, including this AMC situation.
We just need to hold on and fight for it.

I am a very patient person.

Hedge funds that shorted AMC do not understand the group they have come against.
Every injustice that we have seen. Every time there was justice for the powerful and the politically connected but not for the common man. Insider trading for the political elite (both parties). This is for the great businesses run into the ground (Toys ‘R Us) so they did not have to cover their shorts. And this is for the potential great businesses that do not stand a chance against such corruption. Have they ever considered they might have put the bio pharmaceutical company out of business that was on the brink of discovering the cure for cancer? It needs to stop now. Have confidence that you have power simply by buying and holding.

I am not naive enough to believe that all politicians are looking out for us. A few are. But those that are not, do not like attention they get from being ineffective. Keep holding and contact them.

We need true reform so the stock market can provide the same opportunities for all investors.

SEC, the time has come for you to do your job.

I can wait....
