So a one cent sale knocks $2.7 million off market cap? Makes sense.
I've been told, If you short and never cover i.e. company goes bankrupt, the position stays open forever and you don't pay taxes on shorting profit. Correct?
If so, lots of incentive to help push a company into bankruptcy.
Thank you for so selflessly being here to keep the "truth" through thousands of posts and hundreds of hours of your time these past many, many years for no purpose other than the common good.
Who else would do a $.32 trade?
I've been told that holding a short on a company that goes under doesn't require you to cover and there's no income/cap gains tax as a result. Not covering can massively increase your gain.
Perhaps it's your "horrendous" assumption?
Is my math correct? 3 billion shares at .002 = 6 million market cap for all ERHE?
Seems low for what they control, no?
Can you answer my questions?
I meant this as a serious inquiry, not rhetorical...
I need some basic questions answered hopefully by Krombacher and ssc,and others as they wish:
1) how many fully diluted shares of ERHE are there?
2) What oil blocks/ %'s are definitely owned by ERHE?
3) blocks/ %'s in question?
I would appreciate some simple answers.
Thank you
I'm not looking for a rosy picture, just educated guesses from frequent and apparently astute and knowledgeable posters. Please make your best reasoned guess.
SSC, best guesses in your opinion?

So if my math is correct, ERHE went from .000001 to .0015, a 150,000% increase in a week?
Only an absolute math moron would continue
to say that .07 is 7% (so far I agree)
so therefor .07% is also 7%.
.07% is .0007 as any school kid knows!
So you're saying 7% and .07% are the same thing?
.07 is the decimal representation of 7%. When you add the % sign to .07 you are saying .01 times 7%!
Just like 7 and .07 are not the same, think about the difference between 7% and .07%
NEW GLOBAL ACREAGE RESOURCES LTD (RAP.P) halted. What could be up?

Could it be Waterloo?
A courier working for Nathan Rothschild reported that Napoleon was being beaten at Waterloo, but Rothschild spread rumors that it was Wellington that fell and immediately began to sell all of his stock on the English Stock Market. Everyone else followed his lead, and also began selling, causing stocks to plummet to practically nothing. At the last minute, his agents secretly began buying up the stocks at rock-bottom prices. On June 21, at 11 PM, Wellington's envoy, Major Henry Percy showed up at the War Office with his report that Napoleon had been crushed in a bitter eight hour battle, losing a third of his men. This gave the Rothschild family complete control of the British economy, and forced England to set up a new Bank of England, which Nathan Rothschild controlled." (1)

So we're fairly priced for a pre drill run already?
So we're fairly priced for a pre drill run already?
Hope you are right. Very rough thoughts...
Last big pre drill run up to almostt $100 (split adjusted) so adjusting from there...
Four times the shares gives us about $24
One fourth the potential gives us about $6
Factor oil glut vs future price, lets say cut by two thirds, gives us $2 as my fair guess for per drill target.
25 bagger from fear price at $.08?
25 bagger from initial $.16 split price goes to $4.
At the middle, I'd sell my half million shares at $3 and call it a day.
They suggest settlement issues.
I believe a 1 for a 100 reverse split of a 0.0015 stock yields a 0.15 share price not 1.5 cents.
Funny, even your math has a 10x negative bias.
Very close...

you are right as far as this goes...
"No mention of compensation indicates nothing"
Anything you surmise is pure speculation.

By your logic the immediately monetize part means drilling right now? "The agreement enables us to immediately monetize one of our offshore holdings while preserving a financial upside in the event that exploration in Block 11 is successful."
Please show such language? I don't see "now giving assets away"
I read the words...
"transfer"
"doing deals"
"concluded the agreement"
"immediately monetize"

Yes! "The agreement enables us to immediately monetize one of our offshore holdings while preserving a financial upside in the event that exploration in Block 11 is successful."
And of course there's no nefarious intent in having a last minute $20 trade @ the day's low of .002 after the 3+ hours of nearly 2 million shares trading positive @ .0024?
KABOOM. Is the ah, er, uh, um, position of treasurer open?
Call me sucker, target raised to 50...
With close to 140 million shares on the bid @ .0003, how does a trade @ .0002 for 9 million shares go through?
Almost 200 million shares traded in last couple weeks. Who's doing all that buying?
