But you've said repeatedly on this forum that charts are useless for this ticker. Interesting that your perspective on this has conveniently changed.

Also, it was and is day traders and impatient hands driving this stock down. It's been proven numerous times how minimal the dilution has been for this stock,and only really saw a slightly abnormal increase once he bought a $60K acquisition.

How? Minimal dilution, and the $60,000 acquisition justified that. Blame the day trade dumpers for the reality of this current PPS...

If the Q3 shows that debt is going down faster than revenue and profit you may very well get that .06.

Yep: and that $9M means .01 bare minimum, no multipliers applied. Factor in all the potential with the new acquisitions, future $25M/yr forecast, CBD etc etc etc, combined with multipliers, and even a penny is grossly undervalued.

If this gets bought out tomorrow, the absolute bare minimum is ~.01 per share. Everything else is fluff, ignore it. Buying all I can.

I think .05 is certainly reasonable, assuming you're willing to hold a year or longer. Could be sooner too. I'm holding for a nickel minimum, but expect way more if I hold for a least a couple of years, assuming the company keeps trending in the direction they are (growing, transparent, minimal dilution, S1 funding).

This is worth a penny based on assets alone, without any multipliers attached whatsoever. Buying everything I can at these levels, period. Whether I have to hold a week or 5 years, don't care.

There is still NO RS at this point-because nothing has been filed as required by law. A law btw, that will give a huge 40+ day window to get out if one feels the need. It's clear the CEO is being entirely transparent regarding his desire to RS as a last option only. But so far-nothing is in the cards at this point. Mere speculation by the glass-half-empty folks at this point. By that same metric, an RS is also a "possibility" for MSFT, AAPL, GOOG, etc.

Also, regarding the CEOs purported lack of shares: you do realize that he just retired 250,000,000 shares, correct?

Well you've posted a lot of things several times, since you post about 100x per day. Eventually something's bound to come true for you-but you've been dead wrong about a lot of things as well. Plus, I recall multiple times that you've predicted a big dip...literally minutes before a 30-45% spike. And you wonder why nobody takes you seriously with your terrible track record, and your constant negativity.
