As long as they are re-investing their profits, there's no harm on that in my opinion. If FRLF can have the funding needed for this year from Merida then it's good for Freedom Leaf in the long run. Canadian companies have run their course, it's about time for an American company to run. American companies have been lagging when it comes to Cannabis stocks.

Shareholders deserve to know what's going on. What are the plans for the next Q? How about this year? It had all been "Thank you Merida!". The company should update us that have been here longer than Merida. Just a simple shareholder letter will do. We have now entered the next Q, and no love for the shareholders.

I'm expecting News or PR this week. 61 is the magic number. Jan 4 was when they hired the last Merida guy on board. Jan 9 was the news about the hiring. March 6, OTC details was updated (61 days after Jan 4). News on Wednesday will be special, 61 days after Jan 9. It's been quiet since Jan 9. I can't wait for Wednesday.

This is all in my opinion. I'm expecting news this week or the next. If nothing by then, I may have to find better opportunity elsewhere. For now, this is the best I could find out there.

It just feels like this time they don't really care about the PPS. Looks like someone wants the cheap shares and they would do everything, even shorting it, just to make it there. Just too bad that I'm now in the red zone by being patient. I'm sure someone is holding that news just to bring this lower. News will only come out when we hit 18. It would be interesting if that will actually happen, because we all know who has warrants at 18.

I guess we'll find out soon, I hope it's tomorrow, and news will be next week. In my opinion!

It that was the case (hopefully it is), then I'll just wait for update from the company before deciding to add to my share count. I have been so patient here, but, the slow bleed is very very painful, it's like slowly dying on needles. Haha.

The reason for their silence can be a lot of things. The re-branding or name change is one of them. The SEC may have put the "silent" mode if in fact they have to update information.

I'm long here, and I have been patient. So far being patient has lead to frustrations. They better come up with something good. If not, then Merida & Danny Moses (known as the Big Short) & I will have to resort to gofundme. :) I'm kidding of course.

FYI I have a bid at 18 as well. In blackjack, if I have 9&9, I don't double, I split, then I double down (if opportunity comes of course). Go big or go home....

The lack of update from the company and VNDM showing everyday on level 2 is what's turning me away from buying. I need the company to care about the PPS first before I'll buy again. Upon doing DD on Hemp2O, it's mentioned that it does not contain CBD nor THC. But, their new product Hemp2Go now contains 25mg of CBD. Maybe freedom leaf has something to do with CBD being added to the beverage? Hopefully we'll hear something soon about Hemp2O acquisition. Whether we will have Hemp2O under Leafceuticals brand, or a different beverage under NatureBorn brand.

I'm more excited to see the total renaming of Leafceuticals into "Freedom Leaf Health Leafceuticals".

IMO - This might have something to do with that farm that was on the Spanish news lately. Leafceuticals is our brand in Europe, and putting Freedom Leaf Health in front of it will give us a boost in acquiring necessary licenses and GMP for the new farm. We might have already the license to operate. Leafceutical had been GMP registered already.
