Ouch!
Thanks
Ok, I guess I need to ask someone to explain this form 4 filed by the CEO. Did he sell the 300k shares?
"if you believe in that sort of thing" Sure do Spencer;it's done. Keep working at it and don't give up.
Not dead, just a lot of hibernaters still holding and waiting it out.
Look in the board header
HISC LOOKING OUT FOR ITS SHAREHOLDERS
1. Homeland Integrated Security Systems Board Approves 10 Million Share Buy Back - 4/26/05
2. Homeland Integrated Security Systems Board Retires 450 Million Shares - 4/27/05
3. Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. Reports 50 Million Share Buy Back and Retirement - 6/7/05
4. Homeland Integrated Security Systems Board of Directors agree to purchase up to 20 Million Shares on the open market – 04/07/06
That is what a rep told me about 10 days ago. It sure would be more handy than Pinksheets.com
Scoobey-do, I have had that on my streamer for over a week. I called and talked to an TDAMTD rep. and they said that they have some details to work out. They are hopefully going to have accurate numbers soon.
...Via The GypsyJoker...???
sniperflea: I just popped in and stole enough time to read a couple of msgs and I couldn't resist responding to yours. This is not a judgement of your post;just a question relative to it. Why would the guy that was responsible for the beginning of HISS leave his CEO position and become the CEO of EVSI if it is a useless shell? If this was asked before, I apologize because I was on vc all last week and I still haven't had the time to read all the posts since the CC. GLTY and I hope for all our sakes there is logic behind all this switching around.
Well, you can't always believe what you see for the close. I sent an order to buy @15:56:42 at the ask for 042. I filled within 1 minute @.041 which should be the real last trade for the day barring someone's trade that isn't showing.?????
My streamer shows last trade @15:56:43 for .04.
cabbie70: I haven't seen anything pertaining to ghlt.
Welcome back Captain. I'm glad you made it back in time for the TC this week.
In reference to the nice large blocks, are you seeing the 1 million share trade @13:07:16 for .044 or is my steamer wrong?
Real interesting Level 11 this morning. .04 is 7 deep and only traded 68k shares so far and the closest ask is 10% away. I don't think anyone will be flipping today.
You are right neutral, I was busy in the early part of the day and didn't catch the beginning posts about the news and the link.
Thanks surfer, I didn't mean to leave anyone out. I appreciate everyone here that provides a positive effort.
Sorry Noble, I sure should have thanked you first for providing the link to Jersey. Thanks GLTY
Thanks Jersey, I had just got home and checked my email and I hadn't read previous posts for the day or I would have known that you sent them the link. Apple should send you a check for services rendered. LOL
I believe it was said that if there was a PR concerning Nextel/Sprint and HISS, it would be coming directly from Nextel/Sprint and not from Apple.
I just received an email from Apple about an ABC report on the CT. Here is the link:

rochet: This is not the first time the CyberKey has been off the site. Tex pointed it out a few months ago but it was put back on shortly after he posted about it. They are probably working on the website. GL
Same here Jersey, thanks many times over. I was feeling a little uneasy yesterday about the increase in shares and also having a time trying to make sense out of all numbers in the first qtr report relative to the share increase. Thanks again
Anyone else see that 50% of our volume today was in the last hr of trading? Also, and I don't know if it means anything for sure but Nite moved off of .05 and up to .056 around 15:00.
schlots: This is from the PR about the dividend: "Homeland Integrated Security Systems will unveil the symbol of the NASDAQ Bulletin Board Company shortly after the completion of the ActSoft acquisition." I know we already know who it is but there must be a good reason HISC hasn't announced it yet and looks like it has to do with the acquisition with ActSoft. I also think they had to know that Evans was going to have to file and we would find out on our own before the acquisition??????? Who knows?
GLTY & ALL
OT: Here is some interesting MM reading I copied from "Rager's Page" in IHUB post#316 if you want to read the whole post.
"Know their games. Know what they are trying to do - that is, make $ at YOUR EXPENSE. Making a market for them is secondary to making $ - always remember that... How can you beat them at their own game?? Simple - BUY stocks with EXCELLENT management, a unique and scalable product, and buy them when others either are panicked or are unaware of the potential. Then, hold them thru the frenzy. The ups, the downs, the non-action - just hold - and reevaluate management's ability to execute their business plan at certain key points - quarterly. Do not sell when the stock drops on no news if you believe in the fundamentals and the ability of management to execute. IF you need to sell, sell into strength. IF you do not need to sell - just hold LONG - by that I mean YEARS.... MMs think, and rightly so, that most people who buy OTC stocks are not LONG TERM INVESTORS. They think they are here for a quick buck, and most are - that is why MMs are so successful at manipulating the stock and scaring "investors". If one really goes LONG, that throws the MMs off. If the float is whittled away by real long term investors, the MMs have less leeway to play their games. Then they HAVE to make a more fair market, and they HATE that..." Note the last two sentences.
When I put my GTC sell order in yesterday at a much higher price than the current market, those shares in effect became unavailable for trading in the current market.
Thoughts anyone? Criticism makes one wiser (unless you are Baddog) and I welcome it.
Well I have to admit that I missed the different rules with different brokers. Sorry to all for bringing it up again.:)
Hahagreen: I just talked to my AMTD rep. and he said that as long as my margin accnt had no debit, my shares could not be borrowed for a short sale. I did not have to order certs. He said he was very sure of this. FWIW GL
Spencer: I just did for every share I have @.75 Limit,GTC. I don't now if it means a thing but just in case.
If Jersey says there are 200 mil short and they have to settle by May 30th then I believe it. The more time they waste to cover, the more dramatic the effect of the volume and I would think share price.
If it is true that there are 200 million short and they have to cover, that will be over 7.143 million covered short shares per day for 28 days. That would be over 14 million volume per day if they bought every share that is sold. There will be competitors for the same shares. Between now and May 30th could be exciting to say the least. Someone please correct me if I have this wrong.

OT: This is from the RB board for some that don't go there. FWIW here ya go:

Taken from the AMEP board:
INVESTING NUGGETS
Most investors are pretty successful if they find a “bullish trend,” then buy and hold.
Most investors are pretty unsuccessful if they find a bearish trend, then keep trying to pick bottoms.
If one owned socks in a bullish sector, many mistakes will be forgiven over time as the prices eventually move higher.
In a bullish market, price will usually trade within a properly drawn trend channel as it moves from the lower left to the upper right.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
As price reaches the bottom of a properly drawn channel, investors will usually be very negative and selling . . . since the emotions of the masses are always wrong.
As price moves up to the top of a trend channel, most investors will be overly optimistic and screaming the stock is going up, forever . . . and will usually be wrong.
This is the psychology that makes charts and investing work. The price action on a chart is simply the result of all of the investors in a stock making buy and sell decisions. History most always repeats. Habits are hard to break. Most people in investing and in life in general make the same mistakes, over and over.
Just remember one important point: There is nothing, and I do mean nothing, in this world that you cannot achieve, if you really want it and are willing to do the work, and you know God is the one who placed the desire in you to achieve it.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
There is also nothing in the world that you can achieve if you really don’t want it, or are unwilling to do the work.
B_of_W, I saw a prime example of what Tom Mitchell was talking about. I am a First Responder on a local FD and we had training last night at one of our local propane facilities. On top of each delivery truck cab (about 8) was a big dome about 24" square and 16" tall. I was told that it was a GPS system. After many questions, I found out that the cost was very high and If a truck came up missing they had to call the company, pay an extra fee and have them locate the truck in question. These systems wouldn't hold a candle to the CT. When the word gets out, we will all be glad we are investors because the sales will be big. IMO
- Tom Mitchell: "So why is Actsoft an already profitable company excited about working with HISC?"
- Cyber Tracker will open new doors for Act Soft (Act soft has customers that are interested in permanent mounting tracker systems, but their system is not as good as HISC's Cyber Tracker and it is more expensive too)
HISCRider, I would love to take you up on that invite. Gameboy didn't come from just a video game with the kids. I hope to be up that way anyway within the next yr, maybe 2. GLTY
KG4, I wouldn't guarantee a "massive dump" in this case. A 1/50 ratio equates to around 17+ million dividend shares "if" it is based on the current OS count of HISC. Depends on how many OS and float of the new company. I would bet that a large % of us would hold for appreciation in price knowing what we know about Actsoft. I personally don't care if they are restricted for a time because I believe they will be worth much more in time and besides they started with a cost of $0. I'm still holding waiting for more details and IMO Frank & Co. will come through for everyone that is patient and wise.
Anyone else see pm trades @.069?eom
OT: Whocares, why would I want to waste that much rum on a semi-trailer? OOOHHHH, you mean those other reefers. I guess we'll have to throw the "RedMan" away and chew'em? Boy, I can see it now. Captain and Tex with both cheeks all pooched out stumbling around making smiley face impressions in the sand while "havin' a big and rich time". Ok, I got it. Rum soaked reefers it is.LOL
TheLiveOne: Yes sir, the Yacht Club sounds great to me. I have been hearing a lot of talk about Rum being involved when the celebration takes place so in the meantime I will be in "training". It is good to have friends you can cut up with and I wish you guys the best.
Thanks RCP, I appreciate the job you do here.
Welcome to "Igore land" big_investor51. That is not respected here and I sure hope RCP will delete your post.
