Do you really believe that the shareholders of Baltia will ever have any value in their shares? I believe that they are worthless and will remain that way. I think The only chance a shareholder may have is if the company gifts them shares in their private entity. Even with that said, I doubt they will ever get an airline up and running, whether privately held or publicly.
Lol, ran.

They didn't raise $127mm!
Rab... what deal? What financing? Who in their right mind is going to give this mess a deal or money? Keep dreaming! TONY DID A GREAT JOB, LOL.
Let's call a spade a spade, Tony wants a private company!
I heard the board members were getting paid $1k weekly until they ran out of money..... what did they do to deserve getting paid? Who knows what TONY took.....i also heard he spent money on
WOULD YOU?
Probably Steffanie Lewis
Rodeoup..... you are 100% right.... Igor had the passion as well as certain others who were there with him.
Hey flaflyersfan, do you work for free? I don't know of anyone that would.
What's with the crabs? Is there anything wrong with going out to eat with colleagues and paying your own tab!
Sheryle had a heart attack.... and no one told the shareholders.
When is the SEC going to get TONY for committing fraud?
They never raised $125m in the first place!
Tony is a nothing who thinks he's something!
What has he ever accomplished? NOTHING
Who are the market makers for Baltia?
flaflyersfan..... you speak out of your you know what.... how do you know how much they spent on certification? Were you an insider? Or are you an insider?
They didn't fly because lack of effort and desire...... they tried hard before and now, I'm sure.
He should.... then maybe we would have a chance!
my bet is there won't be another shareholder meeting.
TONY HAS DONE NOTHING OTHER THAN DESTROY ANY VALUE BALTIA HAD LEFT (ROUTE AUTHORITY AND THE GOOD GRACES OF THE FAA) PERIOD, END OF STORY! HE THOUGHT BUYING A CERTIFICATE WAS THE WAY TO GO. EVEN IF HE HAD THE MONEY (WHICH OBVIOUSLY HE DIDN'T) BUYING A CERTIFICATE IN MY OPINION ISN'T THE WAY TO GO. HE KNOWS BETTER....LOL!
US Global didn't have the money to close the song bird deal.... what makes you think they have the money now? I'm betting they don't and never will.
TONY is in over his head
For your information.... Barry didn't sell anything. He wound up with worthless paper and lost everything! THANKS TO TONY!
KEEP WAITING
It has been all down hill since Tony took over!
He already blew the smoke up everyone's derrier, certdog!
Small time.... i heard if you can get Tony and Nico out of the topless bars and houses of ill repute, there might be a chance!
Thank you Tony for F'ing everything up!
I highly doubt they had money..... and probably won't get any!
Tony's word means nothing!
Perfectly stated..... you hit the nail on the head!
No one is investing into a start-up airline with debt, no route authority, 10 billion shares issued and outstanding and no financials for an equity position! There's also no way to get a loan, they have no collateral, unless they get more loans from their big boys. I doubt the big boys are going to lend the company $30mm to start.
Barry's shares should be clawed back? He's the only one that deserved them! When the company needed money in 2015 he bought $130,000 worth of Baltia STOCK from his own pocket at market price directly from the company while everyone else was getting a
50% discount. Oh and by the way, he hasn't sold any stock. Enough is enough, leave him alone!
And Tony was part of that..... now he's president, ceo and chairman..... go figure!
Hey lost ...... you wouldn't have a company to talk about if Barry clare didn't do what he did. It was ok for Michael Jordan to sell stock as an unregistered broker but not Barry Clare because Michael only raised 100k? The fact is Barry performed, Michael didn't, period.
MICHAEL ALEXIS JORDAN unregistered broker now and when he raised $100,000 (one hundred thousand dollars) for Baltia and got paid commissions.
Mr. Jordan? Lol, good luck.
Hmmm... how do you know they defaulted on payment to Drago? I don't remember that being public info? How did you know who invested in the preferred offering?
If they sell pp again they better use a licensed broker.... not like the way Tony was selling stock illegally for Baltia, without being a registered broker! He's such an angel!
AKthisistheone quote -
I heard that they will RS and sell pp again. OR Tony can finally listen to me and do a public offering for 10 to 15 million. But he is the man in shining armour remember!!!
