So the terms are only up to $250k for 1 year. Estimate orders are 8/year , min quantity 16.. so is that only $250k or $2mil? The former only moves the o/s .00003 while the latter .00025.

Another 12.4 million at $2.06.
And 19.4 million warrants at $4.64
The 2 latter average out to $3.63 pps. Depending on the 17 million offer price looks like a buy under $3.63

They sold $18.4 million but since they reached over 75 million market cap they can sell an additional $41 million. Bring on the dilution.

Just look at the slingshot. Still some states that require the motorcycle class. Its been around for a minute. Polaris paved the way with side by sides but some states didn't buy in. I highly doubt $solo has any pull "let me sell my ugly ass "car" because it has a roof its not a 3 wheeler or a motocycle"

Some states would require Solo drivers to have a motorcycle endorsement on their drivers license.

I would really like to get an update on the float. There is definitely more shares out there than 11 million.
