I'm afraid I'm no engg. I like the ideas though
If they weren't, they are now. I forwarded the article to them via Ruben.
What was that ticker?
I think you're blowing this out of proportion now. Maybe it's best to take a step back. It wasn't my intention to rattle your cage.
Why not? Maybe because they are being just factual and not trying to fluff the news with hype that may not pan out - and thus lose credibility.
Maybe that's why. Idk. But I don't fault someone simply for not expounding upon *what could be.* I respect the report of *what is* and *what was.*
The test was performed on one hospital within a larger hospital system. Either you're purposely misleading or speaking prematurely.
I agree. That's a good gain.
I just didn't see that same high you stated. So thx for correcting/clarifying.
When was this? Im looking at the chart right now omfor FRFS going back 5 years, and the MA lines suggest it hit $0.03 before November 2012. But not since then.
It's two recent spikes never created $0.08. Highest was $0.0785. When was the 11 cents reached?
Nope, they DO have hemp crop. I've touched it and walked among the plants. There's no fence on the north side of field 1.
The pics of harvested hemp seem to be from Field 2. I can't speak to that field as I've not affirmatively seen it in person. I have my best guess of where it is, however, and that area looks harvested.
What I was speaking of in my previous post was pertaining solely to Field 1, as clearly stated in said post
It's no doubt been mismanaged, and their communication sucks.
That said, the hemp is real. I've seen it.
This past thurs or Friday it snowed. (I forget which it was) Yesterday was cold, grey, and yuck. And the ground was wet in the morning.
Today the sun is finally peaking through a tiny bit a sky otherwise blocked by grey clouds. High in 50s, low in 30s.
Tomorrow is supposed to be 70, finally. It'll be in 60s, 70s, and sometimes upper 50s for the next 2 weeks. No precipitation yet in forecast until Nov 15. (The further out, the less reliable forecasts are, obviously)
But that's a good while before any bad weather.
AZFL tends to like waiting over a week before harvesting. So seems by that pattern, they can resume / start Field 1 by next week. Let's hope they finally do. In the meanwhile, we may hear updates on their kitchen and lab - things I think should've been settled like a month or more ago. I don't expect that news to move it. I expect news of harvest completion to move the price. But for it to not stay up for long while we wait to hear about the amount of yielded product, and especially about a binding contract with revenue to be contractually collected.
That already happened after by the last run. A/S was increased by 3 bol. Now total a/s is 6 bil.
How do you know news will come next week?
All we know is the trial period ends next week. Will we hear of a contract signed as son as the trial ends? Will we even hear any trial feedback next week that isn't from OCSY saying the trial went well?
It'd be great if the hospital signs a contract next week with OCSY, but we can't know.
Unless you have insider information...
Yea will do.
Because the product has been visible. It has been growing out in an open air field, not locked behind doors of a warehouse - where it soon will be.
And I've seen the product in the field myself. I live 45min drive away from it.
We still have seen the dilution already causing the lowering of price these past few days.
Still, any reaction today is emotional, not mathematical.
And then he pps reactiin will be emotional again - in a good way - when harvest finishes, when LOIs with buyers are finished, when cbd oils are extracted, when revenues are generated - holy smokes on that last one!
*precious = previous
Love autocorrect. Hahaha
To clarify my first sentences of precious post - it means the a/s increase already happened. The shares are already out there. Thus, any pps reaction is emotional, not mathematical.
Remember that 8ks must be filed within so many days (30, I think) of the increase in a/s. So any reaction by the pps today is emotional, not mathematical.
Yea, it sucks it happened. Yea, the owners and officers care more about ensuring they make their riches first ahead of anyone else, and they care about repatriating their note holders, to whom they are legally obligated, and they don't care as much about their o/s shareholders, as they will come and go, since they/we indeed are swing and day traders.
But the product is there. The sales and revenue will occur. These things will happen. The stock price will rise as a result.
I'll be driving to the field Saturday (may not see field 1 harvested yet, possibly, as a handful of dry warm days are required to properly dry out the fields plant and especially soil.) And I may drive there again Monday after market close, as they def should have started by Monday morning by my own opinion, and based on the criteria their dir of biz dev shared with me they have for harvesting.
Excellent points about what holds back the big whales from investing - err rather, what delays their decision to invest.
I'm one of those you referenced who have seen it with my own eyes.
I will be visiting field 1 Saturday (idk where field 2 is. So if someone wants to send me an address...). It's possible they didn't resume harvest yet by then. But I am confident by Monday the conditions will have been dry for long enough that it'd resume by then, and I'll return Monday to field 1 to check progress. (Either around lunch time or after the markets close)
As I said, I use the ihub app on my phone. And there's no such options on a messaging screen - which would be the intuitive place to put that capability.
But thank you for your unnecessary condescending tone with your otherwise helpful guidance.
I don't see how (from my phone app) how to include a pic in this message if I wanted to.
I may drive to field 1 this weekend to check if they were able to start Friday or if waiting for Monday. - and then I'd drive back again on Monday to check again.
It'd be nice to be able to share pics with you all.
If someone will send instructions on how to do that. But if you private message me, know that I am not a paying member, so I cannot reply with a private message. I only can post publicly.
Thank you.
Cool.
I would be surprised if field 1 is harvested already. I'd think they want it to dry out more based on what weather has been like here until pretty recently and based on what their dir of biz dev told me on the phone when I last drove up there this past friday.
I know they are anxious to get harvest done on field 1, but soonest I'd expect then to deem it clear to work on would be *maybe* friday. Again, they like to make sure everything is verrry dry, even in the ground several inches deep at least.
And I apologize - I misspoke when I said in my earlier post that mobile wraps' pics and vids were from field 2. I was conflating his footage with that unknown gentleman that posted on AZFL Facebook fan page. Idk how that guy knows where field 2 is, but if that field was anything AZFL, it would've been field 2. Cause field 1 looked like little to no work was done to it this past friday. I expect that all to change by or before Monday though.
And the pics dollartime shared of the barn and holding structures with the semi trailers parked around it... those are legit. Saw them on Friday, as well. Actually only saw 3 trailers at that time. I think there were more in dollartime's photos.
Additionally, mobile wraps' photos and vids were of field 2, not field 1.
Field 1 is not where the barn and storage are.
Field 1 is near the intersection of county road 52 (aka Mineral Road) and road 14, fort lupton, CO. The only building bordering field 1 is the "graceful oaks youth ranch." Or so their sign says. Their address is easier to find on the map.8098 Co Rd 14, Fort Lupton, CO 80621. It also pops up on my Google maps. And Field 1 is essentially their backyard and then some.
There IS an oil rig in the middle of that field.
The barn is between a 5-10min drive north east of field 1. Idk recall if there's oil right near the property, but it's quite possible since oil rigs and fracking wells are littered throughout the area. It's frankly rather repulsive how much big oil and gas has a presence there, polluting everything.
Unfortunately, even if you contact them to ask if AZFL owns the crop on their fields, they aren't obligated to tell you anything. They have no contract with you.
If anything, they'd likely not want to answer so as to dissuade other investors from calling on them (a hassle to them) to verify info.
Even Ellison will direct you to speaking with AZFL if you have questions. And though unfortunate to us investors, it makes sense. He has received so many calls and people even showed up at his house that he doesn't answer questions anymore, nor does he have to, nor does anyone else BUT azfl.
Yes, great weather for the next week and more.
Currently it's 30 degrees in Fort Lupton, CO at field 1.
Today's forecast high is 69 Fahrenheit. Then dips into low 60s, and back to upper 60s and 70s near 10 days from now.
Zero precipitation.
But it's likely there's still pockets of snow on some patches of ground - as is the case even in outskirts of Denver here. Indicating that the ground, and sub-surface still isn't warm (or dry enough once it warms enough to melt the remaining pockets of snow).
I'd expect harvest to actually resume no earlier than Friday, but possibly later.
Ellison doesn't own the hemp fields. He is only contracted to harvest the fields. Fields are owned by a 3rd party.
In fact, since i was just now out driving (it's 6:23am now), I can tell you that even in downtown Denver, the few grassy areas there are ARE dusted with snow atm.
I live a few blocks from where those city cams are in denver.
CO precipitation in the front range notoriously is such that it could be snowing in broomfield, Thornton, Westminster, fort lupton, etc, while not snowing in denver. Or vice versa.
Also, country dirt ground takes longer to thaw and heat up, contrasted with city concrete black tops. Especially with overnight lows in the 20s, such as it was last night, and still is right now in fort lupton (27) while in the 30s (31) here in Denver right now as I type this at 547am.
It could take all this week for the ground to dry out from the snow that fell on late Sunday - Monday. Not just the surface, but the first few inches worth. These are the conditions they wait for.
It is frustrating, but that's what it is like here in CO.
That is an excellent point as well
Now Hedge is pathetic? Like Dollartime said? I agree w him.
Since the weather in Fort Lupton, Colorado has been less than cooperative this week, and rain is still in the forecast for Monday AND Tuesday, gives weds to dry out, and harvest will hopefully then resume Thursday, and Thursday forward look clear of rain. Hope that holds. The further out the forecast, the weaker the prediction.
Im using the accuweather widget, which links to the accuweather website, which says 55% chance of rain today.
Fyi, the weather forecast for Fort Lupton, CO (where hemp field 1 is) is chance of rain today, and chance of rain on Monday.
Look it up yourselves. So damn weather will mean no updates for a bit longer.
Everyone can do a search on weather in the city of Fort Lupton, Colorado.
Weather this week has either been raining or threatening rain. I wouldn't be surprised if Harvest didn't resume again until Monday.
Why the "smh"?
Anyways, thanks for the direction. I see it there... But in the time and sales, not L2.
Thanks again. And to Adam16
Where does one see MM codes, such as 911? My L2 doesn't show it (using ToS)
Thanks!
Obviously Google maps satellite view will be a year old and not show the current hemp fields.
If you wanna see pics or video I took of myself at the field, private msg me your email address and I'll send you some pics or a brief vid of myself from Friday Sept 15.
