Yup nice dump again for the note holders. TC will do anything to protect and take care of his note holders and himself. Not to rain on anybodies parade but, Clorox and Lysol spray are 99.99 % effective against Corona virus too on hard surfaces, if you do not believe me just look at the labels. Dude.... tom is the CEO of bravatek one aspect of that job (and it is a very big aspect) is delivering shareholder value. To date he has delivered "ZERO" value ! His reputation at this point is purely in the past. When more people use the term thief and con artist to describe him there are definite problems.

Can anyone answer this question since TC will no longer communicate with the shareholders. If tom has all these connections that have been endlessly boasted about (MIT, Harvard, DHS, consultant to 4 presidents and more elbow contact with the higher end of society tham most of us bagholders can even dream of. That list is extremely impressive. Then if all true why do these same people who should know tom better than all of us not support his mission..... i mean an investment in a supposedly exponentially growth stock should be a no brainer. I would think it would be a tax right off if they lose unless they feel like tom is not trust worthy, its a scam and/or it a dead dog and a guaranteed loss....

Can anyone explain if tom is a liar, thief, scam artist and cheat why there have been no SEC charges brought against him? Do charges get brought on by authorities or by common shareholders. The many people on here who care so much about the welfare of the investors losing $$$ i would think would have no problem getting TC put away behind bars for a long time with the wealth of violations he supposedly has committed.

I recall on several occasions TC mentioning in terms of "this is my 5th rodeo and will be my biggest and last".

In my opinion if we all start buying the product it will have an expodentially greater impact than buying the same amount of shares.

Absolute minimum expectation given all the promises and hype... .56 is not "NASDAQ sooner than you think". And that is without a RS or any kind of share reduction to the commons that has not been spoken of, thought of or hinted - if you have 100 shares when all is said and done you still have 100 shares.

A buy out is great but at what pount, .01, .10 or .25. I know many people who will not be happy with anything near those numbers. When terms like "nasdaq sooner than you think" were tossed around last year most people expect the minimun requirement of 4.00 a share. With OS around 9 billion thats a 36 billion evaluation without a multiple. Share structure very much matters.....

Everyone also needs to realize that when/if these new revenue streams come in the PPS will explode. So, the current pps is reflective of this. If you wait until the revenues get reported you will not get these low PPS. You either believe or you do not....

In a conversation (text) with TC he replied to me and I quote, "In addition, a very well known firm that created a very popular search engine wants to distribute our new consumer product and ECrypt One..."

He does not specifically mention any firm by name. He did go on to say that a PR is under review.

One reason could be dennis needs TC and his connections to get govt access, TC and DO signed NDA with TC becoming co-ceo of DP (TC now has access to all DP activities). DO nor TC can discuss DP contracts. DP goes public then acquires/merges with BVTK.

Much of this is speculation which is why shares are sub-penny. If you wait until any of this becomes reported you WILL NOT get shares at this price. In the end "I believe bvtk gets acquired by DPT based on the 60/40 JV".

Based on this scenario DPT will need to be around $4.00 pps. Bvtk shares at 40% JV are now $1.60 each or look at it as for evey 100 shares of bvtk you will then have 40 shares of new company.

Why does monday have to be dismal? The financials show revenues and expected revs for 18 look good. Yes, there is a loss but, the story has not changed. Going forward shares structure is to be addressed and with any take over/buyout there is always a consolidation or restructure...

As soon as i am close to even i am out. Promises and hype is all that surrounds this stock. At one point i had over 20 people in this. Most are out at losses. I will not tell another person about this unless i see something real and solid. You can only dangle xarrots so long without providing any meat and potatoes.

In conversation with TC he has stated to me the 21.4m began invoicing in december and have started receiving payments in january.

TC mentioned back in December that he began billing against the 21.4 million P.O. and in January began receiving payments.....

Well, all these events need to be revealed and released. The mega promises since last summer must come to fruition. I am steadily seeing more and more discontent from the populous as a whole. At this time we have seen 77k in revenue. Several months ago it was mentioned record breaking revenues were coming and to date there has been no mention.i think i speak for many in being bummed when day in and day out I see only stagnation in the pps.
