The float is over a million shares and only $1,373 worth of stock changed hands today.
Less than the price of one of Norchi's suits. Amazing.
Have no idea what is going on. Appears to have risen from the Dead with no news and relatively small volume.
This is Norchi's retirement plan.
He has screwed this up so much he knows he can never get another job in the industry so he will milk this as long as he can.
All things considered, the stock price is actually holding up well.
No money coming in, no prospect of any money coming in, and yet it has been fairly stable.
I was sure it would be down to a buck by now.
Any predictions on a date for when this stock will be back down at a buck..?
Speaking of dilution......Not sure how much cash they have on hand, but at two cents a share they may have to offer shares at one penny. That means 100 million shares only raises a million dollars. You wonder how much longer they can keep the lights on. Another question is whether they have the right to sell the patents they were granted from MIT or whether they revert back to MIT. If they do revert back then there is no value to the Company and it may just fold.
Could have been some people selling for end of year tax reasons and with not many excited buyers out there the sp dropped considerably. When the sp gets this low tremendous fluctuations are more common, even on no real news.
" Novartis Medical Nutrition bought Boost from Meade Johnson and after a few years of solid marketing Boost was sold to Nestle for a handsome price."
Unfortunately I think this old dog has got too many fleas to be a candidate for any kind of scheme involving promotion and pump and then offloaded in a nice sale at the end.
I don't think there has been a tube of lipstick created yet that you can stick on this old pig to make it any more palatable.
The only thing of any real value that they hold is the patent to the internal product and considering the time, money and brain power required to see it through - well suffice it to say you will probably have better odds spotting a sasquatch before that thing makes an appearance.
A few years back there were actually negative interest rates. I wonder if there is such thing as a negative stock price. Meaning, Arth dops to zero and they pay you to take it off their hands because the stench of it is so bad.
I think we are just about to the death throes now. Not quite, but fast approaching.
There is no demand for the external and they don't have the money to develop any other products.
Who wants to buy in now to the tune of millions upon millions of penny shares in the hopes that their fortunes might somehow turn miraculously around..?
I think they turn the lights out this winter, maybe spring.
If this thing hits one penny I may pick up a couple of hundred shares and see whether Norchi will send me the paper stock certificates. That way if this winter there is another Covid lockdown or other supply chain issues I have a have a cheap source of TP on hand.
How low can this go..?
If they decide to continue they will need to dilute. And raise millions.
There will be a discount from the present 5 cent price in order to entice any suckers (I mean new investors) in.
I don't know how many new shares it will equal - but - it reminds me of the 1930's when Germans needed to fill up a wheelbarrow with cash in order to buy a loaf of bread.
Someone with ties to J&J used to be on Arch's board. Or high up. So others out there in the industry are aware of Arth. They may think what a lot of us do as well - that the money is in the internal product, not the external. There is too much present or potential competition with that product. If it were part of a line of products, well that is one thing. But as a stand alone..........
Another problem is Covid. It can flare up at any time. Internal trials with that looming over your head - it obviously increases the expense but who wants to even get involved in them on any level..? From the participants to the doctors who would have to run them..? People got better things to do. Arch needed to get the train out of the station before Covid and they didn't.
Unfortunately I don't think we are in 'bidding war' territory any longer. I think we have officially crossed over into 'fire-sale' territory. They should accept whatever offer comes along - if any. It is going to be expensive and time consuming to get the internal trials done and the clock has been ticking for quite awhile now. Throw in the fact that there is already a butt-load of shares outstanding so if they can get 25 cents/share well that's a lottery ticket.
It's sad watching this turkey die a slow death.
The two 13 year old girl scouts out in front of my supermarket every Feb. sell more product then these clowns.
Things are looking good till at least Summertime.
Norchi's last three yacht payments are due in March, April and May.
He doesn't officially get hold of the title till June.
So I would imagine this Company stays solvent till he has got it all paid off.
The 64 million dollar question is why Norchi isn't talking about the internal product.
That is the unique product where the money is.
Trying to sell the (possibly old) external product 'nickel and dime' outside of the back of a van in the old Hood isn't going to generate substantial cash.
"When one egg is broken - you blame the chicken. When they are all broken - well you suspect there has been a fox in the hen-house.."
Hey. Enjoy the ride while it lasts....
The stock price has gone from 6-7 cents to over ten in a few days.
If you were trading shorterm - well you made out......
Don't know a lot about this new Company that will be pushing the product.
Maybe they have some pitbulls in there for sales people that can ink a deal.
Hope it turns out.It didn't last time.....
But maybe Norchi has a rabbit under his Hat...
That he has been waiting 7 years to spring on us.......
Hey - I will admit when I am wrong.
It is hard to see how word didn't 'leak out'.
There are at least three Companies involved in this.....
And.......
Well who knows.
Arth needs to raise more cash.....
The double digits are always more enticing than the single.
To investors.......
Who knows Jm.......
And no. I can't imagine the "new" sales company is much different from the "old" one.....
Approaching 2 years and no one can sell it.
It is a crowded marketplace.....and their money is in internal.
I can see them doing a small "deal" now at cost or below. To get their name out and raise the SP.
"Meet the New Boss...!!"
"Same as the Old Boss...!!"""
<<<< _ Pete Townshend ==== The Who>>>>)
Bryan - anything is possible. But. I have seen this happen many times.
There is unusual stock activity and people start saying - "I bet someone out there knows something that we don't and are cashing in on it."
I have yet to see that be true.
After what just happened with Dhillon - well if it is true......
Arth is in a heap of doo-doo.
Stock purchases are easy to track and people could go to jail. And the Feds could step in and freeze the Company.
I think Norchi is incompetent - but I am not prepared to call him a crook.
If Arth is getting ready to ink a deal and they or the other Company allow word to leak out to certain people....who then cash in....
Well. It is a worse case scenario for Arth. They are already under heavy scrutiny. Something like that could sink them completely.
Snowy - I highly doubt it is a "leak".
That is insider trading. And people go to jail for that.
The Government wants to keep faith in the system so they don't stand for it. Yet whenever a stagnant stock price or volume increases for no apparent reason we usually hear people speculating about that. Considering one of their former top dogs is in serious legal jeopardy and facing jailtime....well if something is getting ready to break then I would imagine Norchi has it sealed. If not and we did see insider trading - the Feds would probably step in and shut the Company down. So even if news breaks over the next one or two weeks - well it is probably coincidence.
Who knows.
There may be investors out there who think this has hit close to rock bottom and are willing to gamble.
Or short term investors thinking they might be able to buy at 7 cents and flip at 8 cents before bad news hits. And make 15% in less than a month.
Snowy....
This is a Company where one of the top dogs may spend years in jail for deceiving us.
Years go by and they can't sell a single unit.
The 'money' is in the internal - which will take millions of dollars from massive dilution to even have a chance.
It is at 7 cents now give or take.
Dilution carries a carrot attached to it.
How many shares will they be able to sell at three to four cents to make this happen..?
They need to offload many, many millions of them.
And at this point......who is going to take that chance..?
I apologize if I came down hard on you.
But.......
You need to understand there are a lot of people that have been burned here.
No. This site isn't attracting potential 'new investors'....
For that to happen...well you would need to have a hole in your head.
But....It is better than the people who bought in to the Company to the tune of millions of shares when it was 60 cents a share.
Don't take it personally.....
But only a shill is going to come on here and tell us we can make 'lemonade' from the off-flow of a waste water treatment plant.
It is amazing......
This thing has been falling faster than.....
And.... I am sure he/she is a good guy/gal......
But when the "Owl" shows up....to tell you...you've been misinformed.
Well.
Either stupidity or a.....conflict of interest....
Future investors. Wait till it hits 2 cents before investing....
We all got out...When the Titanic was going down. Poly.
Just.....Some got spanked more then others...
Then.....
"I watched this board for about three years before my first post. Witnessing the board decompose to primarily disgruntled investors driving away potential new retail investors because of the desire to 'tell Norchi off" when it's unlikely he'll ever read it was watching an exercise in futility."
And then Poly and others who have been here for years.
Well I wont just cum on here and accuse him of being a shill....
But......
At 7 cents and falling....................
Who comes on here and tries to make a case for it..?
???????????????????
Well......
A lot of us were burned. Bigtime.
So regardless of whether this "Snowy Owl"......
(well obviously he is full of sh*t).............
Use your head folks..........
Never dump a dime into this company.....
Even if you believe in the future of it......
Well///////////
You are looking at massive dilution....
Now at 7 cents......
Can.....
They screw us over....any....more......
This burnt out......and shamefl..../// OWl
"ARTH should request restitution in the form of replacing shares sold rather than money."
At this point toilet paper is worth more then those shares. I would take the money.
That's about half of the Company right now..!
If they can find any new investors to dilute this thing could hit two or three cents.
I still think this is great technology.
Just you have to be the first cab off the rack.
They screwed up external....bigtime.
In order for a start-up Company to be successful.
You need two things.......
One - A great product. And....
Two - Great management.
Unfortunately we found out the hard way that TN should have never left
the Minor Leagues.
Throw a fastball at him right down the middle of the plate and maybe
he can hit it.
Throw him a curve or screwball and he is a deer in the headlights.
Striking out on three pitches.
The guy was a money manager. He picked stocks.
A completely different skill then building a Company up from Ground Zero.
Unfortunately he is the starting quarterback - first backup......
and third stringer all in one. There is no one else. A new CFO..or..this or that.?
All that is.....is re-arranging deck chairs on the Titanic.
TN needs to lay out a Plan. People may not agree with it.
But just having the Company become a sponge doing nothing but
sucking up oxygen and/or money........Wow.
And I almost invested directly in the company 3 1/2 years ago.
That seems like a lifetime ago now.
Yet we are at the same exact spot now then we were then.
One other point.......
Do you remember back awhile when Arth was taking a vote to potentially allow them to dilute to the heavens..?
I think it was 900 million shares.
I was out by then but figured - yes. Better then going bankrupt.
They knew this was coming.
Or at least there was a good possibility of it.
They need to raise 10 million. Soon. To do internal surgery trials.
And at 5 cents a share that is - 200 million new shares plus warrants.
Arth needs to recognize the demand for external is just not there - and bite the bullet and dilute to raise more cash for the internal trials.
Yeah - no one wants to see that. But unless they think they have a lead on on external deal - well the longer they hold out on dilution..... the more it will cost everyone down the road.
The question remains - what will be the dilution price and package. And can they find people willing to invest.
I think they can. At rock bottom prices. 5 cents a share with generous warrants. With some longtime investors.
But maybe they can't. Which is why they are stuck still doing presentations.
Occasionally miracles happen.....
But if one doesn't. This next fundraising is going to be ugly.
You will see share prices at 3-4 cents for awhile......
We are getting to the point that when they dilute....well it will be offered at a nickel a share. And the price will drop temporarily to 3-4 cents. It may actually cost more to own it then the stock is worth. Has anyone called TN recently..?
Institutional holders don't buy into stocks that are a dollar plus.
A lot of times those are the rules.
Doesn't mean the stock won't take off.
Just - they minimize risks for safer gains.
There is always that off-chance that TN pulls a rabbit out of a hat and inks a licensing deal for external AC5 that brings in immediate upfront cash......and the stock price could hit 30 cents in a few days.
But in all likelihood the near future will bring dilution and a lower stock price. If they can even find someone willing to invest the millions it will take to get the internal product approved. When dilution comes I think we are looking at a temporary price of 5 cents a share.
I realize that.
I thought some were suggesting that they didn't use human blood.
They draw blood. Separate it into two samples.
One sample sent off to the normal lab.
One tested by the knows machine.
Then they compare the results.
"Not sure what kind of testing this was if not done on humans."
Of course it was done on humans.
Not sure what machine was used to test with.....
but I imagine blood was taken and then split into two samples.
One was tested with the standard test at a lab.
The other by a Knows machine.
Then the results compared.
At this point in time TN's salary really isn't an issue.
They could cut salaries across the board and it wouldn't help the Company.
The 64 million dollar question is who is going to invest a number of millions into the Company at this stage and stock price to try to get it over the finish line..?
I tend to think there are not a lot of people willing to pull that trigger.
They may need to get very creative in the package deal in order to pull some suckers in. And unfortunately for stockholders that probably means diluting millions of shares at 5-7 cents......plus a bunch of other goodies. It may be a scary Halloween grab-bag of everything plus the kitchen sink thrown in.
At .099 we are in official single digit territory.
Exactly. To break a buck would be a big deal. You would need to have something involved with internal for that. This stock has never hit a dollar. With the amount of dilution that it is going to take to get internal approved - well we will never see over ten bucks.
4-5 years ago 30 bucks was pie in the sky but at least a possibility.
Now - if everything goes right and they dilute and get going on internal.....
Well maybe in 2 years when it is approved it sells for 5 bucks.
This stock is like a lot of small start-ups.
It is going to bounce around in a certain range - sometimes with no apparent reason or rhyme.....
Till you get either very good or very bad news.
Announcement of a major new dilution will probably push this to single digits... And an announcement of some type of deal for external AC5 that actually generates a moderate amount of guaranteed revenue could easily push it into the 30's or higher.
