Hey Carolina, I am sorry to say I did not get his name but I will be happy to post the website. I was a little taken back because when I called the number from the website, a company with multiple suites, I truly expected to reach an office with a receptionist etc. Instead, I got a man answering the phone with "hello". I got the website by searching the name of the company another poster mentioned in their post..."American Lithium Minerals" with the ticker symbol of AMLM. Amlithium.com. At the bottom of the first page is their address and phone number. It is an 800 number. The first three digits after the 800 are 991. I will let everyone else look for the last four digits. If I give it here, many will say..."oh that is a friend answering the phone so they can make everyone think this is a scam". So anyone that wants to can just look on the website. And then call them! I am sure you will get the same man to answer since he is running this company from his home. I am not saying this is a scam but it does raise red flags. PLEASE, keep in mind...there is NO EVIDENCE THIS COMPANY IS INVOLVED WITH GNCP! I was simply following up on mindless, unproven speculation posted on IHUB so I was just doing DD to see if it held any water. Every investor needs to make their own decisions. Instead of letting others put the pieces together for you, why not do some research yourself. Do some research on the big lithium company people are pitching as a possible partner in this big lithium deal they promised to announce when pink which they did not do. The lithium company website is very basic. Do a Google search of the company address. The suites 140 -149 imply a bigger company. This is actually a UPS store. I called and spoke to a man that confirmed their office is his home and the ups store is their address. He also confirmed they are not mining just prospecting. Considering they have been in business since 2005...guess prospecting isn't going well. Oh yeah...financials show
a lot of notes owed but zero revenue. Yup...sounds like an awesome opportunity! But don't take my word for it. Do a search or pick up the phone.

I think the court case isn't as important as some think. I believe this is a HUGE opportunity to get in at an extremely cheap rate. I am curious to what this will be in 5 years.

You are incorrect. PM did NOT fail in getting the case dismissed. They won that and it WAS dismissed. However, the judge allowed HCMC to submit more facts to try and get permission to resubmit an amended case. The judge has not ruled on whether he will allow that yet. So please do not be saying PM failed because that has not been determined yet.

They usually post by 5:30 cst. My guess is they will post nothing. Late today or early tomorrow they will have an excuse as to why it didn't happen but the will post shortly.
