Despite the noise on this board positive or not positive, this company is about to explode and congratulations to the people who have accumulated at these levels, noticing the chart and the consolidation and pounced like a cat to these prices.
It's just a matter of time before Bemax Inc finds revenue through there outlets, definitely including Walmart. If you guys wouldn't mind going on Walmart. If you type in disposable diapers, there are 25 pages Mothers touch is on the second page of 25, if you look at the top right and click best sellers Mothers Touch is on the first page! Long and Strong!
On twitter it is only showing me 2.3k, on instagram 7.3k. But still either way, 6k or 2k followers on twitter is still much better than 300 when I got here! Do you think I have a bug on twitter?
TBH I think the price is in a big consolidation period, just waiting for big news to send the share price to the moon! IMO.
It looks like Bemax Inc wants to stay at these levels. Not a surprise considering the fundamentals we have. Great loading zone imo.
I*glow by share selling scheme do you mean the CEO converting her 150,000,000 common stock shares to 50,000,000 Preferred B series shares?
https://globenewswire.com/news-release/2017/01/25/1010532/0/en/Bemax-Inc-Retires-150-Million-Common-Shares-of-Company-Stock-Reduces-Issued-and-Outstanding-Shares.html
Awesome! Plus a lot of posters on here already purchased there diapers including me. Most of the reviews I heard on this board are positive, so I wish you luck with your experience! Keep me posted :)
Well, the average three year old weighs about 31 to 32 pounds. There diapers go up to size 4 large (21 to 35 LBS). I think there main target focus is 3 years or younger, I'm just guessing but it might be because of the stagnant sales of 35 LBS or over diapers, or 35+ diapers might be booming I have no clue man. Plus they are just in the development stages and could grow on sizes in near or far future depending if they are successful in the sizes they have now. But I do not have any kids so honestly I do not know, just taking a sales approach to your question!
More shares than you'll ever trade? Which I'm guessing is 0, short and long term...
I'm underwater, thanks for noticing/caring. If you are long on a stock and you truly believe in the companies long term growth, you won't mind the prices fluctuations because it will all even out in the end.
This stock rose to .05 cents not off the quarterly in 11/30/16 (I'm not taking into account the 2/28/17 because the post date was on 4/21/17 well after the run), the 11/30/16 quarterly was just as bad as the recent 10q report.
The stock wasn't running off promotion, if it was I didn't see it, all I saw was the marijuana sector getting promoted, not the baby sector, lmao... This stock basically had its run off of an announcement going on Amazon, converting the notes, uplisting to QB, and the big PO. Can you imagine if this company started showing numbers on there financial reports! Only time will tell!

That's rough man. But hey when you invested in this company you where looking for some nice gains right, you had to have seen some potential in the company not just giving blind money away. Back when it was .03 cents was in mid February, people where driving those prices mainly because I think of the selling on Amazon and the PO. I think if you hold on until this company magically becomes a scam, or they are simply not getting enough income to thrive, you will be happy seeing this company grow which they are showing signs of growth slowly but surely. The next 10k could be hype, if you know what I mean. We should also see the 10k in the upcoming days unless it gets delayed.
Yes, you were correct about Amazon not going to succeed. But after that point of cancelling Amazon, she made a big recovery, and now is on Walmart.com one of the biggest brick and mortar companies in the world. This will only give Bemax big time exposure. She is also an eBay, but with high shipping. Which I think will be corrected in time. She also said she will return to Amazon.
Now you're just being ridiculous.
Nah, she didn't. If you would mind bringing up my other link I put in that message, this one right here. Please explain all the mothers touch diapers in bulk, being sold by an account named Bethel and being sold at a location in Nairobi, where Bethel is presumed to be located?

Also, that gmail account from Bethel is verified and working. I actually got an email from them about the diapers. I didn't create this email message.

Okay, Pampers is a global known brand, Bemax Inc is still in the developmental stages.
The baby diaper market is expected to be $54.5 billion. Like you said Pampers generated $9 billion, that is 17% of the diaper market. There is room to grow a small business, and Bemax is competitive with prices and quality.
I expect to see increases in the 10k. We haven't even seen the $1.1 million PO. She also stated she received strong customer demand when releasing her site to the US. It's stated here. This was after the last 10q was released. This was on March 30.
DALLAS, Ga. — U.S. shoppers will be able to pre-order Bemax’s private-label disposable baby diapers starting April 4 at www.bemaxinc.com/webstore.
The global distributor of disposable baby diapers has plans to further expand its online sales of Mother's Touch private-label disposable baby diapers beyond the U.S and Canada, and will make an announcement when its ready to offer the product online in additional countries.
"We are excited to start welcoming our online customers from the U.S. We have received tremendous interest from prospective customers across North America; we expect that strong customer demand will exceed our estimates at launch. We are committed to provide the best online experience to as many customers as we can," said Taiwo Aimasiko, Bemax CEO.
Questions with more questions for answers....
Tbh I have no idea about the $715,000 and neither do you or you wouldn't have asked it.
I do know why the revenue was only $24,000.
The Company had $24,960 in sales for the three months ended February 28, 2017 compared to $246,119 for period ended February 29, 2016. This reduction is due to inability to secure viable and less dilutive financing to effectively finance purchase orders.
I do not know if the financing she recently got is less dilutive. But she did get viable financing. So, I would expect to see increases in purchase orders and her able to fulfill them with ease.
You sit there and type and you're trying to convince me that this company is not growing. I invested in this company at the beginning of the year, before she even started to tweet. The numbers are slacking I agree with you on that, but the press releases and tweets are showing us something completely different.
The third quarter that you keep posting bad news about, that quarter consists of the following months December, January, and Frebruary. In those months let's see if anything big happened.
On February 28, 2017 Bemax inc entered into a Private Label Manufacturing Agreement with NADC.
On February 10, 2017, the Company filed an application with OTC Markets Group to Uplist to the OTCQB.
DALLAS, GA--(Marketwired - January 31, 2017) - Bemax Inc. On January 24, 2017, the Company's Board of Directors approved the retirement of 150,000,000 common shares own by the Company's CEO, Taiwo Aimasiko, effectively reducing the Company's total common shares issued and outstanding by 33.21%.

As of January 4, 2017, holders of Bemax Inc ("Company") Convertible Notes due between October 19, 2016 and December 9 2016 (the "Notes"), had converted principal and interest due under the Notes in the aggregate amount of approximately $256,200 to 145,762,920 shares of Common Stock. Effective December 1, 2016, the Registrant dismissed George Stewart, CPA ("George Stewart"), which did audit Registrants year-end financial statements for the year ended May 31, 2016. The change in the Registrants auditors was at the instance of George Stewart as he commence his transition to retirement and approved by the Board of Directors of the Registrant.
In those press releases nothing really interesting besides the uplisting and the $1.1 million dollar purchase order. The uplisting, I remember we had gained at least 90 to 100% on the day. Other than that nothing special. The awesome thing though, we have yet to see the big PO on paper. I have faith we see it on the 10k, that is due at the end of the month. Imagine if we gained that much from uplisting, now imagine seeing the numbers increase on the 10k, people would go bezirk because the price now is under valued.
Now look at the recent press releases after that 10q was released. They are much more juicy! I won't post them here because I think I said enough.

2. Our private label brands for distribution in the U.S are being produce in the U.S where quality is superior.
2. Unlike other products, disposable diapers are made of same raw materials - be it Pampers, Huggies hence the use of same or similar description. The differences are in absorbent level, sizes and packaging.
3. Most disposable diapers out of Asia are vulnerable to imitation and adulteration. This is the primary reason why private label companies constantly change labeling, packaging and sizes.

We can estimate at this time that sales through Amazon will help increase overall sales but we do not know the extent. Advertisement is part of our plan to reach specific markets especially online, family and women magazines. -Bemax inc
We did our thorough diligence and decided to proceed with North American Diaper Company for the fact the company understands our target market especially in East and West Africa. NADC are currently active in these markets as they shipped substantial quantity to this region. Furthermore, NADC understands the custom clearing process in these areas as well as the regulatory framework as it pertain to disposable. diaper. North American diaper company will meet our short term supply need as we prepare to commence online sales here in North America. -Bemax inc

Bemax Inc has diapers a third of competitors in price. Price is a top priority. Price is a more compelling reason for diaper switching. Price can be a powerful motivator to encourage trial, but functionality will
always outweigh price, said Buchanan. If the less expensive product fails to deliver on basic expectations of leakage protection, gentleness, comfort and absorption, consumers will not likely buy it again.
Some posters on here are saying the BMXC diapers are just as awesome as the competitors brand.

I totally agree with you, but people are always entitled to there opinions even if the information is jabbed down your throat!
If anyone looked at her twitter posts she is showing signs of growth! She said she is coming out with baby wipes to complement the diapers in sales. She is going to expos in 2017 for live advertising. She completed or is planning to complete a new consignment of the mothers touch brand for East African wholesale and retail markets. Bemax expanding distribution network across U.S. and to Canada. Bemax said they are well positioned for inventory expansion and for a marketing campaign for the first half of 2017! Bemax global marketing outreach extending sales to Australia! Also, creating a production plant in Africa!
As for this company being a scam, it's simply not. I went onto twitter i saw that otc market groups is following Bemax Inc. This might not be a big deal but the otc markets group is following only 928 businesses/people and there is about 10,000 US and global securities in the otc market. We also have people who purchased the diapers and got the diapers, I'm a purchaser myself.
For the future PPS, I think it will explode sooner than later. If she used her assets/inventory wisely she would have gained mass profits from the $1.1 million PO. In my sticky post I used how much there manufacturer sells the diapers at .05c Bemax Inc sells the same diaper at .15c a .10c profit. I do not know the extra fees Bemax inc had to pay for the product, F.O.B fees, etc. But hell Bemax inc may have even bought the diapers cheaper than .05c at a wholesaler discount, who knows she hasn't disclosed that information. But from my research it's a .10c profit off 1 diaper! So, if she used her assets accordingly and funding appropriately we would see a big increase in revenue. A lot better than last quarter that's for sure. The asset turnover ratio would increase as well and that shows the company is growing and making profit. We haven't seen the $1.1 million PO yet, something to look forward to on the 10k and for revenue in other outlets.
I see. Sometimes I just use bottom as a slang for support levels. Because the support levels do show the bottom for that particular moment. But hey man we're two totally different traders!!
I my sir, do believe there are bottoms or support levels in the otcm. If not it would be chaotic! There has to be order.
I'm hoping we see something too!
It could be true. In the 8k it wasn't specific.
I guess people need to see some kind of numbers on paper. They will show, sooner or later!
Not a problem, was kind of trying to figure it out for myself as well xD
We have yet to see the $1.1 million PO. I'm looking forward to it being on the 10k!
You keep stating that wherever Bemax inc puts there product there will be minimal profit. You said that with Amazon and now Walmart. Here is the thing, when Guangzhou there manufacturer was selling the same diaper on Alibaba they where selling the diaper in bulk for .05 for each diaper, Bemax is now selling the same diaper for .15 cents. That is .10 cent profit in one diaper. On the $1.1 million PO, Bemax is selling diapers for $36.50 for 240 diapers in a medium pack .15 cents each diaper. $1.1 million divided by $36.50 = 30,136...... 30,136 packs of medium baby diapers equals 7,232,640 diapers. 30,136 x 240.
Let's see how much profit they made selling 7,232,640 medium baby diapers. 7,232,640 x .10 = $723,264.... Now let's see how much they paid for 7,232,640 medium diapers. 7,232,640 x .05 = $361,632... Let's see if we are kind of close to that $1.1 million.... 723,264 + 361,632 = 1,084,896... Close enough.
The margins from maker to seller is really cheap if you ask me. Only .05 cents for making the diapers, and .15 cents for selling them. .10 cent profit.
So, if Bemax Inc makes a .10 cent profit off each diaper. The $36.50 medium pack for 240 diapers the profit off the sale of $36.50 is $24. 240 diapers x .10 = $24.
The diaper costs I didn't get off Walmart, I got it off of the Bemax inc webstore. Walmart is selling the medium pack higher for $39.99 instead of $36.50. Even better..
https://www.bemaxinc.com/webstore/
So, getting to my point if Bemax Inc makes a $24 profit off selling just one of those medium packs, and she decided to sell on WalMarts webstore. Walmart has a 15% referral fee and warehousing fee. I did a short research on the warehousing fees and I found this. New fees ranging from 1% on the value of goods held in inventory up to 10% for food suppliers on the value of goods shipped to new stores are being assessed to 10,000 of the chain’s 11,000 vendors. So, let's say all the fees come down to 26%, 26% of $24 equals $6.24.
Amazon fees are about 1/3 of the sale price of the item, that is 33%. So, I'm pretty sure 26% of fees by Walmart is pretty accurate. $24 - $6.24 = $17.76. That is $17.76 in profit for selling on WalMarts web store. But Walmart is selling the medium pack (240 diapers) for $39.99 better than $36.50. The profit would be even higher at $22.23...
The profit is there, and its higher than you think.
During fiscal 2016 , walmart generated total revenues of $482.1 billion.
Apparel generated 8% of the total revenues.
Apparel includes apparel for women, girls, men, boys and infants, as well as shoes, jewelry and accessories.
So, let's say each one of those categories brings in 1% of the total 8%. Boys and infants has 1%. 1% of 482.1 billion is 4,821,000,000 billion.
There are 20 featured brands in the baby category. But to be honest when I go to a Walmart store I rarely see 7-10 brands, or I'm just not very good at seeing. But one of the big ideas I have is seeing Bemax inc diapers on the shelves. One of the reasons this big idea can and most likely will happen is the cost and the effectiveness of there diapers. But the real hurdle I see is having the money to be in every Walmart store. This is where the funding comes in. Funding is not bad, especially if you can get your return on investment.
Another thing I noticed is Guangzhou Suide Commodity Co there manufacturer is no longer doing business on Alibaba. Every time I try to find them, they say the page cannot be found.
I think without the funding Bemax inc would have to trust Bethel Imports for acquiring money all the time. If you look at Bethel Imports PO there all spread out none in the same month. With funding you are able to ask for assistance in running your company not being dependent on one entity. With this 384k funding, they are able to produce more things.
You keep stating that the funding BMXC made was a bad move. But she was clearly thinking about her business when they made this move, also thinking about us. She emailed this to me.
From the company's perspective strategic partners are creditors that are positioned, ready and willing to provide ongoing funding to the meet the company mid to long term marketing and expansion objectives. The overall goal of a strategic partner is to work with the company through continuous funding, with ultimate beneficiaries being the investor, the company, as well as the shareholders. Bemax inc
Here's a tweet
The benefits for the company and shareholders over the mid-long term significantly outweigh the cost of the notes.
Nothing to worry about I think.
Amazon fees are about 1/3 of the sale price of the item, which doesn't include the monthly fee of $39.99. 1/3 of the sale price that is 33%. Wal-Mart like you said is 15% and eBay is the same with 15%. Having WalMarts referral fee with warehouse inventory fee I highly doubt it adds to 33%. The company is choosing the cheapest and the most prosperous option, which is how you run a healthy and successful business. I personally do not have a business but going with the cheapest option is I think the smart thing to do...
Here's what I think. Some small due diligence for the new and upcoming. This is all my opinion and some facts mixed together.
It's no secret that Amazon.com (NASDAQ:AMZN) is a dominant force in online retail. But it's still astounding just how dominant it's been in recent years. New data from Slice Intelligence shows that Amazon took 53% of all of the sales growth of online retailers in the U.S. last year
Amazon is the leader in the online force, but wal-mart is in second. Bemax inc now has had experience with both contenders. It could be a learning experience for Bemax inc! The reason why Bemax inc had left Amazon was due to high shipping costs towards there customers. Now they are on eBay with a shipping costs of $14.99, this could be a work in progress. But maybe another reason why Bemax inc left the big contender Amazon was Amazon sellers only get their money every 2 weeks, you can work around this but must be approved from Amazon. With eBay, you can get paid every day, even multiple times a day. Amazon fees are about 1/3 of the sale price of the item, which doesn't include the monthly fee of $39.99, and the ever increasing warehouse storage fees. eBay comes out to be about 15 percent of the sale price, so about half as much.
Total annual retail e-commerce sales are $201 billion. According to eMarketer, Amazon’s e-commerce sales are $79.3 billion while Wal-Mart has $13.5 billion and Apple totals $12 billion.
For just starting to run there business in 2014 it looks very promising. Bemax Inc was founded in 2012 but they began operations in 2014. Don't let anyone fool you.
I've been here since the beginning of the year, just before they saw there run to .05 cents. What I think personally is we have way more fundamentals than we did at the beginning of the year. Hopefully we can see some kind of explosion somewhere either in share price or in news but Wally World is huge..
But if you really do support the company the notes should be looked as support. Hopefully with the new notes the PO's will come in left and right, fulfilling the PO's with ease.
Well bemax inc had little capital to fulfill the PO's. You can look that up here.

Saying the loans are toxic is kind of misleading. When I think of toxic financing I think of debt that can't be paid off. But that is not the case here as you can look in the newest 8k.
Here's what i see all my opinion.
You keep stating she had lost $1 million on a revenue of $25,000. But actually she lost $1 million on a revenue of $140,113. The ($1,033,557) was counted as Nine months ended February 28, 2017. The revenue for Nine months Ended february 28, 2017 was $140,113 with a gross profit of $33,913.
Also you state she couldn't afford a happy meal i found this amusing.
Your wishful thinking of this being a scam is just outrageous.
You also state the CEO of BMXC is playing by your rules. Everything you post it is corrected by the CEO... If only this where true she would be under water...
Another, today was insider price manipulation. This isn't true. The run today happened from a positive news statement.
Me i'm still happy with my position pretty small amount compared to some but still the CEO is showing she wants PPS to go up with her business. Not only will this take time but through her effort of showing me she cares really stands out and shows me this stock has potential.
Tbh i think this is just a massive retracement back to its previous lower lows being .0045 and .0033 like you said. There wasn't any catalyst to hold that .05 range, i think she could've done a better job to try and hold that range with some news or anything a tweet anything but i bet its hard without anything to give. I'm not going to predict price or anything all my opinion but i think in the month of the previous big time lows date being 12/7/16 to 1/6/17 showed big time support with out really any catalyst to support that range. Now we have several catalyst to support the current range hopefully.
They have deferred revenue for 5/31/2015 for 507k. Why is this here. It is there because of the purchase order to Supply 18300 Cartons of Disposable Baby Diapers. 18300 cartons of there diapers at $36.50 equals $667k
