"that much to the O/S
"other than the PPS is moving above the execise price ($.038) of those registered 95 MILLION stock option shares."
Good point. Do you think they're willing to add that much to the in order to pay off the loan from NAK?
I hope not.
"He didn't "drop" that money. Those are stock options that were granted to him by the company in lieu of salary last year. He simply registered the options with the SEC so from here on out he can exercise them at his discretion."
Yup. A lot of folks here seem to have a hard time grasping that concept.
The silver company with southern in it's name has no tombstone-related pr's on its' website after nov. 08. It is no longer listed on the "Projects" Tab.
"Tombstone project
Phase I drilling on the Tombstone project completed five holes for a total of 2,230 metres and tested prospective stratigraphy and mineralized structures through the northern and central part of this 1,600 ha property. Initial tests of two of the mineralized structures returned highly anomalous silver and base?metal mineralization in two holes including a 4.8 metre interval averaging 42.4g/t Ag, 2.24% Pb and 4.46% Zn from drill hole TS08-01 and a 7.3 metre interval averaging 21.7g/t Ag and 0.47%Pb and 0.44% Zn from drill hole TS08-03. The company continues to develop targets for the 2009 exploration program through detailed evaluation of the 2008 drill results with respect to the structural and stratigraphic controls on the mineralization."
I don't doubt ZTEM. Maybe we haven't ZTEM'd Tombstone because the adjacent ZTEm confirmed what JB & Co. already thought, with respect to the area.
we'll see
KY,
I'm not disputing anything, just pointed out a fact. As far as heeding those "Who have done", that makes the involvement of MLV all the more noteworthy, does it not? But we don't know how/if Tombstone is relevant to their involvement.
I pointed out a FACT, only because it offers counterpoint to the anticipation, and by doing so, perhaps, perhaps not, it will allow the discovery of an unknown truth or the discarding of a truthless expectation.
An inferred estimate is indeed possible based on:
www.cim.org/committees/cimdefstds_dec11_05.pdf
"The term Mineral Resource covers mineralization and natural material of intrinsic economic interest which has been identified and estimated through exploration and sampling and within which Mineral Reserves may subsequently be defined by the consideration and application of technical, economic, legal, environmental, socio-economic and governmental factors. The phrase ‘reasonable prospects for economic extraction’ implies a judgement by the Qualified Person in respect of the technical and economic factors likely to influence the prospect of economic extraction. A Mineral Resource is an inventory of mineralization that under realistically assumed and justifiable technical and economic conditions might become economically extractable. These assumptions must be presented explicitly in both public and technical reports."
"Inferred Mineral Resource
An ‘Inferred Mineral Resource’ is that part of a Mineral Resource for which quantity and grade or quality can be estimated on the basis of geological evidence and limited sampling and reasonably assumed, but not verified, geological and grade continuity. The estimate is based on limited information and sampling gathered through appropriate techniques from locations such as outcrops, trenches, pits, workings and drill holes.
Actually, my point was that the envisioned triggers here did not have the anticipated effect for the adjacent claims and operator. It's just a fact, that's all.
There's an excellent write up of the district output, from the University of AZ Library circa 1881 posted on the TxxxF website http://www.tombstonemining.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=63&Itemid=100
I hope Admin doesn't delete, it is very relevant to OUR property.
I understand. It is worth noting though, that the 43-101 by SRK and The Ztem by Geotech did not trigger a wildfire. There may be a deal in the future to consolidate the district. A company with 'Southern' in it's name appears to be active there also.
I was speaking of Tombstone by itself, it's a peice, nothing more or less.
Their ZTEM is presented through a link at the bottom of their home page - the ton and imeediately north, Northeast and east, are not included, but indications leading to that area are positive.
Who, other than myself, has read the 43-101 SRK did in April of '08 for the adjacent tombstone claims held by Txxxf? It included 9 holes. Did not seem to send their market cap anywhere.
They also flew ZTEM: "... announced today that it has received the completed 2D ZTEM Report for the Tombstone Project from their geophysical contractor, Geotech Ltd., The professional report shows the property contains several structures with characteristics that resemble known porphyry deposits that ZTEM has successfully defined."
Liberty's claims include parts of Tombstone proper, for all intents and purposes, the town itself. Any mining will be underground.
I'm not seeing an obvious and rapid path to big dollars from this, in and of itself.
I guess time will put this puzzle together.
Any Idea which is which?
Where those maps come from - I couldn't find them!
Anyone have a fairly exact location for the tombstone property?
I'm playing with the latest google earth and would like to get a good look - can't find anything to narrow it down.
Thanks.
"I think we will see more PR's in June"
Just like the one we were SURE to get in April?
Hahahaha . . . . in good humor.
5% of the O/S traded these last two days . .
I'm a little surprised it wasn't up more, on volume like that.
I don't know what to make of it - that is big volume.
Let's see how they paint it .....
Lunchtime coming to an end . . .
Of course they may all be gone for the Holiday weekend.
A Larger Plan view Image of Pebble:

CLICK ON the image to enlarge!
So, "yes, many of the holes shown in the plan view image were drilled prior to ZTEM Data"? Correct?
SGR, A question:
The Pebble Ztem data shown above, in the plan view, with the drill hole depiction - that was obtained AFTER much of the drilling was done, CORRECT?
A cooler hand, and head.
This man speaks the truth.
"Wait, until you see the whites of their eyes."
I hope you are right!
This is interesting: Yesterday I was on the road, had a job interview. Part of the interview process was to make a 10 minute presentation with power point, etc. on a Topic of my choice . . .
Too Funny! after being offline all day, saw the headline, price and volume . . . LOL
Could be sweet, with legs and patience.
Amigo, Young Bull
I wouldn't claim to know the mind of any man who hadn't told me. I think he went on the record with 90 cents . ......
Many moons ago, in a different world.
His price may have changed with it.
I'm 52, and thinking about Time and Mortality.
His perception of achievement may not necessarily have dollar signs attached.
Here's a story:
Old Bull and young Bull on the Ridge looking at the Cows.
Young Bull says: "Lets run down there and @$#$ one!"
Old Bull says "Nah, let's WALK down, and @$#$ ALL of them".
LOL
Who knows?
Right.
All he needs is a price north of .038.
I think some other folks here weren't up to speed on that.
scottrade shows B-A as: 26,190,00 x 5,126,00 .0285 x .029
100K @.029 just went off.
Sgt. Joe Friday lives.
Apropos of nothing, my informal survey leads me to think that the usual suspects on this board hold approx. 30 million shares.
I would guess that the lurkers and unknowns who are not part of the 'industry', other retail holders, might hold another ? mil.
Thanks.
As has been speculated: Does JB have the cash to Ex.? Is that what he would want to do with it at this point in time?
Don't most folks ex. and sell after the price has achieved significant gains off of the awarded price?
That's how I thought it worked - Ideally, you don't have to tie up your capital, if the thing goes up, THEN you ex. and hold/sell/distribute, whatever.
A little knowledge can be a dangerous thing, that's why I harp on reliable conclusions based on factual facts, rather than speculative interpretations of facts.
I still don't know what to reliably think from the Form 4 OTHER than the setting up of a 'control protection' contingency plan as posted by others.
I'm not bashing or criticizing anyone.
Maybe I'm from Missouri . . . .
I don't think he has paid anything until he chooses to exercise them, they were awarded - they're OPTIONS.
At least that's how I read the '4 after referring to the instructions page.
Am I wrong?
Maybe so.
Maybe I'm just more skeptical of groupthink, everything-supports the-desired-outcome mindset . . based on watching how long it can take and how often reality contains something unforeseen.
It's nothing personal toward anybody, nor do I think that I must be right and someone else must be wrong.
Crazy...
That makes sense. Also, it's not just ownership by the board but those who would vote with them.
Amigo, I just didn't see how the award of options in and of itself was indicative of something else.
Options and warrants are usually priced at or near the market at the time of award.
"copper and gold in the ground don't expire."
No they don't! but people and options do, and you can only re-issue one of them.
I read the form 4 as an award of options at .038, and can't CONCLUDE anything significant from it, aside from the large number.
If I'm missing anything other than rose colored glasses and some really good Weed, clue me in.
I misread that.
The code is "A" 'Award'
The Big Kahuna was awarded MAD options at a .038 exercise price.
So, what's the big deal here? What are people reading into it?
Is he gonna ex.?
Does he even HAVE 2 Mil.?
I don't get it.... seems much ado about something that is nothing at the moment. Incentives expire all the time . . .
The more of it you read,
The more it becomes the Gobbledygook.
We ELECT these Fools.
Odd.
If I read 4 C (iii) correctly, either column 2 or column 8 should be blank on the 52 mln entry . . . .
ALSO
GENERAL TRANSACTION CODES: "V" = "Transaction voluntarily reported earlier than required"
May indeed be a 'Signal Flare'?
I dunno
