Last time I talked with shlomi

Couple weeks ago, he told me funding almost close

And they ready to start construction

I asked him if they can finish on time

He said they need to complete it in 22 months

(I thought i read it should be completed by 1/2019)

And they have enough time.

About the money, I thought they are selling shares, can't they do it?

Here is what I think they will do

After getting enough money for the new plant
They will update us,then they will wait a while untill
New and stupid investors join, and then they will do a R/S.

I sold all my shares when it was 2.7$ , as far as I remember,

And invest again small amount at 0.11

I am not sure, if they sell in usa
They will close the door on new plants don't they?

I think they are going to sell
1 or 2 plants.

I believe what we see now is the reason

They own only 65% of brabant plant

So you already start from 14m

I am planning to build 100 plants

It is around 40,000$ a day
They need couple of millions, so we can expect the same will continue over several months

Everyone sells at the end, I sold part at 25% profit, and because there is no trading on Sunday and Monday it was a rational decision

I reviewed the document (last evening’s version) and spent a sleepless night thinking about it, I don’t see how this agreement serves the interests on current shareholders or even of the company at large. Therefore I don’t see myself supporting this proposal.



It is clear this is the direction you want to proceed, please call me so we can agree on the best way to proceed. I am available until 8:30 AM.
