Why are we holding on?

Words used to convey urgency don't hold the same meaning to our hybrid friends. We've been hearing words like "now", "soon" and "shortly" for years now. Hopefully we will be surprised but don't get your hopes up.

Agree with this. The guy is playing the broken clock game. It right twice a day. If he throws out enough predictions he may get a couple correct eventually. This would go a long way in selling his product or course... grain of salt.

SPF industry pushback in California.

In its proposal the California agency stresses that eliminating the chemical hazard entirely, or substituting a less hazardous chemical, is the most effective means of minimising potential occupational exposure.
It cites the Occupational Safety and Health administration (Osha), which estimates that only about 64% of construction workers wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE) on a regular basis.

Agree Karma. We have been holding and/or accumulating for the past year. Now we actually have a bid along with volume. We can't be upset because Darrin's update wasn't everything we've been longing for. Hell, we went for close to a year with ZERO communication. I would say things are looking up. Someone posted earlier about today's update being a slap in the face to longs. Any long holder past 1 to 2 years has a face of leather at this point. I'm happy there is some activity finally.

Like I said this is just the title and after looking at it again you could read it two different ways. I read it the first time as the ruling was against the defendant. After looking again I don't think the actual ruling is disclosed in the title.

Agreed. Also this silly lawsuit has really put the breaks on. It seems like the judge is willing to put aside the default judgment and hear some truth from all sides. I believe TTCM will prevail and we will move ahead as planned. Even if our timeline is not what we hoped for. If we get a fair shake at the lawsuit we have nothing to worry about.

I don't want to sound two faced here. I still completely believe in our company BUT I do wish we had a little more communication. Even if that communication is to tell me to shut up and wait.
