Dark means dark, there is no process to mislead investors about. The stock can go away at any time, and you would have no way to know. Not saying it will or won't, but that is exactly what "Dark/Defunct" means, it is not part of some "process" that the company has obligated itself to leading to current filings. It means they don't have to tell you anything.

As it stands now, the stock could cease to trade at any time and the company has no obligation to tell investors, either current or potential.

There still may be money to be made here, but anyone who has money here or is thinking of investing need to understand that as it stands now with the 15-12G, the company can do anything it wants and not tell the SEC or investors what they're doing. I am not telling anyone to buy or to stay clear, but I want everyone to have the information they need to make the choice.

Going dark is precisely what it means. That's why their otcmarkets.com page says that. Going dark means no filings, not some step in a process. Dark means no information will be coming, that is what going dark is, and the 15-12G says that plainly. Look at the links I posted, it's all there.

Maybe they will, but the 15-12G is the exact opposite of current. They now have no obligation to tell anyone anything, they can be doing anything and not have any obligation to tell investors anything. Proceed with your eyes open and take profit if/when you have it.

Maybe so, but it is not a move to make them current, as some have lied and claimed. They are as of now dark/defunct and there is no guarantee it will ever change. There may still be an opportunity here, but make an informed decision before you risk any money or encourage someone else to.
