Ceasar00, Just an overall positive conversation, I needed to cut the conversation short because I was running late to an appointment, usually, they want to cut the coversation short, but I found them to be upbeat and confident. I'm curious, do you know of any ruling that states a company has to file
financials within a specific time period? Or can they continue
without ever filing, not that I think that is the intention.

Basically, nothing specific as you all know, they can't give out information. But they are very aware of the situation of the financials and doing their best. They alluded to Sarbanes Oxley and how CEO must dot every I and cross every t. That business was good, and other superfluos info but it was the tone and the excitment which impressed me. All they said was to watch for the PR,s That's all I needed. I lost enough already
so what the hell, I really have no choice but to hold

Talked to investor relations and I feel more encouraged by being in this stock now, Glad I called and got to talk to someone.

It would make sense to me that if the HUGH short position still
havn't covered, what a great time to announce the financials.
If they are as good as they say, the PPS would rise significantly from here and the shorts would rush to cover
out of fear + without having any shares available, the stock would explode to the upside. Not happening ....Yet

Many on this board have a high regard for DC. Can someone please share why this is so and what has he done to receive

What I don't understand is, why would a CEO go so long in regards to filling financials of a company. I know there has been some explaination as to why, Ive read the posts. Its still irresponsible. What makes this worse, there have been PR's in relation to the financials and even promises. Anyone can paint a rosy picture and if the company is doing as well as he says, then what's the problem. Get the financials out, unless....
At the risk of sounding negative, these are nagging questions I have

Financials are an important issue HQNT is going to need to resolve if Cohn wants this company to be taken seriously by the investment community. I've seen great companies with good business plans get slammed because of their financials.
Sonus Networks is one that comes to mind.
Some CEO just don't get it or they just don't give a damn. And if its the latter then that is a damn shame.
