Is there anyone here that can post the text from the meeting and why are the numbers not available yet?

The Quarter must have done well judging by the movement. Due out on Monday after the close correct? Will anyone be posting it here? Should be interesting!

They are suppose to report Wednesday after close.
I remember seeing something about they may be late but were still trying to be on time.
Waiting to see what happens this week as there may be people selling for year end. Or maybe the report will be so good we see buying.

Not sure what is going on but am very happy with my investment. I am going to try and find someone near there New York facility to go check it out. Anyone have any ideas who i can get a hold of? From what I am hearing everything is going great for the company. Not real happy at the price but still think things will work out. I will continue to buy more as I get the money.

Anyone know what happened here? They had a dividend of 3 cents in February now there at 4 cents. On another board they said this is worth 20 cents in bankruptcy. I tried to call the company and left a message when no one answered. They were making good money. What happened?

I am holding over 160,000 shares and adding as I can. Trying to get to 200,000 (1 million pre split) If you ask me why I will list a few reasons.

1. The last quarter they became profitable
2. They said they thought they will remain profitable from here on out.
3. They said before the end of the year they will have sales from the Jamestown facility.
4. They are in a good percentage of the fortune 500 companies.
5. They have one of the best (maybe the best) batteries in the business.
6. They are one of the few battery company's that are profitable.

There are a few down sides to this company but not as many as the upsides.

When is the Q due? They usually put something out right after it ends. I bought 2000 more shares today. I will buy more tomorrow if it falls more.

Are you still buying? I am getting ready to buy some more shortly. I talked to Brian again and he said the deal with group 11 is on hold as they are trying to raise the money to do the testing. He said everything s going great on the Canada claim where more testing is scheduled and things are looking very good. I am still a believer as these guys have delivered so well in the past (CLRGF). Looking forward to the future here.

They have been having trouble with permitting, it would be higher now if they were able to do there next tests. They say they will get them done this year. I am hoping it will be early summer. I think it is worth double the price on the Canadian property only. I think a successful positive test out of rattlesnake will drive it multiples of where it is now. JMO

I am thinking more towards the three than the five year plan (from here). These guys have done this before. They start out saying that it will be 8 to 10 (because of the unknown) but it happens in 6. There has been somethings they have been able to navigate so far and am assuming there will be more but I am guessing by next year this time they will have more than one party interested in buying them out. If they have good success this summer with the permitting and the field test goes as well as expected now after the initial tests, things will look rosy.

Talked to Brian a week or so ago. He said everything was going good. He said the price is down just because the price of gold is down. I also found this video.

Talked to Jason on Thursday. He said everything is going good and they are hiring more people for production and he is happy with his job and the way things are going. I will ask him next time I talk to him if they are getting all the materials they need to build the batteries. I have heard that it is a problem getting the materials to build batteries for some companies, I am hoping it is not for Electrovaya. Looking forward to the next Q.

When there was volume the other day I text Mark and he said there was a lot going on. He said there was more drilling and group 11 would be doing more large diameter drilling this summer. He said they were very excited how the testing went and were interested in doing more. He also said they are doing more marketing. Hope everything is going great for you. Thanks

I really am staying positive, I guess that last post did not sound like it.

I am incredibly happy with the over 600,000 shares I hold for free. (actually I am ahead money on them)

I think this company is on a clear path to profitability. I am in business for myself so I respect CEO's that wait for the company to become profitable before giving themselves and family a big raise.

I too am buying more stock and would love to get back to the 1.2 million shares I had at one time. (other stocks will have to take off before this one for me to get there) Hopefully the other one I was comparing EFLVF to.)

Like I said I remain positive on both as I see you do too.
