Anyone know what Chaikin's latest AI pick is? He seems to be saying that NVDA is slowing down but we should consider his new pick, whatever that is.
This is cheaoer than dirt.....LOL!
Buyout by Exxon. Any ideas on PPS?
Why is this disappointment up so much today?
Thanks for the response. I've been sitting on this for about seven years. I'm so far in the hole it would take some BIG news to get me whole again.
I'll believe it when I see it. You would have thought that the recent settlement ruling would have had an effect on it, but it didn't. What makes you think it will finally move?
After this good news, do you have any idea why this beast isn't moving upward?
Who was that masked man????????
Since the "Cotton's" shares have apparently been cancelled, does anyone have an idea of how many shares will be left after the R/M?
Thanks iggy.....tomorrow works for me!!!!!!!!
Anyone know where the Loretto is? Shouldn't it hit port this weekend?
I know of no R/S that Bob is doing!!!!!!!!!!
micro.......any idea on the "new co" is progressing? Are we looking at it happening this year?
Thanks Rocket!
Do we know that the ship left port loaded? Or has it just move out to come back in and finish? Not being critical.........just looking for info.
Thanks blue! I just wasn't sure about the significance of the "five cargo vessel holds" statement.
Does anyone know if this is a full ship load? Tonnage? Just curious.
Micro.....I agree 100% GREAT POST!
Where'd everybody go?
balihi, I don't think they need investors. They seem to be doing just fine on their own. In fact, we are paying off the debt. Why would they incur more?
L2 anyone?
Can anyone post a Level 2?
Wyoman...........I don't know that I agree with that. Let's speculate that the "new company" stock is selling at $1.00. CWRN is selling at .10. That would mean that we would get 1 new company share for every 10 CWRN shares. Your 1 million shares would be worth $100K. If Bob does a buyback and it drives the stock price up to .20 we would get 1 share of "new company" for every 5 shares of CWRN. Bob, theoretically, would have bought somewhere between .10 and .20 for the shares he bought back. Your 1 million shares would be worth $200K. We as shareholders would benefit and Bob and company would benefit with their 550,000,000 shares.
Orediron, what I think they could have meant was the 10% for Management to be used to run the business until the next ship comes in.....pun intended. I don't know anything. Just looking at the possibilities. At least we have some future to speculate on!!!!!!!!!!!!
After reading the PR several I began to think that maybe when the mentioned a "new mining company" they meant just that. Several smaller companies going in together in a totally new company. Sort of a mini conglomerate. One possibility.
However, it make more sense to join with a company that already is on the OTC. With that reporting infrastructure already in place, it would save ALOT of time and money!
balihi, not to picky but I read that PR 5 times and still didn't see anything that mentioned a buyback. Did I miss it?
Wyomen, that means shares will be swapped equal in value. That doesn't mean that both companies will be considered of equal asset value. The more our shares are worth at the time, the more merge shares we will get. It's all relative.
Orediron, we may be reading that 10% the wrong way. We assumed it was going into his pocket. Maybe it was meant to say for the management of the company? Just speculating before we all get into a snit over this. Thoughts?
f1flter.....you are correct. We would still be in a hand to mouth situation, but each shipment gets better, as you noted.
Using the numbers from the PR, after the next shipment the investors should be fully paid out and the new equipment paid for. This will leave about $1.5 mil to start the buyback program, if that is still his go forward plan. To me it still makes sense to do that.
I'm also wondering if they are going to merge into a primarily Chinese owned company. That would possibly lockup future contracts. Any thoughts on this?
Pesquero,
You are correct almost all of the boards are like this, but that is because there is money to be made on both sides! Human nature and the possibilty of riches provides hope where there otherwise is none. I appreciate your posts because they are an attempt at reality. I believe we need your perspective to temper the runaway enthusiasum. Neither of which is bad, just different perspectives. In the final analysis, we each have to analyze the believed facts and make our own investing decisions. Stay with us and try to ignore those that don't want to hear your message.
Could Bob be mining from two different sites? That would explain his comment about a second shipment.
Any chance we would do a reverse merge with another company?
should read "trucking held up" ........sorry about that
I believe cash flow was the problem. Trucking help until they got paid. No sense going full production if you can't move it, especially if cash flow (payroll) was the hold up. We should have enough cash now to move forward with the next shipment and start a rplling production process.
Just saw one.....sorry!
Did we open trading today? I'm not showing any trades coming thru.
Rocket....when did Bob say that?
RocketMan....what is he trying to show us in this sifter?
If I were Bob and found something significant, other that iron ore, I wouldn't announce it until the buyback was completed.
