False...we were told outstanding shares in the middle of September was near 4bb.... I don't see it more then the current 5bb a/s. Because it can't be until oct 20. There needs to be time from the date filed to the date they issue the new shares and fortunately...that's in a couple weeks. Not today. Not tomorrow. No new shares until then.
