I doubt that is publicly available for trade secrets. They would not want a competitor to find out what someone is charging, ot another client to find out they are paying a little more, etc…
I have never seen one either and I don’t think they are released to the public.
Yep… that is why I said to check its 5-day chart.
Its back down to $1.33 now. Was halted at $2.12 when I posted my comment.
Not FCEL related… check out the 5-day chart for FFIE. Holy Moly!!! That Reddit group has done it again! Maybe they can come to our baby?
It will be awesome if that Reddit/Meme stock group suddenly decides together to go all-in on FCEL at once! The resulting short squeeze could make me retire 2 years sooner!
I have read “My Hurricane Andrew Story” by Bryan Norcross, who was the meteorologist that stayed on air through the duration of the storm for the Miami NBC affililate.
I have heard many stories about Hurricane Helena. Yours is 100% believable based on the stories I have heard. I was a freshman at Florida State in 1992 (grew up in Tennessee) and the first day of my freshman year, during which I was a Meteorology major, was the day Hurricane Andrew hit Homestead.
You mean La Nina this summer. 😁. I live in Florida and worked for over a decade with the State Emergency Response Team/Florida Division of Emergency Management. This is forecast to be quite a rough hurricane season, and Florida very well might feel the brunt of it. Not to mention the 3 devastating tornadoes that hit Tallahassee on Friday. I lived there for over 25 years.
One big sale announced in South Korea could create quite a nice short squeeze then! Or maybe a deal with a crypto miner to power their power-needy data centers… would probably take one at each site and if they have 5 or 6 centers across the country, that would be a nice sale!
Any idea why it is down so much in pre-market this morning? Is there some sort of news or commentary out, or are manipulative shorts trying to scare weak investors into selling them their shares real cheap?
I, too, am a small individual investor. This has been my biggest investment throughout the years, and due to the two reverse splits we survived, I have less than 7,000 shares. Value-wise, my current largest holding is 400 shares of GBTC. But I have invested a lot more in FCEL.
I don’t get near the chance to post as I used to due to my job change about 5 1/2 years ago. But I have been in this stock since 2001… sold about 1/2 my holdings during the huge run-up to $29 and now have more shares than I did prior to that run-up.
I have proudly increased my holdings by about 15% over the last 3 trading sessions or so.
I don’t disagree… but it better be a fair deal if they do, as I have been in FCEL since 2001.
Can you give me your mother’s phone number? I’d like to give her a call and say the same thing about you. See, people like you are what is wrong with the world today. You bring zero positive things and are a waste of space and air.
I think Exxon wants to sell the product and is negotiating how much they will pay FCEL per unit to manufacture it.
For someone who seems to HATE this company and technology, you seem to spend an AWFUL lot of time posting here. Who pays you to do it? Are you Henrik Alex? Or is he the one that pays you? Why waste sooooooo much time doing so unless you were being financially compensated to do it????
Okay. That was possibly it.
Thank you for that info! Probably where I got it from, if it wasn’t outright in a PR about 3-4 yrs ago. But I swear there was a PR back then where it was said initially it would be 1 fuel cell for 12-18 months of testing and if it passed, then another 11 would be needed for a full-scale demonstration.
Is this the Rotterdam project or a different one? I swear I remember for the big carbon capture it was going to be 1 initially and if it passed the tests after one year and was working as anticipated, it would go full scale with 11 more.
Hog… correct my memory if I am wrong, but when news of this planned project first came, didn’t they initially say it would start with one SureSource 3000 fuel cell and if things worked right, the full scale pilot project would then use 11 more, 12 of our fuel cells in total?
Maybe, since FCEL was down, the selling was for tax purposes to offset gains in other holdings they cashed in on. Maybe their hope is it will stay down for a couple months and then they can buy them all back at or near where they sold them for, thus saving a lot of money in capital gains taxes on the investments they sold for a profit?
I think you mean they own a little over 35 million shares, not 350 million. But I was wondering the same thing… is it an increase or decrease over their last filing? Do they have to file if their shares change by a certain percentage?
I will always be of the opinion that people holding elected offices at the State or Federal level should NOT be permitted to actively trade stocks. Their accounts should be frozen when they file to run for office and should remain so, with minimal exception to access funds foe personal use, as long as they are in office if elected.
No, he is not. Barry (Hoghead) and I have been in this stock, and known each other online due to it, for well over 15 years. There have been many trials and tribulations over the years, and a lot of pain. It is by far the biggest financial investment for each of us in our portfolios. Neither of us is paid or a pumper. We simply believe in the technology, the company, and most importantly, protecting our mother Earth. You owe Barry an apology. Maybe you are a paid basher? Why would you post often on the board of a company you hope fails of you weren’t? For the record, I bought my first shares in 2001 and have had FCEL in my portfolio ever since. And I am just a small, private investor hoping to save enough so I can retire by age 70. Am currently 49.
Sounds great! Now hopefully they’ll execute future projects in timely fashion and rebuild their reputation!
Hog - The press release last week clearly says $6.3 million on Oct 31st, not $13.6 million. Possible you misread it or maybe saw a headline from another source that misentered the data?
Now THIS is the kind of news we have been waiting for! Several years in the making!
The stock is soooo oversold with a bright future! Hopefully execution will result in better expectations, earnings, and price performance!
Not a paid promoter at all… just a common joe and this has been my biggest investment ever. Still holding out a lot of hope for the future. Hopester, however, is a paid basher.
Hopester is a paid basher by a hedge fund with a huge short interest. Ignore him/her. The more clicks his/her posts get, the more money he/she probably makes.
Management is clearly desperate to increase shares… I am reluctantly willing to vote in favor of such. But they need to come out with a detailed explanation of why it needs to be done and what benefit us shareholders will receive because of it. It would be nice if they also issue the new shares at a cost close to the previous day’s closing price, NOT a significant discount to it.
I have long been a believer in the company and technology. Was my second investment ever… all my shares are in my Roth. I am currently 48, so still have plenty of time. Ut these last 22 years haven’t gone exactly how I foresaw them.
How much more patience can I possibly have? I have been in this stock since 2001, endured multiple reverse splits, and Hog makes me feel we are on the verge of taking off any day now!
Thank you… she had chronic illnesses, but those were deemed to be nuisances, not life-threatening really.
I believe Rotterdam is the name of the site/location. What you named is the Exxon affiliate placing the order. So it is the same project if I am understanding correctly.
Sorry for the delayed response… I was out of town attending the funeral of the woman I had been dating since January who suddenly and unexpectedly passed away last week.
Was actually up as much as 22 cents early in pre-market (from what I saw), before is slowly drifted all the way down. Based on the action in the last 15 minutes, my guess is the call is going very well so far!
Well, for one, the Exxon order for Rotterdam. We don’t know much about it or how many fuel cells it will be (though I recall like 3 years ago something about 12 being planned for that project). Not sure how much revenue we would see right of the bat though.
Hog… what is your prediction for tomorrow’s earnings?
