It all started when I did a domain search on the WHO IS:
www.fouroceans.net belongs to a "Registrant Organization: Travopoly Travel, LLC". In which "Robert Oblon" The person promoted by DSCR to do a free live demonstration of the Four Oceans is the CEO. What people don't know is that Robert Oblon owns 77.5% stake of Ultimate Rack Inc with OTCMKTS:UTMR simble on the market currently sitting at $0.0094 where Travopoly charges Ultimate Rack an undisclosed consulting fee for its services. Travopoly is now looking to use Ultimate Rack's public market access (i.e. share dilution) to finance acquisitions of small brick-and-mortar travel agencies. Robert Oblon has been known for SCAMMING investors with a Pump and Dump Pyramid, as well sued investors.

So, I leave it to your discretion if Russel is doing this purposely to dilute even more the stock and show in financials massive charges from Travopoly in "Consulting fees" or is it really to improve DSCR and its investors.

Whats up guys, I'm posting here to clarify some legitimacy questions about last PR from DSCR.

The joint venture with Interstate Bait Inc is completely LEGIT, as I like many of you tried to make an order through their online webpage: www.i-b8.com and order couldn't go through because of an error message, I questioned myself of how legit was this deal.

I started doing some research on who is the owner of this Interstate company and how can I have some questions answered and were able to find the person affiliated with the page Jeff Bollinger, how did I found about this person? simply look into the WHOIS domain search from godaddy.

Got in contact with him via Facebook and I will post below my conversation with him so that all you see, please don't go and try to load the guy with question, I have him as a friend now and will ask him objective questions through out the week to see if he has more information for us. So far this is what I got out of him. Stay tuned for more updates.

I wonder what would they do if we all send out e-mails/notifications via Social Media, mail and e-mails notifying our intent to sell all our shares by such day if we don't get updates. Will they be forced to update us if they don't want to see their stock plum to the ground? we all hold a massive amount of shares that can impact the PPS drastically. We should do something about it, they are not being transparent with us why should we be so loyal and hold while seeing our money fade? I hold 6.8 mil shares and i'm tired of waiting.
