I am with you TTD, I am here to the end. I am not worries about a sale of 1,202 at .0001 it is more of the stock manipulation we have seen. The fees are more than the sale was work. We will see what today brings.

I am hopeful the folks involved continue to be silent until the deal is done. The SEC consequences for spilling the beans before filing would be insurmountable for AHFD.

Their has been ongoing changes to the website. Some just noticed last week.

I work on DD this weekend as well. While we were able to find interesting information and possible connections until we get new from AHFD this is all speculation.

Did anyone tie JG to The Auto Hood company or any other company?

My first thoughts are is this the same John Griffin I checked Linked in and found this https://www.linkedin.com/in/bestdocsnetwork which looks like the same JG as pictured on the Music City Health site. It also mentioned the Auto Hood marking business previously owned by JG now president and CEO of AHFD.

All old news, Griffin shut down his old business and website when he started with AHFD. Nothing has changed other than website updating; it looks good - I like the rebranding.

Yup old rumors, nothing was ever validated. There has only been speculation. Everyone close to the company has been quiet.

I am hoping to pick up few million more, I been waiting awhile now and the have not filled at my ask.

I do not expect the price to rise much until the merger is announced. The PR we have see so far has not done much to raise the price. In the last statement Mr.G said the merger would happen within 45 days.

News finally, I am very pleased. It will be interesting to see where this rollercoaster takes us next.

Still out here waiting for news, their 10K is due around the first. I have been tempted to buy down my cost but I am determine to wait until we get some news before I invest more. I believe there is something in the works, why Griffin would take this stock over at this point without a plan. They are at the point where another RS will be the end of them. Just MY thoughts.

Agreed nightfly, it was my understanding that an 8K was required for significant changes to a company. If indeed the beverage section was sold off the company would need to report it to the shareholders. It will be interesting to see what the 10Q says.

Interesting theory Nightfly, I am not sure why someone would want to tie themselves with this company unless they has a plan. There are so many rumors with regards the to the what is happening with this company. If parts have been sold off I believe is something that needs to be reported to the SEC. If it has been licensed that would be good news why not issue PR? So much speculation...

Well an interesting ending to an interesting week. I am still in, it sure has been a wild ride so far. I like what I read about Mr. Griffin. But I would be much happier if I knew where the company was going. At this point it is a waiting game at least for me.

To the haters I knew the risk going in, win lose or draw it is my money and my choice to ride it out or sell. When investing in penny stocks it is a given that losing everything is a real possibility. So far I choose to stay, BTW I made over $20.00 a share on the sale of another investment today. While I value all opinions, please do not disrespect my decisions or the decisions of other. As always just my opinion.
