$$WPRT $$RLYP BAM! BAM!!! As I expected! Relypsa up 5%+ and
Westport steadily heading north (not due to merger either, check
out my last post about Westport for the main catalyst)
It's so much easier to make money with big board companies..getting
out of pinks altogether soon except for 'Q' plays and mergers.
Those with L2 here are also saying TALK is trading so thin right
now that 0.01¢ - 0.02¢ is out of the picture WHEN buying picks up.

There's no shares available to buy until 0.03 - 0.05¢+ and possibly
higher..

May 27th, 2016 Relypsa corners the drug market for hyperkalaemia
drug and puts AstraZeneca in CHECK MATE!!
This is big in my opinion (big profits for shareholders, that is)

The FDA has issued a Complete Response Letter, or CRL, to AstraZeneca (NYSE:AZN) regarding its compound ZS-9. This drug was pending approval as a potential treatment for hyperkalaemia. AstraZeneca stated that the agency issued the CRL due to "observations arising from a pre-approval manufacturing inspection."

AstraZeneca stated that the CRL does not require it to generate any new clinical data and the company intends on working with the agency to determine next steps to get the filing back on track. However, the company did not provide investors with an updated approval timeline.

Relypsa's shareholders are cheering this news since ZS-9 would have competed head to head with Relpysa's recently approved drug Veltassa in the hyperkalamia market. With the FDA issuing a CRL for ZS-9 Relypsa gets to keep the hyperkalemia market all to itself for the foreseeable future, allowing it ample time to gain additional insurance coverage and extend its lead.

Shares of Relypsa heading much higher next week and maybe even a nice POP!

I've been looking in on KIDBQ every once in a while..

I seem to be drawn more and more by 'Q' plays (bankrupt or tickers
coming out of bankruptcy) since they have little to no debt and
are difficult to short amongst other things.
In the near future I'll likely give KIDBQ a try.

Just for your info., USAPF was at its high of 0.32¢ a couple weeks
ago and slowly pulling back from its 52 week.
It may drop more..and it may just be consolidating for an 70%, 100%
run and likely higher.
The latter is my guess.

Good morning Chris. Yes, I very much am still in TALK and still
buying up what little I can afford to.
I just discovered the article about Planet Fitness on fool.com
last night and dang it sounds like they're doing well..expanding
across the country.
But yeah, $17.00 May sound high to a penny investor though in my
book it's a dirt cheap price for a business with 10s of millions
in yearly revs. and now they want to buy back up to$20 mil.
and reinvest in their company.
This can easily reach $80.00 and much higher..then throw in a
couple Forward Splits to draw in big fund managers.
Did you read the fool.com article about SIRI I posted? A billion
dollar revenues they had last quarter and the stock is at $3.94
per share because shorts are seeing the trend as going down.
Crazy stuff here.
I'm very much into GAXCQ still and seeing a bright future in 'Q'
stocks because, what debt or dilution can they pass onto
shareholders?
Very little from what I can tell.
It makes more sense to me now to take a risk on bankrupt companies
rather than seeing my money flushed down the drain with endless
reverse splits and fraudulent dilution schemes.
Of which I see none of this happening with TALK. They look like
a solid reverse merger to me.

Just an extra note: I remember when I invested in Krispy Kreme IPO over 10 years ago their stock was well below a $1.00 that I recall.
I see a similar pattern with Planet Fitness...I see it as doing

Voluntary SEC filers are also considered non reporting companies and have a Rule 144 holding period of twelve (12) months.
