Can't see how that is a bad thing for cannabis stocks.
;)
Congrats folks. Great to hear you folks are still making $. I've been beat up pretty good financially over the past year but have continued to average down (mainly in Acreage). I lost nearly half my gains but otherwise very content. I need Acreage to get over $10 to get back to where I was and am confident I won't have to wait too long for that to happen. Just dropping by to say "Hi".
Nice to see some familiar names posting. Cheers.
Did High Street Capital not change their name to Acreage Holdings? Isn't High Park Holdings the rec division of Tilray?
Who exactly are you taking to? Keep telling yourself that.
Cweb all time low.
Agree. Need Dougy to help us out a bit so we have somewhere to buy it. LCBOs would have worked fine. If Ontario continues to mess it up, then we'll have to cross the border to buy Bakerstreet & Ginger in Michigan. Acreage is by far the better play at this point imo. Take care.
Awesome to hear from you my friend. I'm still incredibly grateful for what Tweed has provided me. I obviously made a big mistake by not selling out when Bruce was canned but averaged down on Acreage during the decline. Need Acreage to get back to $10 to get back where I was financially. I hate being stuck "all in" and have the same regrets you once did. Lots of red in my portfolio ATM. All the best Stoner. Congrats to your daughter.
It's sad and ultimately the reason I left this board. I imagine this post will be deleted ASAP too but in the event you see it...shout out to the old peeps. Hope all is well and that you don't lose the ability to see the "big picture". Peace.

Some additions at Acreage:

Many of us still are and have been. Albeit I've been adding to Acreage as opposed to CGC but in my mind they are one in the same.
Please please please sticky!
What's happening at Midas Letter today happy? P.S. Thanks for private message. :)
Check out this US patent from Canopy:

Could this be Tweed & Tonic's super sauce?
Haha!
I don't like them that's for sure but you are correct - I don't stress too much over them.
Nope. Still here. We are just quieter because we've been through this many times and we know how to accumulate and hold.
My condolences Happy! I can not imagine how much it must hurt. Stay positive! Things will get better.
Looking forward to watching tonight.
Agree. Realistically thinking this will double sooner rather than later.
Getting frustrated too
Good luck guys and gals! I'm out for now.
The best part:
Finally, Neal Levine, CEO of Cannabis Trade Federation, the minority party’s witness, offered testimony. Advocates view his inclusion as the Republican’s sole witness at the meeting to be a positive sign, as Levine supports broad marijuana reform.
“The most immediate path to resolving the state-federal cannabis conflict is passage of the STATES Act,” Levine said, referring to bipartisan legislation that would allow states to set their own mariijuana policies without fear of federal interference but would not broadly deschedule cannabis. “Immediate passage of the STATES Act could also help spur economic activity in disadvantaged areas in our country.”
Rep. Tom McClintock (R-CA), the acting ranking member of the subcommittee, said that marijuana decriminalization “may be one of the very few issues upon which bipartisan agreement can still be reached in this session” and that it “doesn’t require endorsing cannabis.”
With strong bipartisan support for legislation like the STATES Act, it is possible during the current session of Congress to take major steps toward respecting state cannabis laws, protecting workers, and advancing a more secure, vibrant, and equitable cannabis industry,” he said. “We hope that Congress will take advantage of the opportunity.”
Likely won't move the stock price but a good reminder of how this is so much more than just "joints"!
Just wished he had remembered to ask him about Acreage.

I'd be all for that too!
Me too. I'm all for that!
In any event I think Acreage will take off as the US election nears unless there is another catalyst they are not telling us about.
Sums it up well:

Haha!
Took $3000 more profit end of day. Still have $5,000 in.
Thanks D! Will be listening very closely.
What? Rivers and OGI up over 8%. AusCann over 5% and Acrg.u between 1-2.
Hoping for some clarity from all the players involved this coming week (STZ, ACRG, CGC).
Wish iHub had a thumbs up button. As I said, I plan to reduce about a third when the time is right to diversify but Canopy/Acreage/STZ will remain by far my biggest holding for now.
If an image of my trading account documenting selling 12,500 shares @ almost the all time high of $1.614 for $20,165 profit isn't a fact, then I give up.
Missed your chart predicting the 100+ % gain. Maybe next time.
