I will be researching today and will post any info if I can find any. good luck to all!
Nice bounce. I am adding a speculative buy tomorrow.
What is the consensus here; is it still an electronics venture?
I've held this for a long time. I'm interested to see what becomes.
You may want to rethink your claim. You weren't around then and themove to ABCO was to secure mass production withpit having to schedule production times on a multi use line.
Nate paid his bill with cash! What is wrong with that?
Maybe WikiLeaks will get in on this so the DOJ, State Department, and FBI can finally get involved!
Something is going to pop here very soon. Recently, on L2, NITE has tried to keep the SP down with at least 400k on the ask. At first, i thought it would possibly be more conversions, but those are done per the 8ks and the SP would plummet if so. I'm thinking something positive (private label) is near thus wanting to keep the SP down so more shares can be acquired per a lower bid. Just my opinion as of late.
Now we are talking about stainless steel? Never though pancakes and steel go together. LOL.
Nice try! They were run in July!
I want to share how awesome the company is. I placed an order for an 8 pack of cans and they promptly were shipped. There was an issue with several of the cans and after an email to Nate explaining the issue, they promptly replied and shipped a new round of 8 cans to me. That is a great example of customer service all the way around.
And yet it boils down to conjecture, of which, you cannot provide factual info that one of those companies would not listen to Nate. It reads like the Main Stream Media around here.
Lost what? The only thing lost is new information to be shaded!
Fink,
What do you know about Treetop and why do you think it could be them?
Indeed, and all I do at this stage is build my pile of shares. It may take some time, of which I have plenty, but this thing will be a nice stack of cash in a few years. It already has been!
My order of 8 cans arrived today in the mail. Can't wait to try them in the morning with my son before he goes to summer day camp.
Wow! Just order if you want to try the product, or like it. Don't order if you don't. Take the label as truth and be done. You get 9, 3in pancakes per 8oz. can per the label and per those who have tried it already.
Thanks Billy. Can any other posters confirm these #'s?
What did we determine was the first order# with online sales on 6/21? Was it #12,000?
Why hasn't yesterday's announcement been added to the newsfeed yet?
The "Wade" moniker is the fall back when the circular arguments rotate too many times!
The list goes something like:
1) Wade
2) No revenue
3) Scam
4) 1 cake per can
5) Share selling Scam
6) Wade
7) Insider selling
8) Ongoing dilution
9) Wade
10) Trips
11) SEC
12) Scam
13) Wholesale price of eggs
14) Nate is selling shares
15) Wade
16) Scam
17) Scam
18) Scam
19) Scam
20) SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!
The awesome thing is that down the road, if the market wants a larger can, the ABCO line can produce it no problem!
Y'all go have a great 4th whatever side of the street you are on here! Bring on the BBQ and Fireworks!
Well if one isn't there to say they "borrowed," you can't claim that they did "borrow!"
Wade has his own ventures. His purpose was served here and now we have Nate bringing a great product to market. Now is the time to buy.
Agree Fink. It's palpable!
Actually, I was happy to see 3 of 4 settled. In due time, the source will be made known. What's the problem? I think some are just mad they were settled.
Are tou really going to cite something that old, presumably penned by Wade, who is not a governing part of NHMD?
At least a current 8k references a private label deal which will supply a significant source of revenue.
Bwahaha. Let it go to trips. I'm buying another milly!
Probably the most plausible source at this point, and if true, could be wonderful time to soak up shares over the next month.
Mine like to make designs when squirting it from the can. To each their own.
What's wrong with that? At that time they had to rely on a co packer. How is that supply chain attractive to a grocer? They went back to the drawing table, joined up with ABCO, built a dedicated line with retooled distribution, changed the can, tweaked the formula, met all the safety requirements, and now are able to produce and deliver a consistent product (up to 2,000,000 units per month) at a rough cost of $2.99 a can. Pretty impressive from a business standpoint if you ask me.
To each their own Billy! The point of the product is to not have to prepare a batter. As far as space is concerned (Ben), if it ever gets to big box, you don't have to buy 8 cans at a time. Maybe 1 or a 3 pack. We are fortunate to have online access to the product instead of having to wait on a potential national rollout. Happy 4th everyone! Get the beer, bbq, apple pie, and fireworks ready!
Apparently he's the only one that doesn't like them who ordered. Imagine that!
I'm going to bring a can to my local grocer next week. Why not?
Funny thing is with all these "claims" about Nate, the Mastermind and his antics, there is no concrete proof provided to merit the claims. What we do have is a 10q reflecting the path of a startup that had to redefine production in order to mass produce; a company adapting to change in what retail thinks is the best delivery of product (mind you the ABCO line can produce either 20 oz and 8 oz cans); and the commencement of online sales to reach the masses while the retail avenue is forged.
Sure the pps has run and dived, bottomed on toxicty and is now creeping up. I don't know about anyone here, but I am sure to stick around and throw some money in this pot with the potential of this product. The kids love it. I just don't see what the big gripe is here. I feel the Wade attention needs to flow over to tennis rackets and pot waffles tickers, not remain here. If he has a lot of shares of NHMD, so be it. He is like any other share owner as he can buy and sell as he sees fit.
He didn't give them a can for a meal! It was a can to try, a sample! Good lord.
How is that funny? He gave her a sample. If she and her kids like them enough, she may order some for her family. Again, what's so funny? Sounds like good advertisement to me!
