On point my ass. About the only thing you might be right is the few bitching about the price drop and that it might cost the company to get a clinic certified to use isopet.
By chance have you actually asked the company about how much it costs the company to certify a clinic.
As for the drop in price you are completely wrong that is dilution. Majority of those shares the buyers of the Reg. A, Majority of those buyers still have majority if not all of their shares.
The Reg. A buyers know exactly what they own and got shares at a discounted price. Why would they sell when they know what’s getting ready to happen.
So there’s a good reason why this post is getting deleted. You are wrong
Price drop is because of no news so then gives MMs free rein and the shorts can jump in as well.
You can look the share count in the SEC
So you are going on opinion only,
Yes I would take the treatment and yes I would tell everyone else I know.
Early management was a joke and was using the company to cash in.
Very little testing was done back then.
If you would have actually stuck around DR. K has done extensive testing and has documentation that the Y90 is contained in the tumor.
The books are clean and share structure is pretty good for an OTC.
Oh yeah and Mayo Clinic is on board and John’s Hopkins vet did all the rabbit testing.
But you know everything based on your opinion and a timeline. Good luck to you and do us a favor stay away this time
What documents do you have to prove that the Y90 leaks into the bloodstream.
lol a reverse split, come on that’s what you’re thinking.
They are no where close to even think about a reverse split.
And no one cares if you were around when moose got his treatment and if you sent recipes to a site.
Pathetic
Well you’re definitely know a lot more than most new and long holders here.
You obviously know what you own and know how big this will get in the very near future.
Then you should sell now, did you actually read the article.
I agree with you on that. In few weeks time everyone’s anxiety, depression and disappointment will finally will be over.
Anyone that has higher blood pressure better makes sure they have their meds full when this starts to fly, they will definitely need it. I’ll be taking the day off of work.
I’m hoping you’re right and kinda agree with you,
I’m thinking possibly another day of bs then possibly late Friday the reversal will happen. Worse case scenario probably won’t happen until late next week with new traders jumping in thinking the submittal PR will drop first week in June.
I agree completely. But unfortunately they won’t stop complaining
I’d rather see this offering done now and see the dilution before this starts running off real news.
Dilution of any kind can put the brakes on run. I’ve seen it happen and pretty sure others have as well.
Would you rather have it happen around .20 or when this has the potential to run to $2 plus dollars or more.
This is the otc and anything that you can think of good or bad it can happen here.
Yep and don’t give a shit, nice that you can point it out.
Boo hoo
I can chastise whoever the hell i want, you don’t like it, quit ball bagging, no one likes a whiner. Or block me. I’m sure in hell ain’t going to lose any sleep over it.
Then quit your bitching, no one gives a shit how many times you didn’t sell and make money. Bitch to someone who actually cares.
Buddy I’ve been here a very long time and I know the frustration, but keep the whining to yourself.
No I won’t grow up. I can’t stand people that whine, they are weak and pathetic
Once human trials start, that’s all on the Mayo Clinic.
As for the rest of their plans that is on radiogel. So we will see.
Which this should not be a problem for the company to concentrate and push forward with everything else since they really won’t have much to do with the human trials.
Bye bye no one cares
Most of the board is, especially when newbie’s don’t do their dd before piping up
He Sounds like a sc8 recruit
Seems like we have a whiner on the board. Nothing worse than a crybaby on a message board
I see you aren’t a complete idiot and know that the share count isn’t on the 10q
So Do the math and figure out what is left. You already know the answer. No one knows what’s left duh we can only guess.
OS hasn’t changed since the 9th of May
They are in the 10q other than how many shares are left.
The OS hasn’t changed since the 9th of May.
Depending on the agreement if there was one, regardless they should be done selling any day.
This offering they did gives them enough money to do everything they have planned for the next year.
Read the 10q it’s all in there
It was Bezinga that screwed up not the Doc
Radiogel received a copy/rough draft and noticed the screw up by Bezinga
Well actually no they have not ran out of money. The company wants to make sure they have enough money to keep things moving throughout the year and not have to do another offering until they absolutely have to.
If you read the 10q you will see exactly what they are planning on doing.
Isopet is still a very important to the company, as they treat more animals than they have continuous data collection to present to the FDA if needed.
Only a simpleton would say that isopet is a waste.
Besides that what would the doctor even be doing, majority of the testing and data recording has been all outsourced. So the doctor is only needed when those companies have questions.
I would rather pay someone that is more than qualified and capable to do more than one task at a time.
And you know for a fact that those 2 symbols are dilutors.
The OS hasn’t changed in over a week, this is MMs and day traders playing the board. No news easy to manipulate the share price.
Read the 10q it says it right in there. To pay for phase 1 clinical trials, daily operations, 7 new isopet clinics, something to do with building a production line for overseas or something along those lines.
The doc is extremely conservative when it comes to the budget,
And yes they will probably have to do another offering but it won’t be until late this year and Or first quarter next year, which by then phase 1 and possibly phase 2 could be completed and they should be able to raise a lot more money for a lot fewer.
Anyone that’s done their research on this knew that they would have to have another offering could they have gotten it a higher price after submitting, possibly. Why take that chance and then not get enough funds to move forward right away with their plans.
Tshirts are a very cheap way of advertising, Marketing the product as you say.
Thats exactly what they are doing marketing their product. Duh so simple a 5yr old knows this.
Believe it or not, I’m pretty positive the personnel at the company can do several things at once.
I’m pretty sure they have time to market vivos considering that they have every bit of a year plus of minus a few months
If you actually read what the company puts out, they want to have them for their conferences they are going to, they’ll be handing them out free. It’s extremely cheap advertising
Best advertising is word of mouth
The first couple Bezinga articles aren’t going to be anything with significant updates, the company will more than likely just use them to bring more attention and hopefully new buyers.
Other than that I wouldn’t expect much. Until the actual PR for the IDE submittal
OS hasn’t changed, there’s no news so there’s going to be manipulation and believe it or not it’s holding up fairly well with no news.
Pretty sure they are related and or working together.
I find it funny that there’s still a couple aaaaa on here that think isopet is to blame for so called mistakes and the reason it’s taken so long to get this far.
Fact the doctor took the EFS IDE path which was suggested by the FDA
Fact The doctor said at the beginning that this path will take a lot longer and will cost significantly more to go this route because the FDA has open communication with the company and will make suggestions as to what tests will need to be done during this process.
Fact The FDA did NOT suggest all of the testing that needed to be done at the beginning FACT is the FDA suggested a different type of test at just about every meeting that was held.
Fact all testing was done by a third party, which means that they more than likely did not start said tests as soon as the company found out about said testing that needed to be done.
Fact after each FDA meeting where the FDA suggested a test, the company had to write up-methods of procedures and write in the protocols suggested by the FDA then have another meeting with the FDA to approve them.
Fact after the second meeting the FDA swapped out 8 doctors that knew nothing about radiogel, which when this happened the new FDA doctors suggested to redoing some of the tests already done.
Fact ISOPET is 100 percent approved through the FDA to be used on dogs, cats, horses and all other animals, as well all 18 indications can be used on animals to continuously collect data from each patient.
These aaaaaa which are aaaaa would be the only ones to think that delays were because of isopet and the doctor
I would say yes that would be a guess unless he knows someone on the inside which is possible.
It is very possible that they could submit this week considering that they have been reviewing the IDE for a month now and god knows how many times they have reviewed over the last year alone.
My guess is earliest would be next week more than likely the first week of JUNE.
I’m thinking that the company is hoping Bezinga will get off their ass and start dropping the articles that the company was promised before they drop the IDE submittal PR
Nope not at all.
lol, 90 plus percent of all testing and data collection was outsourced.
University of Missouri did the animal tests.
Johns Hopkins vet did all the mouse studies
Genotoxicity tests were outsourced.
The delay was the fda not coming out and telling the company everything they would like to see. Instead the FDA told them a little at each meeting that they had.
And since the company outsourced everything it’s not like those companies that they hired was going to drop everything and begin the testing for radiogel.
I find it extremely hilarious every time one of you boobs, blame the doctor/company for how long the EFS process would take.
The doctor even stated that taking the EFS IDE pathway will add a significant amount of time to their time table and it will also cost a lot as well.
Most definitely, I agree,
The other issue will be how fast the FDA actually takes to review results and responds to the company’s request for communication.
The bdd is supposed to expedite all of this.
Time will tell
I believe it’s in the 10q,
They are going to do a second indication after thyroid and then they will be requesting for full approval on all other indications.
Expect 12-18 months, could be shorter.
I believe a lot of the timing will come down to how many patients the FDA requires and how fast the Mayo Clinic can get the required amount of patients.
Ide submittal is supposedly happening this quarter.
Then FDA has 30 days to respond, no response after 30 days it’s automatically approved
Approved IDE means that they can move forward with phase 1 human trials.
If all goes well this could be approved and on the market in 12-18 months. This is a device so the human trials are shorter than a typical FDA human trials for a drug
Each one of these steps most of believe will make this share price move up.
The 11 million shares are part of a reg A, money that they raised.
It’s for daily operations
Fund the FDA approval process to conduct human clinical trials
Conduct phase 1, pilot, and clinical trials
Certifying several more clinics to use isopet.
Initiate regulatory approval process outside of the United States
Create an independent production center within the current production site to create a template for future international manufacturing
