Me too!
Weird as though Dye and his minion make it sound like their is absolutely nothing wrong here. Yet the price share languishes between .01 to .20
Any thoughts? Honestly I really dont know what to think.
So much for the volume pump. Back to scratch.
22.5 k traded today. Interesting. Keep an eye on this.
The real positive is they were finally able to turn the revenue positive. I believe it was a hard lesson for management. Also wholesale starting to pick up steam.
Hope all is well Doc. Any thoughts on new auditor? Tilley something. I would suspect on an operating basis e.r. Will be similar to last one in regards to revenues.
So is their some fiduciary issues here? Certainly appears so. This is getting very interesting. Sure hope to see some heads roll. It all started with the good old boy network imo. I look for the rats to start jumping soon.
Pretty much agree with you. While they did "kick the can down the road" other than $120k fee it didn't cost anymore either. With rates probably dropping who knows. I certainly don't and definitely not buying either. OTOH with the company going dark somewhat mystified the pps held steady after the announcement with actual good volume and even went up alittle.
I do believe Dye will have to do something to keep company afloat. Lots can happen in 16-17 months. We shall see as this unfolds.
That certainly came out of no where. Thoughts Doc?
The saddest part is insider ownership went from 23% to over 32% in the last month. Pretty unfortunate for all shareholders who put hard earned money into this. Pos. . The playbook obviously continued to dilute sharss and give stock awards to keep full ownship. What they have done to shareholder value is unbelievable. Don't kid yourself if this goes to zero they still have it covered with preferred shares. Yet not a word from management!.
Certainly dereliction of duties comes to mind here and should be looked into. Also these form 4's. These are being called stock awards but are really being awarded aspartame pay. Management is not allowed to buy or sell. These guys are liable for everything that has happened. My thought is they could/should be investigated. I do not at this point believe a shareholder lawsuit is out of the question. Any thoughts?
I'm assuming they still get their free shares. After all they have done such a
Lousy job. Imo after everything is said and done it would really take some balls to take another stock award. No integrity I bet they do!
Honestly top brass had to know about the financials. They obviously did nothing nor said nothing. Now they want to sue them. Makes me wanna puke. The words audacity or gall come to mind. Maybe shareholders should sue the ones responsible! Dye has lost lall credibility with Me. His own PIGgy bank. I expect more crap to come. Stay tuned.
Cannibus sales for N.M. dropped from $51+ Mil in May to a tad over $48 Mil in June with 1,006 retail.
Nothing good happening in SHWZ land while awaiting pending lawsuit for stealing tips from low- level employees after $500k settlement in the 1st suit. Now basically being deleted from otc. Now we need to re-audit prior financials from a defunct accounting firm. Now we are going to sue them. Yet we claim having the best management ever. Honestly what's next? Asked about debt and Dye basically rolls his eyes and really answers nothing. Honestly what's next? Bankruptcy? Why is Dye co- CEO? Why do we need a co- CEO?
Is this the worst management ever or do we have a problem with someone who listens to no one and makes all decisions. Regardless of their expertise? I honestly think so.
How low do we go? Waiting to hear from IPS. With those rose colored glasses surely the skies are blue and not a cloud in the sky. Is a silver dime coming?
Pathetic to say the least. Guess no one was impressed with Dye. Debt is going to be a huge problem imo. Along with future dilution.
Sinking ship. Playbook not working. Management is jumping ship. With management holding lots of preferred the common shareholders are looking more n more like toast while the preferred shareholders take everything. To busy blowing their horns with a complete failure to operate the day/day operations.
51.2 Mil sales for May. Dispensary count 1,007 in N M.
You would think management could start improving sales with less Dispensaries 8n N M.
You would think we see something from management on the departure of Todd.
Selling continues in rhe 40's and not one insider buy. Why? They have the playbook.
Lots of the negatives is self inflicted from arrogant management. Yes some are industry wide issues. Of notr, so far not 1 insider purchase since earnings at these Rock bottom pps. That alone is very telling. Get rid of Dye and that alone is a savings of $750k. per year alleviating the micromanagement which imo has negatively impacted the company. The executive pay is atrocious when comparing to the performance.
Straight talk purely managed as a private company with no real regard to shareholders.
My take is a little different even with sales at the retail level. Don't you all think with these pissed off employees and really the worst negative reviews ever these budtenders behind the counter are happy? The attitude would surely be obvious. Point being when they bought Starbuds these reviews were off the chart. You pay top dollar and overpaid for many of these dispensaries and now relocating. Again point taken the overall amount of dispensaries is not much different from 2 years ago. Exactly what happened to store loyalty after Shwz? You buy a dispensary and close it down for 3 months exactly what does the customer do? Wait 3 months for your meds? No Fahey start looking around. LOL first we renovate them and now 2 years later move them. Definitely not a formula for success imo. Until they stop looking for excuses this co. is doomed imo. Time to get that liaison for management and low level employee and work as a team!
Let's see how they address the issues today. I see more write - offs with low sales than q4.. Exactly why do we have 2 CEO'S? Really wasn't Dye going to promote and get the word put? With everything known the loss is going to be in excess of $15 mil. My hope is still in the new CEO.
Pretty much my thoughts as I've expressed multiple times. Honestly some heads need to roll and also IMO Dyeneeds to step down. These lawsuits are a direct result from inept management from the store level all the way to the top and nothing but the ostrich head in the sand and just plain arrogant self righteous people. Stealing tips from low level employees.
Certainly management will focus on better sales for the last 2 months and things are getting so much better. The recent DEA on going descheduling. We can't talk about all the crap going on as it is in talks and confidentiality per lawyers Yada Yada. This is so pathetic and unfortunately you are suppose to lead from the top., leadership is leading people and developers them which should be a management function. Instead raising bunch wants to drive them like cattle.
How far is bankruptcy away? Something worth considering. Even if they don't happen the dilution will. Must be time to reprise the options as they go worthless. Oh wait just reprise them and reissue them after all they deserve it for the fabulous job they have done
Hope someone asks the new CEO what has been implemented to address the recent settled lawsuit. This was the most troubling news yet . Properly addressed and rectified their is hope especially since a bottom appears in Co. sales. It would be nice to hear wholesale sales have increased since q4 as retail sales probably bombed.
Management sucks. They ignore problems until sued. They are currently at all time lows while ALL MSO"a are up 390 % off of lows. They will probably reset options as they expire. Absolutely no accountability. The 24 million shares will mostly end up in management's hands free. There only hope is the interim CEO sees thru the BS They continue to spew. Looking for another huge loss!
Dye's answer if you don't like it sell.
Down alittle from March but 1 less day. Overall a very good month. Question being is SHwz sales bottomed there. If someone could pull SHWZ numbers from the data that would be great. I still expect a large q1 loss.
Exactly how is that working out for shareholders? ITs management
dude!
Surprised management has no reply. Crack pot management instead plays the ostrich head in the sand. While they should have said they have protocol set up possibly a labor relations person to follow up with these type of allegations. This really bothers me as it should every shareholder or potential shareholder. Sounds like it's time to unionize. Steal tips from a $16 an hour budtender and then management or staff gets meals. I don't trust management as this really takes the cake. Getting a settlement is one thing for the grieved individual is one thing, but running a business with no integrity and then pull this crap is totally reason to ignore this POS like the plaque!
Self centered with no concept of employees as slaves. The reviews are pitiful by past and present employees. Just a bunch of arrogant self righteous egotistical maniacs focused on entitlements from employees and shareholders!
Colorado sales continue to tank in a big way. On pace to about $1.4 bil. Down from over $2.2 bil. in 2022. Pretty much down every month. Customer rating were bad but continue to get worse. However bonuses are still great for the executives. Whatever happened to performance based? Grocery salesmen.
Definitely not a good thing. Hope they get a responce on why this is happening.
Anyone able to crunch the numbers from N.M. for total sales in March numbers for SHWZ dispensaries. Looking for a turnaround with new CEO and wholesale numbers. Maybe the stars are starting to allign.
N.M. cannibus sales set a record of $52.5 sales for March which is 5% higher than record for Dec. It would be Bice to see SHWZ start to get a bigger slice of the pie.
Regardless what they paid I believe they were bleeding money and it was time to unload them. Their focus needs to be retail and wholesale.
Certainly good to see a turnaround in wholesale. I believe Drissen or something like that from SLGWF was hired to turnaround wholesale and it appears they are gaining traction.
You are very smart guy and knew it wasn't good. This q was not a guessing game for anyone with half a brain.we added all these dispensaries. Next thing bankruptcy? Or diluted to oblivion. Notes ane coming due in 25 and 26.
Next q no better.probably worse.
Horrific to say the least!. However, expected from me based on what we knew.. Gaining market is a flat out not true in N.M
Guess we will find out in a couple of hours whether the funds buying had a clue. My guess clueless thus not smart money. To think every buy they made is totally red.
With good reason. Revenues gave dropped month after month in N.M We' e had a problem with leadership at the top. Hopefully with the CFO acting as interim CEO we have new ideas and ways to bring people through the doors. Obviously we need change. Really don't expect nothing but same stuff. Talking about gaining market share is insane. Look at N.M growing sales as a whole yet Revenues down.. it really is simple math. Sure hope I'm wrong!!
Definitely under performing in a big way. Sure hope management surprises on the upside but really doubt it. Time for a management shake-up if the q is what I expect. Also to make matters worse q1 will be no better based on
SHWZ N.M. numbers and probable much worse. They seem to spend more time figuring share bonuses than managing the business. The only possible thing pulling us out of the forementioned sales numbers in N.M. is the guy from SLGWF pulls out a miracle with wholesale. I guess we still have hope!
No need to throw stones as I think the move was needed and noted. Looking forward to see if this new CEO can turn this around. Do you know for sure if wholesale numbers are excluded from N.M. numbers? I asked before but nobody was 100% sure.
