I'll be pulling my stocks out starting today. That's 1.5 million left....good luck to the rest.
"Stock is held by longs"..."we own most of the float". Think about those for a second, maybe a minute. PPS has gone up not because of new buyers...some sure, but not many that stuck around. So in that case the longs hold most the shares....wonder how everyone will sell?
Without patents, proof of concept, real financials stating something about monetary value of these contracts, product...this stock is worthless. "As we watch the PPS go up"..."I buy in as much as I can"...."I didn't go on my annual trip so I can put more money into this stock"....come on now. You longs own the stock....yet don't see the flaws at all. Good luck...absolutely good luck!
I'm sure that's not the case looking at basic numbers!!! Also longs don't control the PPS...if that was the case we wouldn't be dropping. Let's try analyzing this one more time ;)
Would love to see someone try and sell a few hundred thousands stocks at once or these longs with millions of shares good luck ....I'm sure it's not "easy"!
215k volume....less then $15k in up and down trades combined. Am I missing why in the world I'm holding on to my seat?
Exactly...what happens??? Until we know more about the details, nothing happens. We rise we drop. But if the story that they are telling turns out to be week....hold on cause this baby will drop faster then you think. It's a penny stock...resistance are broken with no worries...up or down, if there is validity. Currently we have stories and a little but support from the increase in rev.
Thank god other people are finally realizing this. Claiming and proving are two different things. EPGL has claimed evaluation to be .88 but in what bases? Until we see a base...this is worthless. INTL and COO and given some foundation to the base, but in no way enough info to make this a huge investment...going to the MOON!!! Lol fantasies!
I have no clue what your taking about. Just sharing what the picture in my head looks like.
I'm sure I haven't shared any of my trading secrets other then that I've made profit on each dip and rise. I've sold multiple times to secure my gamble.
First: Buyout is not the only option...the field is wide open. One example GoPro....small fish in a sea of sharks!
Secondly: where is this talk about piezoelectric crystals coming from? Can you share the article? I've done a lot of work on this topic and I assure you even the plates used to create parallel piezo pallets has been patented. So unless EPGL is looking to license that tech from another company I'm not sure what they are doing. Any examples or more info would help for sure.
Third: EPGL BELIEVES that they should be valued at .88. Not a audit company, not the market, but EPGL and EPGL only believes this to be the value...just like $2 was just a few months ago.
Forth: why would anyone want to buy out EPGL. We are leaders in the tech? On what bases? If the contract with COO and INTL turn out to be minimal and for a very small tech then why would any of those companies soak them in? If I was IBM I rather pay someone to do the dirty work then to buy equipment etc and take the headache of running a penny company.
There are many sides to this story and the ending is still very far away. One assumption is a buyout....but for any new gamblers, make sure to look at the whole picture rather then a pump of just one.
I agree they are...but without being able to do an analysis onwhat the product market will be and the revenue it could potentially make based of logical numbers would make this an investment. Otherwise the contracts are just baseless contracts.
And actually I'm sure they had proof of concept before anything was signed. Company would not be so stupid as to invest their money into just a idea. Proof of concept was created before the agreement was signed.
I'm sure we are not in the field as Intel. I'm talking from an investor stand point and can care less what speculations people are making about Intel and cooper. What's the product again? List of insiders? Revenue? Come on now people...do some real DD and stop wasting time on this board with random info.
Who does? In real companies your able to see a list of all insider buys and trades. Here I see nothing but speculations that there are insiders buying.
SB my company did similar things and I know for a fact the deals we had with IBM etc were no where close up the speculations the public had. They were worth pennies on a dollar. I agree with you completely, that without some proof of product or sales, this is just a straight P&D.
Who are these insiders that keep getting mentioned...other then Hayes and maybe some of the employees and PWC managing shares, I don't see how any one can state that there are insiders buying. Please show some proof, names, etc instead of posting BS statements.
QCOM - and yes their chip was revealed before any investments to a fright company from where they got funding to move into the new developing cell phone market.
I have heard absolutely nothing about EPGL working on chips!! I thought topspin was the main sale, or I guess the battery or concept of it.
If you do the research on major companies you will see when patents were released and how information and products are handled. EPGL is no where in the league of those companies.
I would love to see a product. Details of a product. how about just a basic picture of the product. I'm sure something about the product can be revealed, other then it's a industry changer worth billions of dollars.
I would believe it to be extremely foolish to think of EPGL as an investment for any new comers. Absolutely crap financials, Ridiculous assumption, went from "we believe we should be a $2 stock" to "we should be valued at .88". That last one made me crack up hahahahha. I must have laughed for an hour when I read that.
GLTA....I have no clue why anyone would take this stock seriously, other then to make money on the swings.
I have a contract with IBM for 5 years. What's IBM worth? My contract is for $80k a year. And it's for a product. Like I stated before...an agreement without numbers, or proof of concept, or monetary funds is worthless for investors or gamblers.
I agree with you.
So let me get this right:
We went from MPDD to Contacts to IOT in less then two years and you guys thing this is a great deal? A company that fluctuates this much is still trying to find it's footing. This is in NO way an investment for any new comers. If someone tells you it is, then you better do some DD.
Absolutely retarded news, even though they kept to their word. But what did it tell us? What's the product? (If you don't have proof then pleSe don't answer). What's the deal? Monetary? Long term? I mean really guys???? Want kind of dream are you chasing? This is no where close to a $ stock!!!
That's the pettiest crap I've ever heard. Stock barber is trying to educate you guys. Probably should listen and learn something. Most of us old timers don't have patience for new comers....learn when they try to teach!!!
I disagree...I've flipped this stock successfully now through both news and before...let's just say by selling when expected I made a few thousand extra to play with. And have a significant long stack. But point it...flippers def make money, I am! GLTA
Well put Kura.
It's a clear understanding that for the few of us that have been here since .01 and sub are well established into this stock. Our risk of loosing money is almost minimal. Thus we are willing to go with any news and words that the company puts out. We don't have much to loose, our profits outweigh any risk.
Now about the 5000% gains etc. How many have cashed any of that out. A few of us flipped it and have reduced our risk even more...but until there is cash in hand, the 5000% gain at this volume doesn't mean squat.
The reasons I've stated before on why this is a gamble are for new investors that are getting in at these prices. Would love to see more people buy in, but not off the BS that we see here everyday, but off a through DD done on their part. This is risky for them. As for me, I'm golden like the longs.
I have friends and family that want to invest based on what I've shared....but I've also asked them to make sure they read these boards and get both side of the picture. I've told them it's a risk...most of them only see my profits.
Once again...happy because I don't have much to loose....dissatisfied because there just isn't enough information and way to much speculation.
GLTA
Doesn't*
And yet it's below last weeks closing price....how much was traded last week when it was up? Just because it traded $355,000 worth does mean it's good, especially when the stock price has fallen. Interesting how you come up with theories!
COOs not gambling, they are investing. BIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIG difference! Why you might ask...well COO knows the ins and out of the deal, duh! They can infuse as much or as little money as they like, hmmm! They have no loss by partnering with EPGL! That's investment.
Now for gamblers who think they are investors:
No product is seen.
Concept of top spin...concept of what it would do...concept!
You guys really think their aren't other major players working in connectivity of devices....do some DD on Qualcomms patents and you'll see how far behind EPGL is if that's what you guys believe to be the major product!
Battery for contact lenses...ok. Well haven't seen a wee bit about that, other then words. Wonder if it's just a concept!
I'm gambling on the concepts...yet to see a real reason to become an investor.
What is "their tech" exactly? Because without knowing that, it's a gamble and a theory that it'll save companies "billions" of dollars.
Where in the heck did this research come from?
The little we know about "top spin"?
Come on now!
Agreed.
Here are some facts for new gamblers: https://www.otciq.com/otciq/ajax/showFinancialReportById.pdf?id=127314
Loss of more then $800k
Cash on hand decrease of around $1mil
Obviously no cash from COO on this billion, gazillion, kapowee, deal!
No patent on these new devices
No tangible product in sight
Am I missing something?
Where is the investment part? On that's right, EPGL promised us things.
This is turning into a bigger gamble then I thought. I might have to smarten up like the guy that sold 1mil today and buy back in at the .04s.
First the investment was based on the love of "joe"...yes, I've been around that long. Even then there was no bases...that's why a lot of us were about to jump ship. I did. Then I came back at about the same level when Marcus came around.
Mems is exactly what my gambles been on.
If I wasn't in their R&D department I would have missed out? What does that even mean?
Major tech giants have the funds and the resources to shift gears at will. Here the mems tech was pure luck and most will find out once indepth DD is done.
Companies sign deals with small techs all the time. If I remember correctly, it was just a few months back when everyone was talking about how startups are being gobbled up by the big fish. Well COO saw something....and they gobbled it. What's the chance that they will use EPGLs tech? We have no clue. What tech is it...proven tech? We have no clue. So there is absolutely no way to recognize the market of an unknown product thus impossible to give confident advice to investors on how this is a billion dollar company!
Once again...have done my DD. I'm trying to push some to do theirs so they can know why they are really in this. Hearing guesstimates of .10 or .20 with no bases redirects real investment into shady pump and dumps.
I think my post was misread as I'm sure we were talking about 3 years ago before Dr. Marcus was even in the picture.
What investors 3 years ago invested in was the MPDD. There wasn't enough knowledge about mems to ever take that into a investment strategy at that time. That failed!!!! Didn't product even 1% of what they stated. So luck has been there all along with the longs and I wish you more!! But as of now...I don't see a product, I don't see numbers, and I don't see patents. I'm gambling just like the rest!
None of those have proven patents...all of them are concepts other then MPDD.
What's "all their tech"? Name one please.
That's why I'm here :)
I've seen a lot of charts like this...they go up up up and away and look so pretty....until that one day they drop and are worthless. That's pinky land for you. That's hype on random, baseless news. Most pinkies look great at one point or another.
What's the deal worth? What product is it on again? Do we have a patent on it? Have we seen reports that show any value what so ever from this deal, monetarily wise? What's the market for our product (not what others are developing)? What's out cut? ....I can go on and on and on. Glta it's needed!
