Not taking a dig here, just stating the facts. No lie, I flipped DSCR and taken profits no less than 8 times, but that was last year when the stock was in the 20s and there was actual volume. I decided to stay long on the stock and have a manageable position average ( wish I didnt, but M'eh)

With the current price and lack of volume, you gonna flip a million shares for a total profit of $125 gross? I wouldn't even waste my time for under a $500 profit, and for that you better get in a long line and cross your fingers, cause lack of volume is your enemy

IMHO, I see a conflict between Russel and AB AGRO, with AB holding the license and Russell being screwed. Eventually he'll have to heed to ABs command, or his company is going under. There aren't enough seed sales in the world to run a profitable company. Do be shocked at another July planting and a rinse repeat of last years dismal display of how not to run a company. I'll sit on my shares until 2016 and see what happens, and will only accumulate more if we hit rock bottom 2s or :gasp;, the Death Valley 1s.....which I see happening if no positive news comes out in the next 30 days. Russell is a dipsh!t. He's proven that by never reporting in the black. Every quarter EVER going back past Dhanoa Minerals, is RED. Perhaps someone should point that out to him.

Perhaps Russell wasn't happy with AB AGRO not informing the company that late planting/harvesting last season could damage the crop, Perhaps AB AGRO is at fault for the mishap of not harvesting and selling the hemp stalks and fibers as well, and only producing seed from 2014. It could be the other way as well, all I know is if Russell wants anything resembling a traded company to exist past June, he better get his a$$ in gear and produce some answers to all the shareholders questions

It's not unrealistic to head higher today....the company has been quiet not releasing the news we all ARE expecting. To load up today with full expectations to hear something next week isn't unusual, just a good investing move

I tried more than a few times to add in the 4s without any luck. Got 1 buy in the 5s and have bought twice in the 6s. I've averaged down to .0009, which is a mediocre loss at the moment and a massive gain with the right news

It surprises me that no DSCR investors on the Left Coast haven't taken a drive to 13428 Maxella Ave, Suite 294 Marina del Rey to have a face to face talk with Mr Smith. Something I surely would have done by now if I weren't 3000+ miles away

That's a relief to read!! and even without knowing that info ( I figured it to be released the next few days) I still bought more shares this week. Hate, hate, hate the way the company is managed, but DSCR appears to want to grow and produce oil as well as seed from the hemp. I've managed with these dirt cheap prices to average down to .0011, now I need the company just to not go belly up

I haven't read anywhere that they've obtained their 2015 grow license, only that the December 3rd press release stating they've applied for a license renewal. That should definitely be the focus of any investor right now

I sent the company an email with some of the issues investors are having with these "joint ventures", I'd suggest everyone else do the same. There are a lot of answers that need to be addressed, and strength in numbers might pressure management to give us a clue

My play on DSCR is simple...

And yes, I know I sound like a broken record repeatin the same things in my posts. But as an investor in DSCR I was lead to believe a lot of things from PRs a year ago and have not seen any follow ups to those PRs. So...

I expect to hear news about a May planting, larger than the 2014 planting
I expect to hear news about DSCRs plan to produce CBD oil
I expect to hear news about projected revenues and clarification about the holes that exist from the 2014 harvest
I expect to hear updated news about all previous JVs, whether they fell through or not. This would include the Africa JV

I'll take these PRs all together, or one at a time, without a span of 4-6 months between each one.

If they don't do all, or most of this, and within the next 14 days...I'm out

I was happy to score a mil at 6 this morning. Like I said, if a totally ridiculous , non-event PR like yesterday's can move the stock, imagine where it'll be if mgmt finally pulls their heads out of their a$$'es and releases one with substance. DSCR could release any info we've all beat into the ground complaining about:

Are you going to produce CBD oil
Did you attempt to produce CBD oil
Who the fu$k is VPR
Wheres the rest of the haverst
Estimated revenues from this boneheaded IB8 venture

I'd list Syngar, but fortunately a poster, not the company, clarified that JV. Any one of these will vault the PPS

A million shares for $600 is hard to balk at...think I'll try to pick up a couple more. After all, if the PPS is gonna jump 50% on non-news worthy PRs, it should jack right up there after a good PR.

That is the truest, most bottomline statement ever made on this board.

First, why the hell am I/we finding out the Syngar JV fell through on a message board ??? ( but thank you for that info ). That should have been disclosed to investors. My guess is DSCR asked for way too much and Syngar said NO.

Second, if you didn't supply Stngar with hemp/stalks/fibers, where is it? You harvested it, now what did you do with the product, minus the seeds??? My guess is the harvest was late and the product froze.

Third, with this next harvest, if you're not going to attempt to produce CBD oil, you might as well go back to mining gold and get out of the hemp business because you're too friggen incompetent to do it correctly!

Lastly, to DSCR management: please stop releasing these stupid-ass PRs about your inability to do business in the hemp industry. I don't care about your favor of seed choices, with another favor to be released later. Sell the damn seed already, and report some f$cking revenues!! This PPS is going to sit right where it's at until a PR with substance is released.

You all have way too much faith in the power of a message board with 500 followers. Placing blame on MMs and NSS, or calling it a scam is always the first places people point, when it is the actual company that is where the blame should be pointed. There is not millions being made off DSCR by manipulating a sub penny stock

The PPS is beat down because there hasn't been a single reason for it to be any higher. Yeah, there's been a little manipulation here and there, but DSCR hasn't followed through on anything to give the stock a reason to run.

DSCR is the same piddlely company that has failed at mining, that is failing at farming hemp. After one harvest they have no revenues, no cash, no transparency, and no clue. When you add that up it equals a beat down PPS.

What news? I haven't read a PR in 6 months that would positively affect the PPS. Are you talking about the last two PRs? Other than FINALLY giving a number on part of the product harvested ( 50K lbs of seeds ), I consider the last two PRs more a Declaration of Stupidity, than an investor informative update. It's not very attractive to an speculative buyer when you have a company that isn't pumping numbers out and intends to grow even more product, leaving investors completely clueless.

Back in January 2014 the PPS was .0003, and DSCR had NOTHING...no revenues, no cash, no product and filed months late.

Now we sit a couple ticks higher at .0005 with their filings cleared up and a product for sale, and a second harvest in a few weeks

I'd be pretty pissed if I bought this stock in the .003s range. I'd be all over the companies sh!t and demanding updates and answers, but they aren't going to divulge any information just because you asked for it ( I already tried a few times). I'd be asking for heads to roll as well

The PPS doesn't belong at .0005 if the company has a realistic and reasonable business plan in action, which you and I will not know about for a while. Naked shorting? Manipulation? M'eh. Africa? Profits for 2014? This? That? Eventually everything will come out in black and white, and I will remain glass half full until I see it for myself.

Don't take that post in a negative way, that's just me deciphering the hieroglyphs, seeing they won't give away their game plan

I didn't email them yet, but plan to with a base example of production to sales model. I might drop in that sign off as well ; )

I've watched this stock for a year and think the possibilities are huge, and that's without a weekly update everyone craves, I might even double down prior to the next planting! I've said it constantly, "trial and error and getting their feet wet", they've done it and now use that experience to profit.

I am a strong believer that DSCR is not in the hemp business to fail, scam or dupe anyone. They are a small company looking to capitalize on a growing market, and are looking at every angle in the hemp business to maximize potential profits. I'd prefer before they venture into a non-profitable, non revenue producing R&D ventures, they stick to maximizing profits and revenue for the companies well being. Profit, getting the stock stabilized to attract larger investors, growth and then use only a percentage of your revenues to venture off into bio fuels or whatever new fangled money dumpster they run into. You know, basic business plan

The gap between the harvest and the latest PR was definitely frustrating, and totally uncalled for after DSCR issued a few dozen PRs by this time last year, but,...I still believe it was a trial by error year for the company.

We knew how many acres were planted, we knew when they harvested and finally, as of yesterday, we found out how much poundage of seed they reaped. IMO, everything else doesn't exist. No oil was processed, no fibers/stalks etc processed for revenues. I don't need a PR to tell me this, it's been 6 months since the harvest and that alone tells me that. As far as the bio fuel processing, again IMO, there weren't revenues to be made by the company in this. Perhaps there will be future revenues from the sale of the Syngars PLUSWave processing procedure using DSCRs hemp, but remains to be seen. How much hemp was given to Syngar and where the update on it? I'd like to know just as much as everyone else!

I can't explain how a positive PR comes out and we drop a tick, other than reasoning that DSCRs bottom line, revenue, hasn't been affected. Yep, we got 50K lbs of seed and we're giving 1K in a promotional marketing venture and blah, blah, blah. Are there revenues? NO. Will there be? Ummm, ummm, well by that PR, I think, maybe, could be, huh, WTF was that PR anyways? We're gonna try selling 50K of seeds to a snack shack?!?!

IMO, bottom line, anyone can successfully grow hemp, DSCR proved that ( other than starting late and harvesting late). The company fails when it comes to selling their product. This seed sold have been sold by now, in bulk. The fibers/stalks should have been SOLD, not experimented with. And the oil...if you can obtain this oil through growing hemp, and you grow hemp, then DO IT. You've got another crop being planted soon...well that doesn't do anything for the company/revenues if you can't sell or produce the product
