Anyone know why someone is still paying $0.021/share for RIOB? Is there any life left in the company?
Have you sold all your holdings?
It looks like your recent posts scared somebody into dumping I think it was 10,000 shares, maybe more, at $0.10/share yesterday. Now you're giving advice to start loading up after the stock has rebounded to .15-.20.
What are you going to say to the person who dumped yesterday when the stock which they could have held onto is worth several dollars a share?
"Hell hath no fury like a ***** scorned?"
Any idea why the share price has fallen?
Thanks!
Anyone know what is going on with this company?
Based on what?
New name and website.
Chris's LinkedIn page now says, "Global Fashion Technologies is now known as PureTek360, Inc. In a partnership with Pure Systems International we are in the process of finalizing the commercialization of a heavily patented and radical technology which takes scrap cotton and turns it into 100% 'long fiber' cotton which will furthered by using it to manufacture uniforms and other products for resale into the industrial and institutional markets."
The website is PureTek360.com.
With all due respect, Luna, I don't think Herz has been saying or implying "Anyone who doesn't think so is a jerk." He has been more respectful than that and in my opinion doesn't deserve that criticism.
In any event it is factual news about the company which is going to make or break this stock. Hopefully we'll be getting some soon.
Happy New Years, fellow GFTI shareholders! May we all prosper in 2016!
Thanks, Luna, your efforts are appreciated.
Anyone know why this has jumped?
These low-volume trades at $0.16 are very suspicious. It looked like there was one yesterday for just one share.
Someone is probably selling to himself, between two different accounts, so real sellers will lower their price and they can buy cheap.
I get it. CG is both rolling up and hitting the pipe...
"GFTI is rolling up Ryze in order to do a pipe capital structure"?
Please explain what that means.
That isn't bad, assuming equal quality and better absorption compared to other CBD products. 10.57 mg/liter means about 3.57 mg/bottle.
I have a bottle of TJ's CBD formula which states that 10 drops contain 2 mg of CBD (plus 0.2 mg of THC, with both dissolved in MCT oil) and which recommends "10-20 drops every four hours or as needed." It would take about 17.85 drops to give you 3.57 mg of CBD and there are about 1200 drops in a 1-oz bottle which sells for $85. That's 67 3.57-mg servings at about $1.27 each.
Depending on quality (which is a whole other issue) and absorption, CSI's CBD water may be undesirable, overpriced, an excellent deal, or great. It may be some time before that can be objectively decided. In the meantime I'm looking forward to trying it.
No, that's a ph of 9.5.
Many companies don't list the exact amount of certain ingredients in products which contain "proprietary blends." That's so no one else can copy them.
I don't think that applies here, however the company is claiming "maximum absorption and superior bio-availability" due to the "nano-sizing process." If that is true then the exact amount of cannabidiol wouldn't tell you much as you wouldn't know how much of it is absorbed relative to other preparations.
To be responsible, Wild Earth should should quote at least one scientific study which backs up the claim of superior absorption and shows how superior the absorption is - and also state how much CBD is contained in each bottle.
People are using CBD for serious illnesses, David Tobias and Gary Johnson. They need to know exactly what they're getting.
Press Release:
Cannabis Sativa, Inc. Wild Earth Naturals CBD Water Available Now
MESQUITE, NV / ACCESSWIRE / September 9, 2015 /Cannabis Sativa, Inc. (OTCQB:CBDS) (referred to collectively with its subsidiaries as "CBDS" or the "Company") announces that it has taken delivery of its initial order of 10,800 bottles of Wild Earth Naturals CBD water at the Company's Mesquite, Nevada facility. The Wild Earth Naturals CBD Water is available now for sale on the Wild Earth Naturals website (www.wildearthnaturals.com).
The high alkaline (9.5ph) half liter bottles contain one efficacious dose of cannabidiol as well as a balance of naturally occurring minerals - Potassium, Magnesium, Calcium, and electrolytes and is enhanced with d-Ribose, Methylcobalamin (methyl B12) and Coenzyme Q 10 (CoQ10).
Wild Earth Naturals CBD water is formulated using what has been described as a "revolutionary" nano process that delivers ion-sized nutrients (the size that can move through cell membranes) encased with water molecules. The CBD source is pure and natural, and is provided exclusively by the 2015 CBD Concentrate award-winning Swiss company, Isodiol S.A. It is free of THC and therefore non-psychoactive.
The water source used in Wild Earth Naturals' CBD Water is provided by Solar Rain Watery, and is derived from ocean water. Solar Rain's process of evaporation, condensation, and precipitation mimics rainwater's return to the ocean and back by evaporation, which is nature's way of filtering out impurities and replenishing the water supply. Solar Rain is a "green" company and Wild Earth Naturals is proud to do business with them.

About a week ago I sent you a private message, dgor, asking how many shares you have and how much you would sell them for, but you haven't responded. Instead, you seem to want to discourage other people from buying the stock by complaining here.
I think you're trying to get people to sell so you can pick up cheap shares.
Price moving up and volume increasing. Level 2 shows a 16,000-share buy order at $2.41.
Go CBDS!
I received this from IR:
"CBDS has been informed by FINRA that FINRA continues to review documents relevant to the spin-off but that the record date will not change even though it is now in the past. FINRA will post information about the spin-off on its site once its review is completed and the pay date or the date the KUSH shares will be mailed out has been determined. FINRA has also determined that there will be no ex-dividend date since the KUSH shares are not free trading. Shareholders entitled to the dividend are shareholders of record on the record date and CBDS is not aware of how and when a particular stock purchase will give the purchaser the status of being a shareholder on the record date. Stock brokers and transfer agents are the professionals in those areas."
My broker told me that a 3-day settlement period does not apply here, that if someone held stock three business days prior to the 25th and sold before the market closed on the 25th they will not qualify for the KUSH shares, and if someone purchased stock on the 25th and sold on the 26th they will.
I don't think passing the record date should affect the PPS too much. If Kush is going to open at $0.10 then CBDS was only worth $0.40 more today than it will be tomorrow. The PPS may continue to rise - especially with a little good news.
There was a buy order, a few minutes ago, of 72,000 shares at $1.00, but it disappeared.
You can see Level 2 at http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/CBDS/quote
It probably disappeared cause it's from NITE, and there's a higher NITE order now.
I haven't read that he has made any statements, which I find disappointing.
When you use the word scam, however, I think you should add "in my opinion" as I don't think anyone has presented any proof of dishonesty to date. For all we know the demise of the company was simply the result of ineptitude and bad luck.
If you make a statement like that without adding IMO and it turns out to be wrong, you can be sued for libel.
This sounds like an excellent product - if it contains enough CBD to have a real effect - and it can be sold in all 50 states. Isodiol is an impressive company:
http://www.isodiol.com
I sold about a quarter of my holdings yesterday, but only because I needed to liquidate. My opinion is that the stock will do very well, sooner or later.
I don't think anyone here knows the exact reason for the current fall, it could be a number of things. I do wish that management would be more transparent and update us promptly as to the status of the products they were expecting to be selling by now.
Some good news could shoot this stock back into the $8-9 range very quickly, in my opinion.
I didn't threaten you, I warned you that if you commit libel you can be sued for it.
Take or leave the advice.
Investors need to lock up their shares, so they can't be borrowed for shorts, by placing a limit sell order on them at a high price.
What if you are wrong about that? What if CS was telling the truth when she (reportedly) wrote that they lied to her about the share structure and the health of the company, then threatened her not to say anything negative?
I got out after I read that.
We just had a discussion about Gary Johnson and MDCN. You may want to look at the posts going back to 7/21.
If you have evidence that he did something dishonest, kindly present it. If not, kindly don't blame him for what happened.
I became concerned as the company kept failing to deliver and became especially worried when the Ken Williams/Digagogo connection was pointed out, but I don't blame Gary Johnson for what happened. I think he made a mistake in affiliating with Williams but I don't think he was dishonest in any way. Even great men sometimes make errors of judgment.
There's also a big difference between being a Director of a company and being the CEO. I think CBDS is in the best hands it could possibly be in. And don't say you know what Steve Kubby is going to do, either, because you certainly don't.
You haven't offered any proof or even evidence that Gary Johnson "screwed" anyone. You're still committing libel and I have to wonder if you hold a short position here.
I do admit, though, that I am disappointed he hasn't made a public statement about Medican. I came out ahead but a lot of people, who lost a lot of money, invested in or stayed with the company in large part because he was a Director and because he bought shares in January.
You should be so crazy. Gary 2016!
Cheryl Shuman, according to Darth, said that management lied to her about the share structure and the health of the company. Looks like that may have been the case. We'll see if she files a lawsuit against them.
It appears they have now taken all mention of her off their website.
No, according to the Form 4 of January 20th he bought 888,878 shares at that time, which gave him a total of 998,878. There has been no Form 4 filed since then, so he hasn't sold any shares.
I don't think it's an obvious ploy. He ran in 2012 as the Libertarian Party candidate and got almost 1.3 million votes, which was 1% of the total. I would guess a lot more people than that preferred him but voted Democrat or Republican because they didn't think he could win (blame the undemocratic way we hold elections). If he can come out strong at the beginning of 2016 - a year in which marijuana legalization could be a major issue - get into the major debates and do well there, he won't lose those votes and could possibly win. That would, in my opinion, be a great event.
2012 Small Party Presidential Debate
How do you know he resigned "due to questionable ethics"? I haven't seen any statement from him. The company's announcement said they had no disagreements.
What makes you think Gary Johnson sold his shares prior to the RS? I haven't seen any filing to that effect.
People who are shorting this stock may also be posting negative sentiments about the company on this board, possibly pretending to be longs. If you were a shareholder, why would you say anything negative about the company before you had sold your shares?
