There seems to be so much anticipation with the new business. I just cannot wrap my head around how $7.00 will magically appear. Just for the fact there will be 400,000,000 shares outstanding, (once the shareholders of the other company join Webstar's shares) If you do the math the amount of shares will would own after a reverse split would be reduced significantly. Nothing else we can do at the moment except to wait this out. I have waited TOO LONG for Webstar to amount to something.
At his point I am just going to hang around. Hopefully one day we will be able to sell our "restricted shares"
Oh yeah... Dean Bradley. QASP we all lost our azz.
I agree with you. The split has to be BIG to get the desired $4.00 for the NASDAQ small cap. If they are saying $7.00 then the split would be even BIGGER
Hi there CoalMinersGlove. Thank you... I've been following the thread and seeing some familiar names from the past. Good to be back...
Hey iwondertoo. Doing OK. Been in this since the very beginning. Actually I was the first shareholder of Webstar!
I agree with you. How in the world can we expect this go from ten cents to $7.00? Especially when they are currently selling shares for ten cents. They are trying to get on the NASDAQ small cap ($4.00) If that is the case then I would think you would see a reverse split of at least 10:1 which means if you own 100,000 shares you would end up with 10,000 shares. After Webstar and Thunder Energies become one there will be 400,000,000 shares outstanding. and in all likelihood the ticker symbol WBSR will change. Whoever has our shares (in my case it's Fidelity) the new ticket symbol will carry over.
Testing 1-2-3
Here we go again, "contract secured"... where have I heard that before! LOL.
My loss is my fault. If I had money to invest the last place I would go is with a company run by MK.
Let's see how this plays out Catdaddy. I already know what the ending results will be. Just curious how you will react after this all comes to fruition.
Best of luck to you.
I have not posted on any board in quite a while (except one time in the last few months)
Well I guess congratulations are in order Catdaddy. Seems that you and the honorable MK have smokem' peace pipe.
What a joke! Personally I have no respect for him. I was communicating with him constantly prior to the downfall of NHSH. He had said he was going to take care of the QASP stockholders who over invested in QASP as a result of the empty promised both he (Mineseeker) and Bradley made to us fools.
Now he won't even acknowledge that I exist. Unanswered email after email.
He got his money and continues to rip every one off.
So happy you now sing his praises. What a bunch of crapola!
You don't have to respond... Just needed to say what's on my mind.
"None of them have even made a peep" That would be like saying why haven't we heard from the old stuckholders that got screwed. When you think about it I have to laugh. Who paid 5, 10, 15, or 50???
LOL. My average after the famous 1000 to 1 RS is $10.99/ share!
Let's see my 5,150,000 shares (now 5,150 shares) are worth $84.98. What a ROI! Since I only paid $56,592 for those worthless pieces of crap.
I WILL NEVER FORGET WHAT HAPPENED HERE!
This is my first post in well over a year. However, I hope to make one more post in the next few months. One that will be a definite eye owner...
I couldn't agree with you more! EOM
Surf, I can't wait to see if the Feds do something to the music stores than bought the Gibson Guitars that are made from the wood that was seized. According to this new law that was passed it is illegal to assemble these guitars (made from this special wood) in the USA.
Do you believe this crapola!
Hey CAT better hold on to those guitars, their value may go up dramatically if this thing gets out of hand
Anvil, as someone who has been in the music industry for the past 30 years, there is no question that Gibson (though I am not a big fan of Henry J the CEO) is getting royally screwed.
I can only wonder what Fender, Paul Reed Smith, Peavey and all the other guitar manufacturers are thinking... Damn I would guess they use the same wood from the same countries that Gibson uses. (one of the reasons for the raid(s)
Gibson has been victimized twice already be the Feds and they still haven't come back with formal charges from the first raid 2 + years ago. Meanwhile, in the most recent raid they collected well over a million dollars in wood, guitars and other stuff. And they still haven't returned the things they confiscated the first time.
Politically motivated??? What else could it be!
Thanks, still haven't heard anything from Joe C?
Much appreciated...
Chief, would you be kind enough to put a link regarding this most recent PR regarding Dean. I haven't seen it yet...
Check this out. It is truly unbelievable!
If you can spare 12 minutes you will be blown away.

The best years. What a team, remember Trottier, Bossy, Gillies, Nystrom, Smith, Resch, Morrow, Merrick just off the top of my head.
Great Edmonton teams also. Damn, if it wasn't for Messier the Rangers would still be looking for that elusive Stantley Cup!
I'm with you. Best defense. Hopefully Sanchez opens it up this year especially with our new receivers!
Buddy, LOL... Talk about a different bred of fans entirely! I remember the Flyers and the Islanders back in the early 80's.
Clark Gilles versus Dave Schultz for all you old hockey fans. It didn't get any better than that!
You got to hand it to the Phillies this year. That pitching staff is too damn good.
"Z" you bring it on yourself... As you are a compassionate New England fan many of us born and raised in NY are also passionate NY fans.
As far as you being the innocent one here... Give me a break.
You have been so condesending towards the Yankees (not only to me but to a few others who gave it back to you)
Look, I'll end it this way. I look forward to watching the best rivalry in sports. If you can keep your insults down it would be most appreciated.
May the best team win...
Now the question is, will you try and get in the last word before you and I smokem' peace pipe (no offense Chief...) LOL
Enjoy your little run... for it will not last!
Celtics are too old to win another Championship unless they dismantle the team. Rex Ryan just loves to beat Bellichek. Though the Pats are a good team it's time for them to move over. (remember when the NY Giants took away their perfect season and beat them in the Super Bowl!)
And I'll leave the Bruins for you and Stockfire409 to discuss.
As for my Yankees since you are only in your early 20's you obviously have no idea who is the greatest of all times. (that would be the NY Yankees and Mohammed Ali)
Sorry, there are not too many Boston fans to defend you here!
If you were a true baseball fan you would know that we are playing the Blue Jays at the stadium.
What's the matter "Z" not too many Red Sox fans on this thread! LOL
Good luck to the Texas Rangers @ Fenway this weekend.
GO RANGERS!
Great game. That last pitch to Gonzo was a generous call by the ump. I hope Mo stops walking guys. He has walked more than usual in the last month or so.
As our friend Mr. Meatloaf says 2 out of 3 ain't bad though next time a sweep would feel even better.
You are correct hawk, Beckett and Lester can be beaten, even at home...
Yeah baby! We're ahead 3-2. Martin doubled drove in two including Montero who was hit by a pitch.
Now 4-2 Chavez pinched hit a single and drove in Martin from third!!!
Aceves just hit Montero (just his shirt)..
Granderson (player rep) asked to cancel the Baltimore game on Monday (only play if necessary at the end of the year)
Tough road trip after Monday because they have to fly to the West Coast
When I went to the Stadium a few weeks ago (I was there when Posada drove in 6 & we beat Tampa Bay) we drove and the parked around 151st Street. It cost $45... Holy Crap!
Burnett was pitching for his season tonight. Gerardi gives him another start and possibly holds off making the permanent 5 man rotation.
I want to see Hughes again...

Here we go again, Alredo Aceves (former Yankee) just hit MarK Texiera in the boney part of the knee,
What a freaky sound. Hope we don't lose him for an extended period of time...
Well Tex you are one lucky dude to see that game. Me and the Mrs have been married since '74 and have seen many a game at the old Yankee Stadium.
Look I may not agree with everything you say, however I have much respect for you as a veteran of Vietnam.
Lost a few good buddies in that one...
So far Montero hasn't done too much. Bright future, but tough place to start your major league career.
So nice to see a few Yankee fans together. Personally, I've been a Yankee fan since the early 60's.
However, I enjoy watching a well played game and look forward to seeing all the superstars from every team compete!
CAT, even though you may despise my team I will certainly root for your team if they play the Sox. Always liked Nolan Ryan...
I'll take the prayer. Damn I wish both of us could be at a game together.
Unfortunately, I feel we might make sportscenter if you get me drift.
You know, most of the Red Sox fans I know are good fans. But as far as comparing the history of the two teams, you have got to be kidding.
I'm starting to think you are just a bug on my windshield! LMAO
Bring it on brother! Can't wait till we meet for the pennant. Then again you may not get out of the first round...
Hey CAT maybe you can do us both a favor. Can you say SWEEP!
