What does NEPT have to do to be able to take advantage of legalization in NY/NJ?
Thanks,
Joe
Off topic: Like many places, NJ and NY have a devastating opioid crisis. Legalizing a gateway drug will make things much worse.
What’s going on in ny and nj with regards to NEPT?
Thanks,
Joe
If the brain-trust worked as hard as they do on figuring out where their next paycheck was coming from as they did on how to bring AS out of the shadows, we might have something. But then again, I forgot it's all hinged on EPA approval, errr, I mean FDA approval.
What other agency might hold AS back after the FDA???

At least once a week or more someone echos similar sentiments on this board, and I'm sure Pentony's email box and unanswered phone messages are full of the same. Yet the company refuses to activity promote AS.
As far as speculating as to why they don't, what's the sense. It's not like they are gonna start anytime soon, IMO.
Semi off-topic post. Check out the fraud co Theranos's BOD. They had loads of heavy hitters; very close to the Pinstripes' murders row of the late 20s.
I'm not sure where they were in the red-tape-arena, but I'm sure the snake-oil salesmen, err, I mean public servants might have possibly maybe helped a tiny bit to navigate the regulatory approval process.
"Theranos was at one point valued at $9 billion after the company promised to revolutionize consumers’ access to their medical history through a portable blood analyzer. the company was helmed by college dropout CEO Elizabeth Holmes with a board consisting of ex-military and government members, including former Secretary of State George Shultz; Chairman of Bechtel Group Riley P. Bechtel; former Wells Fargo Chairman and CEO Richard Kovacevich; former Senators Sam Nunn and Bill Frist; former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger; and former Secretary of Defense William Perry...

We need new sticky posts. Or none at all.
Who wants to invest in a company whose management is as quiet as church mice...
Ages ago, I did like the fact that we were hearing about testing here and there, then all that stopped.
Now it seems the only spokespeople for the company, the only ones carrying the verbal touch for investors, are the folks patronizing this board.
I've heard the various reasons why the company is holding their cards close. And as long as they do, we should expect not only trading days like today, but also lackluster movement in share price when we finally do get some halfway decent news.
I just hope that sometime soon the company picks up where they left off on the narrative and starts building toward SOMETHING. Having a groundbreaking device is one thing. Selling it is another, and from my perspective all that seems to be put on pause.
Unless things are moving behind the scenes in a different direction, Medizone will have to get their narrative out there to investors, potential buyers of AS machines, and to the general public. Will it be sooner(before FDA), or later?
Discovery channel-type profiles and Internet media stories are fantastic! They'll also have to break into social media where the stories told with the impact and speed of a crack of lightening work really well.
But from my vantage, it's a guessing game, one that goes on and on. Hopefully, at some point AS will be out there working as billed.
Scrubbing Bubbles has a cult following! Just look at all the vids on YouTube. I would imagine a lot of credit goes to the ingenious marketing campaign.
Just as the product has standed the test of time, so have the adverts. Check this out this brilliant campaign from just a few years ago: Scrubbing Bubbles® Cleans America with Let's Bubble!
These were brilliant commercials from the 1970s and 1980s!

Another week of media silence. They waited for EPA, and kept a lid on things in the US, which is the same for FDA I guess. But that's no reason for us not to hear of testing/usage in other parts of the world. It baffles the mind that AS is not in public use enough for photos and accounts to make their way onto the Internet.
So much cash is now in play in the US under current tax laws. It would be nothing for a tech giant to scoop up MZ and put AS in use saving lives, etc., on a grand scale. Would be nice if word was out there, or at least more of an effort was being made.
Unfortunate thing for AS is that it kills "things" the human eye can't see under normal conditions. A decent YouTube vid which puts cartoonish faces on deadly pathogens wouldn't be hard. If need be, it could be a project for college interns. A few hours south of Innovation Park is Sheridan Tech, Toronto. My friend graduated from there. He's a brilliant animator employed by Disney. I'm sure they have a few talented kids there (and many other schools, just a mouse-click away) looking to put their skills to work for the greater good.
This media silence is a total shame.

Re:
Now is as good a time as any to have "someone" step in and help cut through the remaining red tape or fast-track things in someway....
And:
As we've seen, the testing data for AS is off the charts. But years of going through the regulatory process, especially under the past Administration has been lined with red tape... I think it's an argument some members of Congress would at least look into. If not for the potential of saving lives, perhaps in fairness then...
Management issues aside, AS is a poster child for what happens when innovation is confronted by monolithic gov't regs and agencies.
Yes it would great to see them sell as few machines as they have to the folks in KSA and Chile. But as important if not more is the news that the machines are in regular use.

I've seen Gelati's website. Is he doing actual business using the AS machine or just advertising?

I remember this site mentioned AS, but I could be wrong. Don't see it now in a quick check:

Dunno why they have never taken AS's plight through gov't bureaucracy to a "higher power" -- like an "active" or retired Congress member.

Hopefully we'll see a spark of life this week.
IMO, it seems pretty clear that from the 11/28/18 press release that they thought they would have to head down the De Novo route to FDA approval, which would mean added time. So one would think they have some sort of others plans in the works; hopefully they're more than just campfire songs about the good ol' days...

Would be great to see videos promoing AS's use in hotels/homes battling beds bugs, in drug dens, gyms, doctors offices, cruise ships, and more from hospitals, etc...

Hope we'll get news worthy of Sticky Noting this week! It's about time there was something NEW up there.
Some promo videos for newbies,
Discovery Canada
The video is ok, but (IMO) they should be able to source one that is current, shows a real AS machine in use with testimonials, and has a short pitch by Dr. Shannon.
I'm not sure of the decision making process....

And I wanted a complete sentence before I asked the question -- Is there a good chance we can expect a reverse spit at some point given the large number of outstanding shares?
Good question. So far all we can be sure of is that they have said they will attend.
Medizone International Attending the J.P. Morgan 36th Annual Healthcare Conference for Partnership and Investment Discussions
KALAMAZOO, Mich., December 27, 2017: Medizone International, Inc. (OTCQB: MZEI) announced today the Company’s management will be attending the J.P. Morgan 36th Annual Healthcare Conference in San Francisco January 8th through 11th. Attending the conference will be Medizone’s CEO David Dodd and Medizone’s Chairman of the Board David Esposito. The company will be meeting with potential business partners and investment partners in support of the commercial development of AsepticSure®.
There are over 400 companies attending the J.P Morgan HC Conference this Monday. Hopefully Espo and Dodd are bringing their "A+++++++ Game," which should, I think, include current testing as well as old and new success stories... Would be a little spicier if they had results from meth-house sterilization in NZ and bedbug zapping in Chile, maybe even hospital trials down there, too. They need to kick it up a few notches Emeril-Lagasse-style... (FDA approval would be the cherry, but I think first chance is mid-month???) BAM!!!

J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference - January 8th through 11th.
Thirty five years ago, we launched Wall Street's premier investor conference focused exclusively on companies defining the healthcare industry. Today, the J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference continues our tradition of hosting the largest and most informative healthcare investment symposium in the industry. In 2018, we expect more than 400 companies, both public and private, to deliver presentations to more than 8,000 attendees. The conference provides a unique opportunity for investors to visit with so many inter-related industry leaders in one setting.
Thanks Gelati!
Beggars can't be choosers. That's all I asked for -- a few crumbs.
TY Gelati.
What's going on with the two companies in NZ? Anyone know?
http://asepticsystems.co.nz/
http://meditech.co.nz/
Do they have two separate AS machines? Would be nice to see AS in action. The last video I remember was Discovery Canada. That was AGES ago.
-
I can't figure out why the MZEI folks can't bang out vids or news of AS in action anymore.
I def liked the message from Dodd! Now can we have some video of AS in action -- if for no other reason than have a recent upload date! It also couldn't hurt to give something FRESH to potential investors.
*Could they change the price structure in someway to make the initial investment an easier pill to swallow? Maybe cut the price in half and charge $2k a month fee until the total price is recovered or charge $1k a month in perpetuity -- or free at 5k a month ... then when the machine is in use and showing results, the price can be readjusted for new buyers.
*For markets outside US -- though who knows, FDA still might not bring sales right away.
Almost time for Medizone to close up shop for the holidays. Was it two years ago our present was a next gen AS machine and a few stocking stuffers?
I wonder if we'll get anything this year? All things considered, we've actually been really good on this board. We deserve some sort of something.
Previously I pined for videos and news articles/media. Now I'll accept anything. Just a sign of life.
What's bothersome is that Medizone has this groundbreaking technology, and to the best of my knowledge, it's not in use. That is a shame.
Yes I want to make money here. But I also want to hear about AS in use in a hospital or similar settings, where it can be saving lives. I'd never grow tired of hearing that, even if the green remains on the horizon.
Update's from Medizone are a thing of the past. MY GUESS is that they just want to earn their weekly paycheck and not bother with questions.
They used to have an IR guy named John Pentony, not sure if he's still around or answers questions. Probably gets a paycheck though. Good for him!
I thought the gang went to a trade show or something last week? I must be wrong because I'm sure there would be a trace online like a video or a photo or a quote from somebody. I guess the folks running the witness protection program forbade any mention...

Just found this announcing the event:
Medizone International, Inc announces the Company has registered to attend the Military Health System's Vendor Day on September 27, 2017 at the Defense Medical Logistics Center on Fort Detrick in Frederick, MD. Vendor Day presents a unique opportunity to interact directly with a large number of government agencies and to demonstrate the utility of AsepticSure...
Medizone International plans to attend the event with a full display of the AsepticSure system and with several members from the sales and engineering teams to address any potential inquiries from attendees. The Company is planning an invitation outreach to prospects in advance of the meeting to ensure maximum attendance and engagement at the exhibit booth.
I forgot why the Medizone folks stopped telling us about use of the AS machine. Seems like it was ages ago that they changed metrics on what was PR-worthy. Does anyone remember?
I always found PRs regarding amazing test results somewhat reassuring, especially as we hoped for sales. Fresh results could also capture new investors and media attention. But what do I know? I really just hate being totally ignored and completely out of the loop. If a friend asks me about MZEI, I can only shrug...
Let me add one more question: Does summer vacation end before or after Labor Day for DE and gang?
It's winter in New Zealand. They're open for business: https://www.linkedin.com/company/meditech-nz
