In the market - the number of "shares" after the reverse will only be 2 million+. You really do some research before you make these kinds of posts.

While I know that the company continues to take hits from participants on this board,I also know that there are MANY reasons why a company would issue additional stock. I don't think the beloved CEO is paying himself in common stock. Adding a large amount of stock without a press release is very interesting. Remember that this company has chosen to continue to file ALL of the SEC papers regularly. They actually could legally go dark. They chose to continue for a reason. We can only speculate. I would wager that this is an indication of something good in the works. BAIL AT YOUR OWN RISK!

If you were at the Adorama Fair you would have heard them say that Adorama is the only authorized retailer which can advertise at the giant's home games. It would probably follow that if NYXIO had some sort of support arrangement with them they might see the product advertised. This surprises some one??

I would love to know who shorted 10 mil shares! That's why it closed at 1. You guys need to protect your stock to prevent this from happening. If you are not trading and don't own the shares put in sell orders at 6 or 7. Your broker cannot lend the stock to short if you do this. If you own the shares, you are fine.

The concept is spot-on, but Nyxio has it now! BTW $1500 is for a very small screen.

I really can't believe that you own this stock. It is incredible to read that you think the folks who posted and said they were there would lie. I was there! I don't lie!

One thing has become very clear about this board: There are a few posters that have absolutely no understanding of how this kind of complex product comes to market. ADORAMA was obviously a test of consumer reaction to the unit. I watched the demos and the reaction of the consumers. I watched the faces of the people as the screen swaps and feature demos were done. The jaws were dropping! The NYXIO announcements over the block long PA system were frequent and excited. I asked the price of the 42" unit being demo'd and no one around me had anything negative to say about the $2350 MSRP. The all stayed and asked for more information. The demo also allowed small children to play a game using the touch screen. Great reactions all around!

Anybody going to the Adorama event? There is supposed to be a new Viosphere demo there.

Some of what you write is true, but be clear about the "pumping and dumpling" and "raise" is not. LOOK at the facts. The shorts are doing the P&D and the CEO hasn't taken a cent out of the company since it went public. FILINGS!
I do agree however with your conclusion.

Press releases don't drive this stock down! The shorts drive it down! If the shorts cannot borrow stock they cannot short. PROTECT YOUR STOCK and this will stop.

It's people like you that if left alone show their ignorance. The debt you refer to was sold months ago and has already been liquidated. This was another move to reduce the company's debt.

I may have been a little wrong about you. The company HAS been reducing debt. That's what a good restarting company does. I would imagine that when it hits a certain point shareholders will realize that shareholder value will really begin to climb and the share price will reflect that growth. I don't remember just when, but this CEO everyone loves to hate told a shareholder to read the financials over time and figure it out.

You need to stop thinking in terms of what YOU or a teenager would use it for.
Classrooms, board rooms, Webinars/seminars, digital signage (ever been to one of the new Marriott hotels?). The hospitality industry could be a prime user - TV, email, room service, movies, etc.. Watch your subscription Netflix on the hotel VioShpere in your room. Yes I guess you can also play games. I am sure I have left out dozens of other uses. Watch the today show. That big touch screen that the weather person uses is less than 1/2 of the Viosphere functionality. Are you really "a pro"?

How certain are you that the products did NOT ship? Sure enough to back it up? If the product doesn't arrive at a retailer next week do you promise to go away and never return to this board? If this CEO is as smart and focused as I think he is, the progression points to reaching a breakout starting with .001 then .01 and finally .25. Baby steps. First things first. First the flippers have to be convinced that the product line is for real and is back. He has to deliver the product, get it sold through and begin to roll out the rest of the line. No secrets here, just patience.

I actually called the CEO and asked about stock buy-backs. The answer is pretty simple and not one I knew about. A company stock buy back while doing positive press releases is frowned up on by the SEC.
