Why do you assume a share price of about $18 upon merger? Curious. A $3.3 billion estimated market cap would put us around $60 wouldn't it?
Rando on the internet is saying that Branson has invited Lebron James on the Unity for it's first commercial flight in June, in line with a massive marketing budget for Space Jam 2. Big if true.

It bounced off support at $14 hard. Good sign.
Maybe they terminated the deal so they could switch teams and buy Axal from us...... Right guys?......right?
Several legacy shareholders seem to be selling. Capitulation has finally occurred?
Possible contrarian indicator.
Not that I believe any of this, but ya know.
Wonder if they'll lower the strike on the existing warrants plus extend them?
Honestly it's probably just a lack of buyers. Someone puts a large block for sale with no buyers, there's going to be market slippage. If someone puts a large block on a set ask, and someone happens to buy into it, there's no slippage upward.
Supply and demand. INB4 "it's manipulation!!!"
Wonder if news leaked about the patient death or something. Hard to believe this is based on a couple of lagging indicator downgrades.
Or maybe somebody with a large block is "selling the news"??? Just because you think the share price should be acting differently doesn't mean it's manipulation.
From Greg Mayes on the Facebook ADXS board:
Looks like a good move to me. Neon just received a $115M for personalized cancer medicine IPO. That should be the area of focus. It's too bad this type of an announcement was not made a long time ago.
An orphan construct indeed. Thoughts on possibility of someone partnering on the technology? I'm thinking not unfortunately.
Completely agree. It's nice to have some real leadership come up with some kind of plan for their current financial condition.
I do agree with Dew here that companies have many stealthy ways of keeping PR worthy info under wraps when it suits their needs. Easiest example being waiting for the last person to sign a contract until the day they want to release the information related to the contract.
Not sure how it would work with the FDA releasing the hold but they could get away with saying they had to wait a week to hear back from the FDA to "confirm" the hold was lifted.
I don't know, just spitballing.
$2.00!!!!! RELEASE THE KRAKEN
Will you stop with the "future proves past" Nonsense? You aren't Qanon and you sound ridiculous.
I see this one:
Poster Board: #246 • Abstract 5019
KEYNOTE-046: ADXS-PSA plus pembrolizumab (pembro) in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC).

Or could just be a new social media strategy of tweeting more content related to their field. I hope I'm wrong.
LOL so true. Great point.
Noelle has changed her profile pic from the pregnancy to her sitting on top of a mountain. That means we'll all be sitting on a mountain of money soon.
Thank you Noelle, we read you loud and clear.
Completely agree IG. It's exactly what I would do if I was in her position.
People update their FB job etc at odd times all the time. Noelle's FB status is much ado about nothing in my opinion.
In other words you're just speculating like everyone else?
The strongest evidence to date for me, that some kind of deal is being worked on, is that ADXS did not PR the abstract regarding NEO, while at the same time they PRd the other. Since they PRd the other, that leads me to believe the deal has something to do with NEO and Amgen possibly.
You're right Hova, but this is the kind of stuff that happens when the company completely stonewalls all communication efforts. When Noelle and company don't do their jobs, this is what happens. The employee that TC contacted should be angry at Noelle, not TC. Just my opinion.
Can you predict the future like Zoltar on the movie Big? I hope so.
I'm not so sure. Even the slightest buy is moving the bid/ask up. It doesn't appear anyone is really selling at these levels.
That's really quite amazing. The shorts were very, very, patient, then struck at the right time. Well done shorts, well done. Now start accumulating plz
Bummer. I was hoping one of the reasons was "Getting acquired by Amgen for $200 per share:
Did the wives of a couple of prominent employees at ADXS purposefully join the Facebook club yesterday so they could watch all of the celebrating happening in the next few days/weeks?
Ha, doubtful. I'll dream about it though.
Noelle couldn't have just told them in order to relay it to you? That is bizarre. What the hell is wrong with these people?
Is that the color green that I'm seeing? I'm not sure. I thought I was colorblind for the last 3 years.
You'd also be able to simply sell the warrants at roughly $5 less than the PPS.
No one has heard back from Noelle yet correct?
It's possible the marketing/communications team simply wanted to highlight the top three executives and no one else. Companies make these adjustments all the time. Occam's razor.
Hope it's a buyout though lol
So it sounds like warrants are dead unless ADXS chooses to extend them. With axal not being a big player right now there's not much to help the share price until NEO is further along.
That's what Lombardo said, but like Dew said it shouldn't necessarily be taken at face value. Plans and minds change all the time.
Agreed. Unfortunately those kinds of nuances don't matter to the market. The PPS will recover eventually, but it's a major setback when the tide was finally starting to turn.
I know this isn't managements fault that a patient died (and likely related to durvalumab) but this company just cannot get out of its own way.
I think you're spot on. They weren't getting the offers they wanted, and during negotiations BP using the fact that they don't have enough cash to get through EMA as leverage. They probably dared Lombardo to do an offering at this level and he called their bluff.
We'll see if it helps him at the negotiating table or if BP says screw off at this point.
