Kmey for MVP.... :)
I'll have to ask my husband, he knows more about it than me... hes on business til tm, but til then this is disturbingly similar... Right down to the sharing through govt program and nda agreements.... http://www.ipwatchdog.com/2015/11/30/bullied-patent-owner-more-widespread-patent-troll/id=63532/
Historically they always have done that.... They are really bad about usurping IP
Except ipqa was already developed and in beta prior to the jtda, so no they should not own any rights to it. In fact they even had to go back and insert the registered trademark on the America makes docs once someone pointed it out and GE had to stop using IPQA as a generic term. Also likely why the project was delayed by several months initially due to disputes over the contract which mark mentioned, oh forever ago. 2014? Maybe?
Low volume. Will evaporate in a day or two without news.
Interesting. Thanks. It doesn't much matter to me as I am on sidelines til it shows signs of life again (not a fan of zero liquidity and ridiculous bid/ask spreads), but it's good to keep an eye on.
Ah, now that would make a bit more sense.
That doesn't make sense. Why, if they gave x amount of $ (when s/p was ~4.13) would they only be able to sell up to 2.76? That would be a huge haircut on their investment. Instant loss. And I believe he's right about short selling. You borrow to short then buy... Not own, and simultaneously short, unless you're hedging a certain percentage or something, but it's not going to profit that way, just protect against losses.
Good maybe it'll add some liquidity lol
I think he's referring to the 1 million loan from a few months ago
Post process inspection takes forever and destroys material. You literally have to take samples, tensile test, bend test, with AM, do some sort of scan for pockets of non melted powder etc all of which takes hours, meanwhile the machines are still running so if they do find a defect they have to scrap the entire run, perhaps multiple runs, and recalibrate. It would not work at all in additive mass production, especially since some of these designed for additive parts are impossible to test via traditional methods due to the totally unconventional structures.
Yeah but we knew that. It's not ANOTHER new one....
On the bright side, idk what will happen near term but as far as assets go they're way better off than before.... Previously traded ~6-7x assets now barely over 2x... perhaps that will balance out some of the uncertainties? (Check my math, haven't had my coffee yet but I think that's right?)
I read the whole stupid thing finally (stopped for breakfast and a resumed) and still don't see anything about another r/s or promissory notes? What are you talking about? It sounds to me like one of the institutional funds (global whateveritis) is selling off and/or obtaining the ability to short. (Def not good, I just don't see what you mentioned)
Well this isn't good either... "In connection with the sale of our common stock or interests therein, the selling stockholders may enter into hedging transactions with broker-dealers or other financial institutions, which may in turn engage in short sales of the common stock in the course of hedging the positions they assume. The selling stockholders may also sell shares of our common stock short and deliver these securities to close out their short positions, or loan or pledge the common stock to broker-dealers that in turn may sell these securities."
How is our loan to morf3d convertible into 10% of their common stock if they are a private company?
I am reading. Super long.... At least this part is good? "In February 2017 we closed an underwritten public offering of 1,410,000 units consisting of one share of common stock and one warrant for gross proceeds of $5,823,30. We believe that the net proceeds of approximately $5.25 million from such offering, together with our existing cash and anticipated revenues, will be sufficient to fund our operations until at least January 2019"
What promissory note?
Lol!! Right?!
Well he's coming on strong at any rate.
Anyone see the filing? Not popping up on my account.
That would be a gift haha
Sounds good to me lol!
What are you talking about? What OTC play?
I about had a heart attack thinking you meant regular share price lol!!
Perhaps this will make them think twice about sigma's cost/time savings....http://www.investors.com/news/this-overvalued-dow-component-just-hit-a-15-month-low/
Yes lol Rockville. And thanks.
Well they're not listed anymore so I guess so.
Did Rockwell ever sell?
Approaching with "a handful of signed contracts" was the hope with RS, listing, etc but has never materialized ... I would be cautious on that one imo. Long term I do think they're in a good spot but will likely be some major volatility in coming months. I guess one good thing near term is since shareholder meeting and a/s increase is delayed you know they can't dilute majorly for at least a few weeks.... but it does appear to be shaping up for a crazy summer, imo.
That sounds reasonable. Was just surprising that it was all of a sudden.
Yikes warrants way down. I don't own any but that doesn't bode well. But who knows. Weird weird price action last couple days...
2.67x 2.98 when last price 2.65 ??
It's not yesterday, but volume is still higher than usual.
This is a trader's dream, someone is really screwing with the price action. Huge spread between bid/ask. Wild west over here!
What are your predictions for the quarter, numbers-wise?
Does anyone else see 2.66 on extended hours? It shows on mine but when I click on it says 2.87?
They announced the unveiling of a product (2.0) months ago and now we find out it just now actually came out, having been neither for sale not available all this time...Therefore the first announcement was misleading. Probably just some garbage to stop the constantly bleeding share price.
Even old IR wouldn't announce a thing like that without authorization. I thought at the time it was a fluff PR. Now not just fluffy, but deceitful.
That means previous announcement was pretty misleading imo
