chouston,
I read through your posting and I have only a couple of questions. Do you always spend three weeks of your time doing DD on all of the stocks you are considering investment in and do you always spend that much time on a penny stock? What brought you to this company to the level of interest that you would want to spend that much time with WLSA unless you were going to invest tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars in?
Just courious about your interest in such a small up-start company.
Thank you.
chouston,
I have spoken to John several times over the past few years and he has never given me any information or even a direction of information that could be used for trading purposes. Sometimes you can tell he is excited about something and when I use to push him a little on that excitement he would ALWAYS ask me if I wanted to be considered as an insider. I never did and he never gave me any information that would be considered "insider information" because of that.
Just saying that they would issue a PR sometine in the near future without knowing what that PR relates to (both positive or negative)is not violating any rules. CEO's on CNBC do this every day. They indicate news or reports are forthcoming but provide no information about what that information is.
Well then the covering sould begin very sooon.

Hedge, if insiders are selling (which I personally doubt), then those must be reported to the SEC within the allowed time period. It is still a public company with those reporting requirements. I think it can only be someone who may have been associated with the company (like Brad Polous,or the Fanotech group, or others. The first 20 minutes of trading the stock traded 2MM shares. That tells me that there must have been a private transaction that took place. But this a just my WAG. I will be glad when good news is presented that the stock does not have these crazy swings.
Sir, That would be great. Thank you. What is your current overall feeling about what we might expect out of this? I know it is just a feeling or guess.
Take care.
Sirhaggus, Do you have any information from the Receiver in regards to how the progess has been going to find a legitmate buyer for the patents so we can at least get some money back on this investment? Thank you.
Hedge, I don't think anyone knows but there were three transactions all over 300k shares and one of those was over 600k. So someone with a relatively large numbers wanted out and someone else with $45k wanted in. It was strange however considering the normal activity because the last 1.170 million shares all traded in the last 29 minutes of the day.
I would like to know who sold over a million shares for .03
Thank you Chiroman - So that means in the last 29 minutes of the trading day, someone bought 1.170 million shares. Wow.
The Bone
Can someone display the transctions for this afternoon? I think the first transaction of the day was for 300k and it pretty much stayed there until the last couple of hours when someone purchased over a million. Thank you in advance.
Someone just sold and bought a large block in one pop.
I see. Thank you for the clarification. Do you see why I am not a lawyer?
I am not a laywer but I read this as the court denied the T-Mobile request to throw out the case against them for the patent infringement. Doesn't this say the game is on again against T-Mobile and if won, many others that would increase the overall value of the patents?
Thanks.
Brad, that was a great response back to Fliier/Criminal Mind/you_know_who. I was just finishing up my review of those historical postings to respond with the same conclusion. I think they slipped up a bit so the Criminal Mind is not such a crafty criminal mind afterall.
That is true Litton..Someone got to put a whole $690 in their account today minus commissions. That is a big score for some lucky person. I am holding until the end. At this point, the odds are better holding here and getting my money back than a slot machine.
Fliier, I cannot speak for D the G however, I noticed it because like I said in my previous comment, I have been in this stock a very long time and I am aware of all of the partnerships, acquisitions, etc. that have not turned out the way they were expected. This ESSI reference was never mentioned (at least in my memory) and I was just asking who they were and what relationship they had with our company. I do not believe that it was a TEST as you say. You added their name to the list for some other reason other than a test otherwise you may have included other comapnies as well.
This is all I am going to say about this subject. If you do not explain yourself further, that is up to you.
Regards
Fliier,
My doctoring? What does that mean? I have three graduate degrees and I do not know what that means in this context. Also, I am not a two cent'er. I have been in this stock for a very, very long time. I am probably one of the largest shareholders outside of the company and my share average is way above 2 cents,4 cents, 10 cents and a lot more.
You did not answer my other more important question about what the heck is ESSI and where you found this relationship with WLSA, NLI, or Fanotech? Please provide the link to the results of your web search so I can read it for myself.
Regards
Fliier,
I have been invested with this company since Christ was a small boy and I have heard of all of the companies you mentioned except this one called "ESSI". What in the heck is that? I also did a search on the Market Wire announcements and I did not find one instance of a company called "ESSI" as a connection with WLSA. So could you please explain who this company is, what they do, what connection YOU think they have WLSA? Is this a typo? If there is some connection to either Fanotech, Newlook, or WLSA, please explain how you are the only one who has ever mentioned it in all of the years with this company and why noone else has ever heard of it. Thank you.
Regards
Fliier,
When you say "Good luck to all of us", does that mean you are an investor, and if so, to what degree? Do you have hundreds of thousands of shares with tens of thousands of dollars at stake or did you get 100,000 shares at .02 for a total of a $2,000 investment?
If the answer is the former and you have a lot of money at stake, wouldn't it be wise to follow the saying "if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all"? Venting your spline with negative comments does not inhance your investment possibilities.
Also,if you do not have an investment in the stock, why do you waste your time on this board unless there is some personal connection with you or some friend(s) of yours?
Take care
Someone just bought 175,000 shares at .03 in the last few minutes. They still must have hope.
Litton51, I use TDAmeritrade and I do not think they allow the "buy" trades to go thorugh without going through a real person. Any experience with TD Ameritrade?
Thank you Elis.
Can anyone out there see the price/volume activity today? I would like to know what portion of this 177k shares that traded today so far did so at what price. Than you in advance.
D the G, thank you
The Bone
Isn't there an important court hearing today on Fanotech BK? If I am wrong on the date, I am sorry. If today is the day, has anyone heard any of the outcome bullet points?
Thanks
If the patent suppression was the issue in the past, doesn't that mean that the technology was very good and threatening to the industry and someone did not want it in the market at that time but today that would have much greater value to everyone in that business and the value would be very high? That is a much better senerino than the technology does not work. I agree with other comments on this board where the first set of bidders should be companies like: LightSquare, Google, Apple, Verizon, AT&T, T-Moble, Concast, etc.
$200M, $400M, or even $1 Billion to these companies for this technology is chump change. The fact that once they have the patent under their control, they can then go after their infringers. With the 300MM phones in the US, plus the Ipads, touch pads, etc., this should easily bring in over $1 billion per year of revenue. Say there are 400 million devices needing this technology, at simply .50/month charge on you bill that would add up to $2.4 billion per year. Even .25/month is over a billion dollars per year.
Even at the sale price of %1B, the payback is less than one year. That is a great capital investment for any company.
Someone is starting to collect some shares and willing to take a risk on this thing turning out a lot better than 2 cents a shares I hope they are right and everyone can get a much larger payday than we would have with the previous disfunctional BOD. Good luck to all
Fliier,
I forgot one other clarification beyond that I am an American living in the U.S. I do not have an office anywhere in Canada, including next to JS or in the U.S. for that matter. I retired when I was 51. If I did have an office, it would probably be in our home. Sorry.
You may want to consider channeling your anger toward more productive issues or concerns. I probably have lost as much on this stock so far as anyone outside the company and I do not like it but I will not be so angry each day of my life to affect the lives of those around me.
What have you lost with this company on a personal level? Would you share that with us? Was it everything you had and now on some type of welfare system and you are so beside yourself you need to vent with this campaign against JS or others that you perceived have hurt you in some way?
I do wish you well in spite of it and I hope you can get some peace of mind in the near future.
Fliier,
You are very funny and totally shooting in the dark about where I live in an attempt to avoid answering my general questions. I do not know the process in Canada and that is why I asked the question in the first place but you must be a Canadian with close ties since you seem to know who has been served and who hasn't.
I am an american and I will give you a better clue, I live in the Cereal City about 175 miles from Toronto. My passport recently expired so I couldn't get into Canada today if I wanted to which I don't.
The rest of your message is very angry and divertive. Sorry if I touch a nerve. Try and have a more peaceful day and remainder of the week.
D the G,, Me too but my degrees are in computer science, linguistics, marketing, and computer science management, not law. I have a lot of lawyer friends and a couple of judges. Maybe I will ask them.
D the G, I don't think I have a "triple dog dare" in me. Hey, I am an American, maybe it works differently in Canada but I do not think so. I was just wondering how steel balls would know this if they were not part of the plainiff's inner circle.

Fliier,
I am not a lawyer or work in that field at all so please explain to me how you KNOW that John Simmons has not been served with this complaint? I thought only the person trying to serve the complaint would be reporting back to the person or persons who filed the complaint and the court would have that information because it would have not been made public yet. So if you know this for a fact, you must be either Lisa, Gabe, a family member or the lawyer for the plainiff. Which is it? Please explain.
Asdfghj,
That was a great response. If we are lucky, she will now shut up.
SirH,
If he does let you have an active role in this process, try and use your negotiations skills to get him to explore the many companies that we think have been violating the patents over that past several years, starting with T-Mobile. If the word gets out among the really big players maybe that will genreatea large interest to where the bidding will at least start a a large number and them fight it out. If it really has a multi-billion dollar value, a couple hundred million to the likes of Google, Apple, Microsoft, and others is chump change.I wish there a clause in the receiveers contract that states if he were to receive more than some big number, he would receive a huge bonus for that effort.
Thank you again for all of your help. I wish there was something I could do to help as well.
Best regards.

Mr. Tomassoni, As one of the alternate moderators of this board, I wanted you to know that I did not delete your first post this morning and I am glad that you reposted it and that it has remained up this time.
I understand that your proposal under the bankruptcy act was sent out to the creditors today. Would it be possible for you to post that letter on this board for us to review?
Best regards.
Chiroman, I may be wrong but I believe John and his ex-wife were already divorced before he ever started dating Lisa.
Fliier,
I was thinking about some things today and I looked back into some of your earlier postings. You accused D the G of having a 6th sense because he noticed when the new website was first launched and yet you seemed to have known two days earlier (on the 9th) because you wrote a response to the information that was coming out on that website. I still say you are either Lisa or someone connected to her or the family because I spoke with JS recently and he told me Lisa was the only person that knew that website was being created. So, how could Gabe have known two days before without some connection?
D the G, thank you for the quick response. I appreciate it. Have a great week-end. The Bone
Lisa,
D the G is not John. I believe this person (I think male) is in their mid-thirties (D the G, please confirm). As you know, John is around 60 or there about.
No insider would risk posting comments on a public board because it is too easy to back trace IP locations and other information from there.
