So taking into account the fact that the Settlement/lawsuit should end Somewhere Between we will use the more realistic numbers (10-15 Million as an absolute LOW up to (31 Million - Court Costs)assuming they settle, it will be between 10-31 Million!

So how much is the Company Valued at? This seems like the Surest Gamble I have ever seen! Question is just how much will you win!

I am sure no one was trying to imply anything with a Dreams Comment... but just to clarify everything to everyone. Clouded dreams, was apparently referring to HOW MUCH LPPI will RECEIVE, not if the Stock will go up but how much!

According to all of the papers I have Read, (and OVC's Lawyer's Own REQUEST's to Be left off of any Suit from LPPI)

It seems that LPPI will DEFINITELY WIN THIS CASE, I do not think there is much Disagreement here!

The Real Question is How Much Will They Win!

Some Important Facts to think about!

1. If OVC goes to Court and LOSES 31 Million, that Means that OVC (In REALITY will END UP LOSING FAR MORE TEN 31 MILLION)!

2. If OVC loses in Court Period, They may end up Losing, Their Reputation, and Having things EXPOSED, that will Cost OVC (More then 31 Million, (Regardless of the Settlement Amount)!

3. OVC has A LOT MORE to LOSE then just the amount LPPI is SUING FOR.... So I see a Settlement IN OVC's BEST INTEREST!, not the other way around!

For the Reason's Explained ABOVE... IT (I think is fair to say) that OVC is Far MORE DESPERATE to GET a SETTLEMENT DONE then LPPI! The Settlement Amounts Listed, (some were ridiculously low) should be MUCH CLOSER to 31 Million, if Not 31 Million!

When people talk about avoiding Lawsuit Costs, that GOES BOTH WAYS, OVC would LOSE HUGE, if they went to court and tried this case, and lost! They could LOSE HUGE even if the settlement amount was lowered in their favor!

With the Case LPPI has, It would e very EASY for them to Higher a TOP ATTORNEY, to take the Case, on a pay and percentage basis, or just a Percentage basis. This is the Type of Case Lawyer's Love!

I think EVERYONE is WAY too SCAREEC TO SELL ANY BEFORE THAT...

The only reason I think some may sell a little at .01 is Because Some People Have such a LARGE AMOUNT, and may be willing to SELL OFF A SMALL PORTION!

There are not many opportunities that come around like this!
Usually there is a Question as to Whether or Not The Shares Will Go up, HERE with LPPI, people are JUST QUESTIONING WHEN IT WILL GO UP!!

IMO as SOON AS PEOPLE REALIZE that THEY CANNOT GET SHARES CHEAPER...

THEY WILL START BUYING AS MANY AS THEY CAN... UP UNTIL .01!...

THEN there May BE a SMALL SLOW DOWN, WHILE PEOPLE BUY UP ALL THE SHARES THERE, of COURSE, once it really COMES time for PEOPLE who say THEY will SELL some at .01...

The PROBLEM looks to BE that NO ONE will SELL any SIZEABLE QUANTITY, in terms of $$$ amount, BUT PEOPLE ARE TRRYING TO BUY HUGE QUANTITIES!

The people that are trying to get this stock at a DISCOUNT NOW, make NO SENSE! THEY are TRYING TO BUY a DIME for a half of a penny, instead of just paying about a Penny for a DIME!

There will be no Shares ANYWHERE CLOSE to .01...

ONCE SETTLEMENT NEWS IS ANNOUNCED! MY GUESS IS IT WILL BE ANNOUNCED BEFORE OPEN OR AFTER CLOSE!

500% to 1000's% higher on just news of a SETTLEMENT COMING!

But after Reading the LAWSUIT, it seems Like it is Basically a MATTER of HOW MUCH THEY WILL GET...

PEOPLE in PENNYLAND are ALWAYS trying to get a stock at a DISCOUNT, that may never come, and

may lose 10X or 20X their money by missing out because....

THEY wanted to PAY a 1/10 or 2/10... of A PENNNY CHEAPER...

Knowing that LPPI could and WILL go up 1000-10,000% when the settlement is announced....

That is NEVER ENOUGH FR SOM PEOPLE, they will still try and get the current shares at a Discount of .001-.002...

WHY take THE RISK of MISSING OUT ON SO MUCH MONEY, in HOPES of getting a few extra shares cheaper... IS NOT WORTH THE RISK!

No offense, (and nothing personal), but someone else made a GREAT POINT, YOU ALREADY HAVE SHARES.... for people that don't...

They may be waiting for an entry point THAT NEVER COMES!

Also with the CASE being AS STRONG as it IS, I see THE other company, TRYING TO SETTLE before, having to SUFFER FURTHER DAMAGES, and pay FURTHER COURT COSTS!

Plus the fact that SETTLING LOOKS MUCH BETTER, for them AS OPPOSED to HAVING IT ON THE RECORD, all of the ILLEGAL things they di to LPPI!

LPPI (LEEP INC) Is in FOR A HUGE PAYDAY, whether it is VERY SHORTLY or in a MONTH or TWO...

In my honest OPINION a lot of people will look back and say WOW! WHY WAS I SO GREEDY AND TRY TO GET THESES shares for UNDER half a PENNY or a PENNY, WHEN I KNEW THEY WERE GOING UP...

I am Curious to see what CURRENT PPS it would take, for someone,

This Stock seems to Be VERY TOP HEAVY... IN THAT A FEW PEOPLE SEEM TO OWN MOST OF IT!

They are pulling out all the stops, but can't get anyone to sell!

The volume is so Low,

Right Now hey are ALL IN ABSOLUTE MAXIMUM GREED MODE!

They want Shares for SO CHEAP, its so RIDICULOUS that they Can't Get any!

Then Comes RIDICULOUSLY Greedy, where they Want Shares So bad, they are willing to Raise the amount they will pay Slightly!

Even if they knew these shares were going to .50 cents,

Volume is being Controlled! MM's Want/Need Shares!

SO instead of having the PPS up where it should be...

And then having people SELL and BUY.....

If you look at the Stock, when SOMEONE would need to have shares by, to:

AVOID THE REGSHO LIST: (which will make this Stock Fly)

and go back 5 Business Days (and look at the RegSho Date for Certain Days)

Seems someone is trying to get .0065, which would be below .0067.... THAT LOOKS LIKE A HUGE DEAL TO SOMEBODY!
