Perhaps the ticker change of CDCH to AUMC and the conversion of Medinah shares to AUMC has complexities we are unaware of in regards to the filings.
I would be interested to hear why you think this stock is "dead". And what you're definition of dead is.
This stock is dead. Dead meaning no hope in the future. How is this stock dead?
Thank you HR!!! For your honest and knowledgeable contributions. Always a breath of fresh air.
Just to be clear. The conversion rate is .558 not .588. However the rational makes sense.
From the Medinah update:
To this end Medinah plans to satisfy its financial obligations as quickly as possible and distribute the remaining assets to our shareholders before ceasing operations. We anticipate this will leave 1.61 billion shares of CDCH to our Medinah shareholders pro rata. This is a ratio of 0.558 shares of CDCH for each share of MDMN that our shareholders own.
You're barking up the wrong tree. If you read the post carefully you'll see I was responding to a post.
Considering the conversation to CDCH shares announced by Auryn and if you believe in the resources seems like a no brainier.
Great!!!!! Much success in your future endeavors.
The stock is dead guys.
Move on
Your advice to move on because IYO the stock is dead. So. You should move on.
You should follow your own advice.
Look it up on the OTC. So you and others can get a clear picture.
Didn't say either was right or wrong. And there is nothing "true" about this investment other than Medinah's 27.5 % in Auyrn...regurgitated...nonsense...and...nonsense....and more nonsense..
It's good for a glass half full person to hear the glass half empty side. Especially in regards to this play based on history.
Medinah owns 27.5% of Auryn. Which means they will eventually benefit on all net income at a 27.5% rate. For now, since there is no income, they must pay their 27.5% fair share of current expenses. Same goes for CDCH on their 5% ownership. As I remember there was sweetheart financing on the cash call for 5 years with 0% interest. Just my take from the outside looking in.
At this point it doesn't matter if Kevin did a good job or not. I'm in the camp he did. The share structure is what it is. Live with it. What really matters is Auryn.
We have heard no news from Auryn in regards to mining or their efforts to access US capital markets in months. The onus is on them.
BTW..CDCH is now current on the OTC. This might help to inch news a little closer.
Not saying they are. Just stating they are aware. Once they are aware no way to know if there will be an investigation. The SEC does not operate in an overt manner. But I would not be surprised either way.
The SEC is aware of Medinah and is up to speed on the current fraud.
Maybe their current commitment to protecting retail investors will hold those responsible accountable.

You're not paying attention. The upward move today had nothing to do with Kevin's resignation. It had everything to do with Maurizio's letter reaffirming, after a long silence, Auyrn is continuing their mining operations and plans to go public in the Q-4.
Fyi
Auryn is a Silver Sponcer.

Toast because you sold all your shares at a loss? Medinah is NOT toast based on their 27.5% interest in Auryn. Auryn is alive and well, participating in the upcoming Chilien Expo, and proceeding with their entrance into the US Capital Markets. So sorry for your loss.
Absolute junk. Unless you can back it up with details.
Les is just... one of Ten Thousand... scamsters... that infiltrate... the Penny Stocks
Finally something that makes sense.
One down and a few more to go. Progress. Many challenges ahead before they can produce accuract financials and get current on the OTC.
Public records indicate Foreclosure doc's were filed in March on Price personal residence. Never a good sign. If he can't pay his mortgage, how can he afford legal council?
According to the most recent court doc's the attorney for Price and other defendants is not listed. Left blank on the doc's. There is no new attorney as you stated. The previous Attorney withdrew his council and it was granted by the court. Can you clarify this for me?
You seem knowledgeable in regards to Medinah matters. It is appreciated.
Do you know the status of Medinah's claim against Les Price, Pamela Fitzpatrick and GXK Ventures, the mentioned John Does and/or the Okanadian claim against Medinah Minerals, Les Price and MMC Mines?

Any intelligent estimates on what the conversion to Auryn shares might be?
Doesn't Medinah own 26% of Auryn? Meaning 26% of any $ generated from tailings?
Apparently they feel it's money well spent and seem very aggressive in their approach.
They are going after Les and all the Does big time. Including off shore accounts. No crime should go unpunished.

Auryns shipments to Enami for testing. Any significance to this or does the Price stuff negate any positives?

Nothing happening here until Auryn actually starts to produce. When and how much is on the table.
Who will be representing MDMN
There are four options. One of the three BOD's of Medinah or the Communications Director.
Wow! With that kind of magic you should take it to the big board where you can actually make some money. Lol.. Just sayin.
It seems like the charts and technicals look bad when volumn is low and the price is going down and look good when the volumn is high and the price is up.
Is that the gist of it without looking at all the skuidly lines? Lol.. Just sayin..
Same day I think. IMO this is a big positive for shareholders. Keep your eye on social media.
The "Cult Board" as you describe it is a thing of the past. No more rumors or Les speak. Focusing on the future with Masglas/Auryn.
My apology to Kevin and Medinah. It's official. I would like to know more about his qualifications other than a "Long time Shareholder." Let's hope Kevin does a better job than Vittal who was a failure as a shareholder advocate.
MEDINAH Retains Communications Director
Shareholder Notification — July 15, 2016
MEDINAH is pleased to announce the retaining of Kevin Tupper as interim Communications Director. Kevin will be responsible for all of MEDINAH’s internal and external communications and the technology that supports them. In addition Kevin will serve as a valuable contributor to business strategy and shareholder relations.
This is an interim position with a monthly salary of $1.00. There is no further compensation. As a long time shareholder of MEDINAH, Kevin agreed to fill this role to help MEDINAH fulfill its vision of becoming a profitable holding company without incurring any further debt or dilution.
“My goal is to ensure timely, clear, and transparent communications to MEDINAH’s shareholders while AURYN successfully explores, develops, and exploits the Altos de Lipangue mining district”, stated Kevin. “I am delighted to help the company in this way. As a 25% equity holder in AURYN, MEDINAH and its shareholders have a very bright future. “
Good buying opportunities are when the stock is rising. Not when the stock is declining or stagnant. Too many other opportunities in the market. Short comment but most here get the drift.
