A T trade is not an after hours trade. The trade occurred during open hours and was settled at the end of the trading day. We will open at the PPS at the close .0379.

Very true! I don't post very often but I've been in MYEC for a year. I read the posts on this board every day.

I've seen "longs" come and go. Many "longs" post positive comments when the PPS is rising and then bash when it's heading lower. Whatever works for them..personally it's not in my DNA to pump or bash a stock for my own benefit. I truly want everyone to win..well maybe not D Row...LOl!

Here's the thing..I've been in this stock for a year. I accumulated 3 million shares. I held on to the stock for months and months and rode out the ups and downs. Then one day..I decided to sell all my shares and buy them back at a lower price. Guess what...I sold a few days before Ed started tweeting, answering questions on Facebook and issuing PR's. Yep..I missed the boat. I've bought the dips and have 425,000 shares...but I kick myself in the a%% every day for selling for a few bucks. Nope..I'm not selling now! I'm thinking 2-5 years. Thanks for the advice..but my a%% is still sore. Lol!

We've had these shake downs before. I just have a gut feeling that MYEC will be very good to people who can stomach the ups and downs and hold for the long run!

Actually, California does not include the state’s unfunded pension liability in the budget calculations — about $1 trillion. They are cooking the books..I know I've lived in CA all my life (53 years...ouch!)

sp7...either way pre-split or post, having some Apple in your investment portfolio should prove to be a wise decision!

The Record Date – June 2, 2014 - determines which shareholders are entitled to receive additional shares due to the split.

The Split Date – June 6, 2014 - shareholders are due split shares after the close of business on this date.

The Ex Date - June 9, 2014 - the date determined by NASDAQ when Apple common shares will trade at the new split-adjusted price.

Scott...that's a good question. I think any time is a good time to invest in Apple, but, I just have a gut feeling that after the split many investors who have been standing on the sidelines due to the current PPS will jump in when the PPS is significantly lower due to the split and the PPS will jump as well.

Totally a no brainer...I don't have enough cash to buy a ton of shares, but, even a few should bring a nice return. I think the chance of the post-split PPS returning to or close to the pre-split PPS is very good. Oh yea..I'm buying Monday.

Seriously...In its second fiscal quarter for 2014, not only did the company beat estimates in every major category (revenue, EPS, and gross margin are the primary numbers analysts follow for Apple), it also boosted revenue 5% and earnings per share 15% from the same quarter a year ago. That's a pretty amazing feat considering Apple is currently the largest company in the world by market cap.

Analysts don't think Apple's earnings growth will slow down any time soon either. Based on current estimates, Wall Street expects the iPhone maker will grow earnings at an average rate of 15% a year over the next five years.

Apple currently has a cash hoard totaling over $150 billion. To put that in perspective, if you were to add up all the money currently sitting in corporate bank accounts (excluding financial companies), it would come out to about $1.5 trillion. That means Apple currently posseses roughly 10% of corporate America's cash.
