It seems you got the figures wrong. The registration is for 25.8 million common shares and $41,500 worth of convertible note. The note is convertibe only as long as the conversion will not lead to not more than 9.9% ownership.

Does any one has got some kind of sample letter to send to the court? I never did this before and I assume there should be some formal way of addressing this. I am planning to shoot one tomorrow and let me know if you have one. Hope the amount of shares I owe does not matter to write the letter, correct?

The whole thing seems now rest on pure luck and speculation. But why the mysterious shareholder wait to the 11th hour to step in???

And how do we know that it is only 1 shareholder who bought all the shares? what if bunches of hopeful and speculative traders like me just bought some shares here and there?
